ലേവ്യപുസ്തകം 7
1 “‘അതിവിശുദ്ധമായ അകൃത്യയാഗത്തിന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ ഇവയാണ്:
And this is the law of the trespass-offering: It is most holy.
2 ഹോമയാഗമൃഗത്തെ അറക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് അകൃത്യയാഗമൃഗത്തെയും അറക്കണം; അതിന്റെ രക്തം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്മേൽ, ചുറ്റും തളിക്കണം.
On the place where they kill the burnt-offering shall they kill the trespass-offering; and the blood thereof shall be sprinkled upon the altar round about.
3 അതിന്റെ മേദസ്സു മുഴുവനും തടിച്ച വാലും ആന്തരികാവയവങ്ങളെ പൊതിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന മേദസ്സും
And all its fat shall be offered up from it; the rump, and the fat that covereth the inwards,
4 വൃക്കകൾ രണ്ടും അവയുടെമേൽ അരക്കെട്ടിനടുത്തുള്ള മേദസ്സും വൃക്കകളോടൊപ്പം മാറ്റുന്ന കരളിന്മേലുള്ള കൊഴുപ്പും അർപ്പിക്കണം.
And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is on the flanks, and the midriff above the liver, with the kidneys shall he remove the same:
5 പുരോഹിതൻ അവയെ യഹോവയ്ക്കു ദഹനയാഗമായി യാഗപീഠത്തിൽ ദഹിപ്പിക്കണം. അത് അകൃത്യയാഗം.
And the priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire unto the Lord; it is a trespass-offering.
6 പുരോഹിതന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിലെ ഏതൊരു ആണിനും അതു ഭക്ഷിക്കാം; എന്നാൽ അതു വിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചു ഭക്ഷിക്കണം; അത് അതിവിശുദ്ധമാണ്.
Every male among the priests may eat thereof; in a holy place shall it be eaten: it is most holy.
7 “‘പാപശുദ്ധീകരണയാഗത്തിനും അകൃത്യയാഗത്തിനും ഒരേ നിയമം ബാധകമാണ്: അവകൊണ്ടു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം വരുത്തുന്ന പുരോഹിതനുള്ളതാണ് അത്.
As the sin-offering is, so is the trespass-offering; there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith, his shalt it be.
8 ആർക്കെങ്കിലുംവേണ്ടി ഹോമയാഗം അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന പുരോഹിതന് അതിന്റെ തുകൽ എടുക്കാം.
And the priest that offereth any man's burnt-offering, —the skin of the burnt-offering which he hath offered shall belong to this priest alone.
9 അടുപ്പിൽ ചുട്ടതോ ഉരുളിയിലോ അപ്പച്ചട്ടിയിലോ പാകംചെയ്തതോ ആയ ഭോജനയാഗം ഓരോന്നും അത് അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന പുരോഹിതനുള്ളതാണ്.
And every meat-offering that is baked in the oven, and all that is dressed in the deep pan, and in the flat pan, shall belong to the priest that offereth it alone.
10 ഒലിവെണ്ണ ചേർത്തതോ ചേർക്കാത്തതോ ആയ ഭോജനയാഗം ഓരോന്നും അഹരോന്റെ എല്ലാ പുത്രന്മാർക്കും തുല്യമായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.
And every meat-offering which is mingled with oil, or dry, shall belong to all the sons of Aaron, to one as much as the other.
11 “‘ഒരാൾ യഹോവയ്ക്ക് അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ ഇവയാണ്:
And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace-offering, which one may happen to offer unto the Lord.
12 “‘അത് ഒരു സ്തോത്രാർപ്പണമെങ്കിൽ, ആ സ്തോത്രാർപ്പണത്തോടൊപ്പം അവൻ പുളിപ്പില്ലാതെ ഒലിവെണ്ണചേർത്തുണ്ടാക്കിയ അടകളും എണ്ണ പുരട്ടിയ പുളിപ്പില്ലാത്ത വടകളും എണ്ണ ചേർത്തു കുതിർത്ത നേരിയമാവുകൊണ്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയ അടകളും അർപ്പിക്കണം.
If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then shall he offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and fine flour, well sodden, made into cakes mingled with oil.
13 സ്തോത്രാർപ്പണമായ സമാധാനയാഗത്തോടൊപ്പം അദ്ദേഹം പുളിപ്പിച്ച മാവുകൊണ്ടുണ്ടാക്കിയ വടകളും ഭോജനയാഗമായി അർപ്പിക്കണം.
Together with cakes of leavened bread shall he bring his offering, with the sacrifice of his thanksgiving peace-offering.
14 ആ മനുഷ്യൻ യഹോവയ്ക്കുവേണ്ടി ഓരോ ഇനത്തിൽ ഒന്നുവീതം സ്വമേധാർപ്പണമായി കൊണ്ടുവരണം; അത് സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ രക്തം യാഗപീഠത്തിനുചുറ്റും തളിക്കുന്ന പുരോഹിതനുള്ളതാണ്.
