1 ഞങ്ങൾക്കല്ല യഹോവേ, ഞങ്ങൾക്കല്ല; അവിടത്തെ അചഞ്ചലസ്നേഹവും വിശ്വസ്തതയുംനിമിത്തം തിരുനാമത്തിനുതന്നെ മഹത്ത്വം ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ.

Not to us, Jehovah, not to us, but to your name be the glory, for your loving kindness and for your faithfulness.

2 ജനതകളെക്കൊണ്ട് “അവരുടെ ദൈവം എവിടെ,” എന്നു ചോദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതെന്തിന്?

Why should the nations say, "Where is their God, now?"

3 ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവം സ്വർഗത്തിലുണ്ട്; അവിടന്ന് തനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളതൊക്കെയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

But our God is in the heavens. He does whatever he pleases.

4 എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ വെള്ളിയും സ്വർണവുമാണ്; മനുഷ്യകരങ്ങളാൽ നിർമിതവുമാണ്.

Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.

5 അവയ്ക്കു വായുണ്ട്, എന്നാൽ സംസാരിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല; കണ്ണുണ്ട്, എന്നാൽ കാണാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.

They have mouths, but they do not speak. They have eyes, but they do not see.

6 അവയ്ക്ക് കാതുണ്ട്, എന്നാൽ കേൾക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല; മൂക്കുണ്ട് എങ്കിലും മണക്കുന്നില്ല.

They have ears, but they do not hear. They have noses, but they do not smell.

7 അവയ്ക്കു കൈയുണ്ട്, എങ്കിലും സ്പർശിക്കുന്നില്ല; കാലുണ്ട്, എങ്കിലും നടക്കുന്നില്ല; തൊണ്ടകൊണ്ട് സംസാരിക്കുന്നതിനും അവയ്ക്കു കഴിവില്ല.

They have hands, but they do not feel. They have feet, but they do not walk, neither do they speak through their throat.

8 അവയെ നിർമിക്കുന്നവർ അവയെപ്പോലെയാകുന്നു, അവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരും അങ്ങനെതന്നെ.

Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them.

9 ഇസ്രായേലേ, യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുക— അവിടന്ന് അവരുടെ സഹായവും പരിചയും ആകുന്നു.

Israel, trust in Jehovah. He is their help and their shield.

10 അഹരോൻഗൃഹമേ, യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുക— അവിടന്ന് അവരുടെ സഹായവും പരിചയും ആകുന്നു.

House of Aaron, trust in Jehovah. He is their help and their shield.

11 യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്ന എല്ലാവരുമേ, യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുക— അവിടന്ന് അവരുടെ സഹായവും പരിചയും ആകുന്നു.

You who fear Jehovah, trust in Jehovah. He is their help and their shield.

12 യഹോവ നമ്മെ ഓർക്കുകയും അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും: അവിടന്ന് ഇസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും അവിടന്ന് അഹരോൻഗൃഹത്തെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും

Jehovah remembers us. He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel. He will bless the house of Aaron.

13 യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും അവിടന്ന് അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും— ചെറിയവരെയും വലിയവരെയും ഒരുപോലെതന്നെ.

He will bless those who fear Jehovah, both small and great.

14 യഹോവ നിങ്ങളെ വർധിപ്പിക്കട്ടെ; നിങ്ങളെയും നിങ്ങളുടെ മക്കളെയുംതന്നെ.

May Jehovah increase you more and more, you and your children.

15 ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും നിർമിച്ച യഹോവയാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ.

Blessed are you by Jehovah, who made heaven and earth.

16 സ്വർഗം യഹോവയുടേതാകുന്നു, എന്നാൽ ഭൂമി അവിടന്ന് മനുഷ്യർക്കു നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

The heavens are the heavens of Jehovah; but the earth has he given to the descendants of Adam.

17 മരിച്ചവരാരും യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുന്നില്ല, നിശ്ശബ്ദതയിൽ ആണ്ടുപോയവരും അങ്ങനെതന്നെ;

The dead do not praise JAH, neither any who go down into silence;

18 എന്നാൽ നാമാണ് യഹോവയെ പുകഴ്ത്തുന്നത്, ഇന്നും എന്നെന്നേക്കും. യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

But we will bless JAH, from this time forth and forevermore. Praise JAH.
