സങ്കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ 113

1 യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക. അവിടത്തെ ദാസന്മാരേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

2 യഹോവയുടെ നാമം ഇന്നും എന്നെന്നേക്കും വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടുമാറാകട്ടെ.

Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

3 സൂര്യന്റെ ഉദയംമുതൽ അസ്തമയംവരെയുള്ള എല്ലായിടങ്ങളിലും യഹോവയുടെ നാമം വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടട്ടെ.

From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same the LORD'S name [is] to be praised.

4 യഹോവ സകലരാഷ്ട്രങ്ങൾക്കുംമീതേ ഉന്നതനായിരിക്കുന്നു, അവിടത്തെ മഹത്ത്വം ആകാശത്തിനുമീതേയും.

The LORD [is] high above all nations, [and] his glory above the heavens.

5 ഉന്നതത്തിൽ സിംഹാസനസ്ഥനായിരുന്ന്, കുനിഞ്ഞ് ആകാശത്തിലുള്ളവയെയും

Who [is] like to the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high.

6 ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളവയെയും കടാക്ഷിക്കുന്ന നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെപ്പോലെ ആരാണുള്ളത്?

Who humbleth [himself] to behold [the things that are] in heaven, and in the earth!

7 അവിടന്ന് ദരിദ്രരെ പൊടിയിൽനിന്നുയർത്തുന്നു എളിയവരെ ചാരക്കൂമ്പാരത്തിൽനിന്നും;

He raiseth the poor out of the dust, [and] lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;

8 അവിടന്ന് അവരെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരോടുകൂടെ, സ്വജനത്തിന്റെ അധിപതികളോടുകൂടെത്തന്നെ ഇരുത്തുന്നു.

That he may set [him] with princes, [even] with the princes of his people.

9 അവിടന്ന് വന്ധ്യയായവളെ മക്കളുടെ മാതാവാക്കി ആനന്ദത്തോടെ ഭവനത്തിൽ പാർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

He maketh the barren woman to keep house, [and to be] a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.