And he shall offer thereof one out of every oblation for a heave-offering unto the Lord; to the priest that sprinkleth the blood of the peace-offering—to him shall it belong.
15 സ്തോത്രാർപ്പണമായ സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ മാംസം അത് അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദിവസംതന്നെ ഭക്ഷിക്കണം; അതിലൊട്ടും രാവിലെവരെ ശേഷിപ്പിക്കരുത്.
And the flesh of the sacrifice of his thanksgiving-peace-offering shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.
16 “‘എന്നാൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ യാഗം ഒരു നേർച്ചയോ സ്വമേധായാഗമോ ആണെങ്കിൽ, ആ യാഗം അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അതു ഭക്ഷിക്കണം; എന്നാൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും ശേഷിച്ചാൽ അടുത്തദിവസം ഭക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
But if the sacrifice of his offering be a vow, or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he offereth his sacrifice: and on the morrow also shall what is left thereof be eaten.
17 യാഗമാംസത്തിൽ മൂന്നാംദിവസംവരെ അവശേഷിക്കുന്നതു ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളയണം.
But what is left of the flesh of the sacrifice, on the third day shall it be burnt with fire.
18 സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും മാംസം മൂന്നാംദിവസം ഭക്ഷിച്ചാൽ അതു പ്രസാദകരമല്ല. അത് അർപ്പിക്കുന്നയാളുടെപേരിൽ കണക്കാക്കുകയില്ല, കാരണം അത് അശുദ്ധമായിത്തീരും; അതിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരുഭാഗം ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നയാൾ കുറ്റക്കാരനായിരിക്കും.
And if the intention was to eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offering on the third day, it shall not be favorably received; to him who offereth it shall it not be accounted; it shall be an abomination, and the person that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.
19 “‘ആചാരപരമായി, അശുദ്ധമായ എന്തിനെയെങ്കിലും സ്പർശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാംസം ഭക്ഷിക്കരുത്; അതു തീയിലിട്ടു ചുട്ടുകളയണം. മറ്റു മാംസമാകട്ടെ, ആചാരപരമായി ശുദ്ധിയുള്ള ഏതൊരാൾക്കും ഭക്ഷിക്കാം.
And the flesh, that toucheth any unclean thing, shall not be eaten, with fire shall it be burnt: and as for the flesh, every one that is clean may eat thereof.
20 യഹോവയ്ക്കുള്ള സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും മാംസം അശുദ്ധരായ ആരെങ്കിലും ഭക്ഷിച്ചാൽ, അവരെ അവരുടെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഛേദിച്ചുകളയണം.
But the person that eateth the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offering, that pertaineth unto the Lord, having his uncleanness upon him, even that person shall be cut off from his people.
21 ആരെങ്കിലുമൊരാൾ അശുദ്ധമായ എന്തെങ്കിലും—മനുഷ്യന്റെ അശുദ്ധിയോ ഒരു അശുദ്ധമൃഗമോ അശുദ്ധവും നിഷിദ്ധവുമായ എന്തെങ്കിലുമോ—സ്പർശിച്ചിട്ട്, യഹോവയ്ക്കുള്ള സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും മാംസം ഭക്ഷിച്ചാൽ, ആ വ്യക്തിയെ തന്റെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഛേദിച്ചുകളയണം.’”
And any person that toucheth any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing, and eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offering, which pertaineth unto the Lord, even that person shall be cut off from his people.
22 യഹോവ മോശയോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
23 “ഇസ്രായേല്യരോടു പറയുക: ‘കന്നുകാലിയുടെയോ ചെമ്മരിയാടിന്റെയോ കോലാടിന്റെയോ മേദസ്സ് അൽപ്പംപോലും ഭക്ഷിക്കരുത്.
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Every manner of fat, of ox, or of sheep, or of goat shall ye not eat.
24 ചത്തതോ വന്യമൃഗങ്ങൾ കടിച്ചുകീറിയതോ ആയ മൃഗത്തിന്റെ മേദസ്സു മറ്റെന്തെങ്കിലും ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം, എന്നാൽ അതു ഭക്ഷിക്കരുത്.
And the fat of a beast that dieth of itself, and the fat of that which is torn by beasts, may be used for any manner of work, but ye shall in no wise eat of it.
25 യഹോവയ്ക്കു ദഹനയാഗം അർപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള മൃഗത്തിന്റെ മേദസ്സു ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നയാൾ അവരുടെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടണം.
For whosoever eateth the fat of the cattle, of which one can offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord, even the person that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.
26 നിങ്ങൾ എവിടെ ജീവിച്ചാലും ഒരു പക്ഷിയുടെയോ മൃഗത്തിന്റെയോ രക്തം കുടിക്കരുത്.
Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, in any of your dwellings, whether it be of fowl or of cattle.
27 ആരെങ്കിലും രക്തം കുടിച്ചാൽ ആ മനുഷ്യൻ തന്റെ ജനത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടണം.’”
Whatsoever person it be that eateth any manner of blood, even that person shall be cut off from his people.
28 യഹോവ മോശയോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
29 “ഇസ്രായേല്യരോടു പറയുക: ‘യഹോവയ്ക്കു സമാധാനയാഗം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നയാൾ അതിന്റെ ഭാഗം ആ മനുഷ്യന്റെ യാഗമായി യഹോവയ്ക്ക് അർപ്പിക്കണം.
Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace-offering unto the Lord shall bring his oblation unto the Lord from the sacrifice of his peace-offering.
30 അയാൾ സ്വന്തം കൈയാൽ യഹോവയ്ക്കു ദഹനയാഗം കൊണ്ടുവരണം; അവൻ നെഞ്ചോടുകൂടെ മേദസ്സും കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് ഒരു വിശിഷ്ടയാഗമായി നെഞ്ച് യഹോവയുടെമുമ്പാകെ ഉയർത്തി അർപ്പിക്കുക.
His own hands shall bring it, as the fire-offerings of the Lord: the fat with the breast shall he bring, the breast that it may be waved for a wave-offering before the Lord.
31 പുരോഹിതൻ മേദസ്സു യാഗപീഠത്തിൽ ദഹിപ്പിക്കണം, എന്നാൽ നെഞ്ച് അഹരോനും തന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കുമുള്ളതാണ്.
And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar; but the breast shall belong to Aaron and to his sons.
32 നിങ്ങളുടെ സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ വലതുതുട പുരോഹിതന് ഒരു സ്വമേധാദാനമായി കൊടുക്കണം.
And the right shoulder shall ye give unto the priest for a heave-offering, of the sacrifices of your peace-offerings.
33 അഹരോന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരിൽ സമാധാനയാഗത്തിന്റെ രക്തവും മേദസ്സും അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന പുരോഹിതന് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാണ്, വലത്തെ തുട.
The one that offereth the blood of the peace-offerings and the fat, among the sons of Aaron, shall have the right shoulder for his part.
34 ഇസ്രായേല്യരുടെ സമാധാനയാഗത്തിൽനിന്ന് ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ ഉയർത്തി അർപ്പിച്ച നെഞ്ചും വിശിഷ്ടയാഗാർപ്പണമായ വലതുതുടയും ഞാൻ എടുത്ത് അവയെ പുരോഹിതനായ അഹരോനും തന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർക്കും ഇസ്രായേല്യരിൽനിന്നുള്ള നിത്യാവകാശമായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.’”
For the breast which hath been waved and the shoulder which hath been lifted up have I taken from the children of Israel from the sacrifices of their peace-offerings; and I have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons as a fixed portion for ever from the children of Israel.
35 അഹരോനെയും പുത്രന്മാരെയും യഹോവയ്ക്കു പുരോഹിതന്മാരായി സമർപ്പിച്ച നാളിൽ, യഹോവയ്ക്ക് അർപ്പിച്ച ദഹനയാഗങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് അവർക്കുള്ള ഓഹരി ഇതാണ്.
This is the portion of the anointing of Aaron, and of the anointing of his sons, from the fire-offerings of the Lord, on the day when he brought them near to become priests unto the Lord;
36 അവർ അഭിഷിക്തരായ ദിവസം, ഇസ്രായേല്യർ ഇത് അവർക്ക് അവരുടെ നിത്യാവകാശമായി എല്ലാ തലമുറകളിലും നൽകണമെന്ന് യഹോവ കൽപ്പിച്ചു.
Which the Lord commanded to give unto them, on the day that he anointed them, from the children of Israel, as a fixed portion for ever throughout their generations.
37 ഇവയാണ്, ദഹനയാഗം, ഭോജനയാഗം, പാപശുദ്ധീകരണയാഗം, അകൃത്യയാഗം, പ്രതിഷ്ഠായാഗം, സമാധാനയാഗം എന്നിവയുടെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ.
This is the law of the burnt-offering, of the meat-offering, and of the sin-offering, and of the trespass-offering, and of the consecration-offering, and of the sacrifice of the peace-offering;
38 സീനായിമരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ച് യഹോവയ്ക്ക് അവരുടെ വഴിപാടുകൾ കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ കൽപ്പിച്ച നാളിൽ യഹോവ സീനായിമലയിൽവെച്ച് മോശയ്ക്ക് ഈ കൽപ്പനകൾ ഇസ്രായേല്യർക്കു നൽകി.
Which the Lord commanded Moses on mount Sinai, on the day that be commanded the children of Israel to offer their oblations unto the Lord, in the wilderness of Sinai.
