സങ്കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ 103

1 ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; എന്റെ സർവാന്തരംഗവുമേ, അവിടത്തെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

[A Psalm] of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, [bless] his holy name.

2 എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; അവിടത്തെ ഉപകാരങ്ങളൊന്നും മറക്കരുത്—

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 അവിടന്നു നിന്റെ സകലപാപങ്ങളും ക്ഷമിക്കുന്നു നിന്റെ സർവരോഗത്തിനും സൗഖ്യമേകുന്നു.

Who forgiveth all thy iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 അവിടന്നു നിന്റെ ജീവനെ പാതാളത്തിൽനിന്ന് വീണ്ടെടുക്കുകയും നിന്നെ സ്നേഹവും മനസ്സലിവുംകൊണ്ട് മകുടമണിയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു,

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;

5 നിന്റെ യുവത്വം കഴുകനെപ്പോലെ നവീകരിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന് അവിടന്ന് നിന്റെ ജീവിതം നന്മകൊണ്ട് സംതൃപ്തമാക്കുന്നു.

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good [things]; [so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 പീഡിതരായ എല്ലാവർക്കുംവേണ്ടി യഹോവ നീതിയും ന്യായവും ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നു.

The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 അവിടന്നു തന്റെ വഴികളെ മോശയ്ക്കും തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ ഇസ്രായേൽജനതയ്ക്കും വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി:

He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the children of Israel.

8 യഹോവ കരുണാമയനും ആർദ്രഹൃദയനും ക്ഷമാശീലനും സ്നേഹസമ്പന്നനും ആകുന്നു.

The LORD [is] merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in mercy.

9 അവിടന്നു സദാ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നില്ല, അവിടത്തെ കോപം എന്നേക്കും നിലനിർത്തുകയുമില്ല.

He will not always chide: neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.

10 അവിടന്നു നമ്മുടെ പാപങ്ങൾക്കൊത്തവണ്ണം നമ്മെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ല; നമ്മുടെ അനീതികൾക്കനുസൃതമായി പകരം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമില്ല.

He hath not dealt with us according to our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 ആകാശം ഭൂമിക്കുമേൽ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, തന്നെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവരോടുള്ള അവിടത്തെ സ്നേഹം ഉന്നതമാണ്.

For as the heaven is high above the earth, [so] great is his mercy towards them that fear him.

12 കിഴക്ക് പടിഞ്ഞാറിൽനിന്നും അകന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്ര അകലത്തിൽ, അവിടന്ന് നമ്മുടെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെ നമ്മിൽനിന്നും അകറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

13 ഒരു പിതാവിനു തന്റെ മക്കളോടു മനസ്സലിവു തോന്നുന്നതുപോലെതന്നെ, യഹോവയ്ക്ക് തന്നെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവരോടു മനസ്സലിവു തോന്നുന്നു;

Like as a father pitieth [his] children, [so] the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

14 കാരണം അവിടന്ന് നമ്മുടെ പ്രകൃതി അറിയുന്നു; നാം പൊടിയെന്ന് അവിടന്ന് ഓർക്കുന്നു.

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we [are] dust.

15 മനുഷ്യായുസ്സ് പുല്ലിനു സമമാകുന്നു, വയലിലെ പൂപോലെ അതു തഴയ്ക്കുന്നു;

[As for] man, his days [are] as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

16 അതിന്മേൽ കാറ്റടിക്കുന്നു, അതു വിസ്മൃതമാകുന്നു, അതു നിന്നയിടംപോലും പിന്നെയത് ഓർക്കുന്നില്ല.

For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and its place shall know it no more.

17 എന്നാൽ, യഹോവയുടെ സ്നേഹം തന്നെ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നവരുടെമേൽ നിതാന്തകാലം നിലനിൽക്കും അവിടത്തെ നീതി അവരുടെ മക്കളുടെ മക്കൾക്കും ഉണ്ടാകും—

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness to children's children;

18 അവിടത്തെ ഉടമ്പടികൾ പാലിക്കുകയും അവിടത്തെ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ഓർത്ത് അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെമേൽതന്നെ.

To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

19 യഹോവ തന്റെ സിംഹാസനം സ്വർഗത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു, സകലതും അവിടത്തെ ആധിപത്യത്തിൻകീഴിലാകുന്നു.

The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

20 അവിടത്തെ അരുളപ്പാടുകൾ ശ്രവിച്ച്, അവിടത്തെ ആജ്ഞകൾ നിറവേറ്റുന്ന ദൂതന്മാരേ, ശക്തരായ ദൂതന്മാരേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening to the voice of his word.

21 അവിടത്തെ ഹിതം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന സകലസേവകവൃന്ദമേ, സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

Bless ye the LORD, all [ye] his hosts; [ye] ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

22 അവിടത്തെ ആധിപത്യത്തിലെങ്ങുമുള്ള സകലസൃഷ്ടികളുമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക. എൻ മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.

Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
