എസ്ഥേർ 7
1 രാജാവും ഹാമാനും എസ്ഥേർരാജ്ഞി ഒരുക്കിയ വിരുന്നിനു ചെന്നു.
and to come (in): come [the] king and Haman to/for to drink with Esther [the] queen
2 രണ്ടാംദിവസം അവർ വീഞ്ഞുകുടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ രാജാവ് എസ്ഥേരിനോട് വീണ്ടും ചോദിച്ചു, “എസ്ഥേർരാജ്ഞീ, എന്താണ് നിന്റെ അപേക്ഷ? അതു നിനക്കു നൽകാം. എന്താണ് നിന്റെ യാചന? രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പകുതിയോളമായാൽപോലും അതു നിനക്കു ലഭിക്കും.”
and to say [the] king to/for Esther also in/on/with day [the] second in/on/with feast [the] wine what? petition your Esther [the] queen and to give: give to/for you and what? request your till half [the] royalty and to make: do
3 അപ്പോൾ എസ്ഥേർരാജ്ഞി ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു: “രാജാവേ, അങ്ങേക്ക് എന്നോട് പ്രീതിയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, രാജാവിന് തിരുവുള്ളമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, എന്റെ അപേക്ഷയാൽ എന്റെ ജീവനെയും എന്റെ യാചനയാൽ എന്റെ ജനത്തെയും എനിക്കു നൽകണമേ.
and to answer Esther [the] queen and to say if to find favor in/on/with eye: seeing your [the] king and if upon [the] king pleasant to give: give to/for me soul: life my in/on/with petition my and people my in/on/with request my
4 കാരണം നശിപ്പിച്ച്, കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട്, ഉന്മൂലനംചെയ്യപ്പെടാനായി എന്നെയും എന്റെ ജനത്തെയും ഇതാ വിറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങളെ ദാസീദാസന്മാരായി വിറ്റിരുന്നെങ്കിൽപോലും ഞാൻ മിണ്ടാതെ ഇരിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. കാരണം അതുപോലും മഹാരാജാവിനെ ശല്യപ്പെടുത്താൻ മതിയായ കാരണം ആകുമായിരുന്നില്ല.”
for to sell I and people my to/for to destroy to/for to kill and to/for to perish and except to/for servant/slave and to/for maidservant to sell be quiet for nothing [the] distress be like in/on/with injury [the] king
5 അഹശ്വേരോശ് രാജാവ് എസ്ഥേർരാജ്ഞിയോടു ചോദിച്ചു: “ആരാണ് അവൻ? ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു കാര്യം ചെയ്യാൻ ധൈര്യപ്പെട്ടവൻ എവിടെ?”
and to say [the] king Ahasuerus and to say to/for Esther [the] queen who? he/she/it this and where? this he/she/it which to fill him heart his to/for to make: do so
6 എസ്ഥേർ പറഞ്ഞു: “വൈരിയും ശത്രുവും! ഈ ദുഷ്ടനായ ഹാമാൻതന്നെ!” അപ്പോൾ ഹാമാൻ രാജാവിന്റെയും രാജ്ഞിയുടെയും മുമ്പിൽ ഭയന്നുവിറച്ചു.
and to say Esther man enemy and enemy Haman [the] bad: evil [the] this and Haman to terrify from to/for face: before [the] king and [the] queen
7 രാജാവ് ക്രോധത്തോടെ വീഞ്ഞുവിരുന്നു നിർത്തി കൊട്ടാരത്തിന്റെ ഉദ്യാനത്തിലേക്കു പോയി. എന്നാൽ രാജാവ്, തനിക്ക് അനർഥം നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ട് ഹാമാൻ എസ്ഥേർരാജ്ഞിയോടു തന്റെ ജീവൻ ഇരന്നുവാങ്ങാൻ അവിടെ നിന്നു.
and [the] king to arise: rise in/on/with rage his from feast [the] wine to(wards) garden [the] palace and Haman to stand: stand to/for to seek upon soul: life his from Esther [the] queen for to see: see for to end: decides to(wards) him [the] distress: harm from with [the] king
8 രാജാവ് ഉദ്യാനത്തിൽനിന്ന് വിരുന്നുശാലയിൽ മടങ്ങിയെത്തിയപ്പോൾ ഹാമാൻ എസ്ഥേർ ഇരുന്ന മഞ്ചത്തിലേക്കു വീണുകിടക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ രാജാവ്, “എന്റെ കൊട്ടാരത്തിൽവെച്ച് എന്റെ സാമീപ്യത്തിൽ രാജ്ഞിയെ ബലാൽക്കാരം ചെയ്യാൻ ഇവൻ മുതിരുന്നോ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു. രാജാവ് ഈ വാക്ക് സംസാരിച്ച ഉടൻ അവർ ഹാമാന്റെ മുഖം മൂടി.
and [the] king to return: return from garden [the] palace to(wards) house: home feast [the] wine and Haman to fall: fall upon [the] bed which Esther upon her and to say [the] king also to/for to subdue [obj] [the] queen with me in/on/with house: home [the] word to come out: speak from lip [the] king and face Haman to cover
9 രാജാവിന്റെ ഷണ്ഡന്മാരിലൊരാളായ ഹർബോനാ, “ഹാമാന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ അൻപതുമുഴം ഉയരമുള്ള ഒരു തൂക്കുമരം ഉണ്ട്. രാജാവിന്റെ നന്മയ്ക്കായി സംസാരിച്ച മൊർദെഖായിക്കുവേണ്ടി ഹാമാൻ നിർമിച്ചതാണ് അത്” എന്നു ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു. “അവനെ അതിൽത്തന്നെ തൂക്കുക,” രാജാവു കൽപ്പിച്ചു.
and to say Harbona one from [the] eunuch to/for face: before [the] king also behold [the] tree: stake which to make Haman to/for Mordecai which to speak: speak pleasant upon [the] king to stand: stand in/on/with house: home Haman high fifty cubit and to say [the] king to hang him upon him
10 അങ്ങനെ മൊർദെഖായിക്കുവേണ്ടി താൻ നിർമിച്ച തൂക്കുമരത്തിൽത്തന്നെ അവർ ഹാമാനെ തൂക്കി; രാജാവിന്റെ കോപവും ശമിച്ചു.
and to hang [obj] Haman upon [the] tree: stake which to establish: prepare to/for Mordecai and rage [the] king to subside
