നെഹെമ്യാവു 11
1 ജനനായകന്മാർ ജെറുശലേമിൽ താമസിച്ചു; ശേഷംജനം, പത്തിലൊരാൾവീതം വിശുദ്ധനഗരമായ ജെറുശലേമിൽ പാർക്കേണ്ടതു തീരുമാനിക്കാൻ നറുക്കിട്ടു; മറ്റുള്ള ഒൻപതുപേരും അവരവരുടെ പട്ടണത്തിൽ താമസിച്ചു.
And the rulers of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: the rest of the people also cast lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts to dwell in other cities.
2 ജെറുശലേമിൽ താമസിക്കാൻ സന്നദ്ധത കാട്ടിയവരെ ജനം പുകഴ്ത്തി.
And the people blessed all the men, that willingly offered themselves to dwell at Jerusalem.
3 ജെറുശലേമിൽ താമസമുറപ്പിച്ച പ്രവിശ്യയുടെ അധിപന്മാർ ഇവരായിരുന്നു (ചില ഇസ്രായേല്യരും പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും ദൈവാലയദാസരും ശലോമോന്റെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ പിൻതുടർച്ചക്കാരും യെഹൂദാനഗരങ്ങളിലെ വ്യത്യസ്ത പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ അവരവരുടെ സ്ഥലത്ത് താമസിച്ചു.
Now these are the chief of the province that dwelt in Jerusalem: but in the cities of Judah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, that is, Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon’s servants.
4 എന്നാൽ യെഹൂദരും ബെന്യാമീന്യരുമായ മറ്റുചിലർ ജെറുശലേമിൽ താമസിച്ചു): യെഹൂദയുടെ പിൻഗാമികളിൽനിന്നും: ഫേരെസിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ, മഹലലേലിന്റെ മകനായ ശെഫത്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അമര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ സെഖര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഉസ്സീയാവിന്റെ മകൻ അഥായാവ്;
And at Jerusalem dwelt certain of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah; Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalaleel, of the children of Perez;
5 ശേലഹ്യന്റെ പിൻതലമുറയിൽ സെഖര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ യൊയാരീബിന്റെ മകനായ അദായാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഹസായാവിന്റെ മകനായ കൊൽ-ഹോസെയുടെ മകനായ ബാരൂക്കിന്റെ മകൻ മയസേയാവ്.
And Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of Shiloni.
6 ഫേരെസിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികളായി ആകെ 468 പരാക്രമശാലികൾ ആയിരുന്നു ജെറുശലേമിൽ താമസിച്ചിരുന്നത്.
All the sons of Perez that dwelt at Jerusalem were four hundred and sixty and eight valiant men.
7 ബെന്യാമീന്റെ പിൻഗാമികളിൽനിന്ന്: യെശയ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഇഥീയേലിന്റെ മകനായ മയസേയാവിന്റെ മകനായ കോലായാവിന്റെ മകനായ പെദായാവിന്റെ മകനായ യോവേദിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ സല്ലൂ;
And these are the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jesaiah.
8 അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പിൻഗാമിയായ ഗബ്ബായിയും സല്ലായിയും ഇവർ എല്ലാവരുംകൂടി 928 പേരായിരുന്നു.
And after him Gabbai, Sallai, nine hundred and twenty and eight.

And Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer: and Judah the son of Senuah was second over the city.
10 പുരോഹിതന്മാരിൽനിന്ന്: യൊയാരീബിന്റെ മകനായ യെദായാവ്; യാഖീൻ;
Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin.
11 അഹീതൂബിന്റെ മകനായ മെരായോത്തിന്റെ മകനായ സാദോക്കിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹിൽക്കിയാവിന്റെ മകൻ, ദൈവാലയപ്രമാണിയായ സെരായാവും
Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, was the ruler of the house of God.
12 ആലയത്തിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തോടു ചേർന്നു പ്രവർത്തിച്ച കൂട്ടാളികളും, ഇവർ എല്ലാവരുംകൂടി 822 പേർ; മൽക്കീയാവിന്റെ മകനായ പശ്ഹൂരിന്റെ മകനായ സെഖര്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അംസിയുടെ മകനായ പെലല്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ യെരോഹാമിന്റെ മകൻ അദായാവും
And their brethren that performed the work of the house were eight hundred and twenty and two: and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchiah,
13 പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാരായ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കൂട്ടാളികളും, ഇവരെല്ലാവരുംകൂടി 242 പേർ; ഇമ്മേരിന്റെ മകനായ മെശില്ലേമോത്തിന്റെ മകനായ അഹ്സായിയുടെ മകനായ അസരെയേലിന്റെ മകൻ അമശെസായിയും
And his brethren, heads of the fathers’ houses, two hundred and forty and two: and Amashai the son of Azareel, the son of Ahasai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
14 അദ്ദേഹത്തോടൊപ്പം പരാക്രമശാലികളായ കൂട്ടാളികളും, ഇവർ എല്ലാവരുംകൂടി 128 പേർ. ഹഗെദോലീമിന്റെ മകൻ സബ്ദീയേൽ അവരുടെ അധിപതിയായിരുന്നു
And their brethren, mighty men of valour, an hundred and twenty and eight: and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of one of the great men.
15 ലേവ്യരിൽനിന്ന്: ബൂന്നിയുടെ മകനായ ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ അസ്രീക്കാമിന്റെ മകനായ ഹശ്ശൂബിന്റെ മകൻ ശെമയ്യാവ്;
Also of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hashub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
16 ലേവ്യരുടെ തലവന്മാരും ദൈവാലയത്തിന്റെ പുറമേയുള്ള വേലയ്ക്കു ചുമതലപ്പെട്ടവരുമായ ശബ്ബെഥായിയും യോസാബാദും;
And Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chief of the Levites, had the oversight of the outward business of the house of God.
17 ആസാഫിന്റെ മകനായ സബ്ദിയുടെ മകനായ മീഖായുടെ മകനായ മത്ഥന്യാവ്, പ്രാർഥനയ്ക്കും സ്തോത്രാർപ്പണത്തിനും നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയിരുന്നത് ഇദ്ദേഹമാണ്; ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കൂട്ടാളികളിൽ രണ്ടാമനായ ബക്ക്ബൂക്ക്യാവ്; യെദൂഥൂന്റെ മകനായ ഗാലാലിന്റെ മകനായ ശമ്മൂവായുടെ മകൻ അബ്ദ.
And Mattaniah the son of Micha, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, was the chief to begin the thanksgiving in prayer: and Bakbukiah the second among his brethren, and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
18 വിശുദ്ധനഗരത്തിൽ ആകെ 284 ലേവ്യർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred and eighty and four.
19 വാതിൽകാവൽക്കാർ: അക്കൂബും തല്മോനും കവാടങ്ങൾക്കു കാവൽനിൽക്കുന്ന അവരുടെ കൂട്ടാളികളും, ഇവരെല്ലാവരുംകൂടി 172 പേർ.
Moreover the porters, Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren that kept the gates, were an hundred and seventy and two.
20 ശേഷം ഇസ്രായേല്യർ ഓരോരുത്തരും പുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും ലേവ്യരോടുംചേർന്ന് യെഹൂദ്യയിലെ അവരവരുടെ അവകാശഭൂമിയിലെ ഓരോ പട്ടണത്തിലും താമസിച്ചു.
And the rest of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.
21 ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാർ ഓഫേലിൽക്കുന്നിൽ താമസിച്ചു; സീഹയും ഗിശ്പയും അവർക്കു മേൽനോട്ടം വഹിച്ചു.
But the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel: and Ziha and Gispa were over the Nethinims.
22 ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആലയത്തിൽ സംഗീതശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം വഹിച്ചിരുന്ന ആസാഫിന്റെ പിൻതലമുറയിൽപ്പെട്ട ഒരുവനും മീഖായുടെ മകനായ മത്ഥന്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഹശബ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ബാനിയുടെ മകൻ ഉസ്സി ആയിരുന്നു ജെറുശലേമിൽ ലേവ്യരുടെ അധിപതി.
The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, the singers were over the business of the house of God.
23 രാജകൽപ്പന അനുസരിച്ചായിരുന്നു സംഗീതജ്ഞരുടെ ദിനംതോറുമുള്ള ശുശ്രൂഷകൾ ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരുന്നത്.
For it was the king’s commandment concerning them, that a certain portion should be for the singers, as every day required.
24 യെഹൂദയുടെ മകനായ സേരഹിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികളിൽ ഒരാളായ മെശേസബെലിന്റെ മകനായ പെഥഹ്യാവ് ജനങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ കാര്യത്തിലും രാജാവിന്റെ പ്രതിനിധിയായിരുന്നു.
And Pethahiah the son of Meshezabeel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king’s hand in all matters concerning the people.
25 വയലുകളോടു കൂടിയ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളുടെ വിവരം ഇപ്രകാരമാണ്: യെഹൂദ്യരിൽ ചിലർ കിര്യത്ത്-അർബയിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും ദീബോനിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും യെക്കബ്സയേലിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും
And for the villages, with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt at Kirjatharba, and in its villages, and at Dibon, and in its villages, and at Jekabzeel, and in its villages,
26 യേശുവ, മോലാദാ, ബേത്-പേലെത്,
And at Jeshua, and at Moladah, and at Bethphelet,
27 ഹസർ-ശൂവാൽ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും ബേർ-ശേബയിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും
And at Hazarshual, and at Beersheba, and in its villages,
28 സിക്ലാഗിലും, മെഖോനയിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും
And at Ziklag, and at Mekonah, and in its villages,
29 ഏൻ-രിമ്മോൻ, സോരാ, യർമൂത്ത്,
And at Enrimmon, and at Zareah, and at Jarmuth,
30 സനോഹ, അദുല്ലാം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും അവയുടെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും ലാഖീശിലും അതിന്റെ വയലുകളിലും അസേക്കയിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും താമസിച്ചു. അങ്ങനെ അവർ ബേർ-ശേബമുതൽ ഹിന്നോം താഴ്വരവരെ താമസിച്ചുവന്നു.
Zanoah, Adullam, and in their villages, at Lachish, and its fields, at Azekah, and in its villages. And they dwelt from Beersheba to the valley of Hinnom.
31 ബെന്യാമീന്യരുടെ പിൻഗാമികൾ ഗേബാമുതൽ മിക്-മാസ്, അയ്യ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും ബേഥേലിലും അതിന്റെ ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലും
The children also of Benjamin from Geba dwelt at Michmash, and Aija, and Bethel, and in their villages,
32 അനാഥോത്ത്, നോബ്, അനന്യാവ്,
And at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
33 ഹാസോർ, രാമാ, ഗിത്ഥായീം,
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
34 ഹദീദ്, സെബോയീം, നെബല്ലാത്ത്,
Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
35 ലോദ്, ശില്പികളുടെ താഴ്വരയായ ഓനോ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും താമസിച്ചു.
Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
36 യെഹൂദ്യയിൽ താമസിച്ചിരുന്ന ലേവ്യരിൽ ചില ഗണങ്ങൾ ബെന്യാമീൻഗോത്രക്കാരോടൊപ്പം താമസിച്ചു.
And of the Levites were divisions in Judah, and in Benjamin.
