2 കൊരിന്ത്യർ 11

1 എന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ ഭോഷത്തമായി നിങ്ങൾക്കു തോന്നുന്നെങ്കിൽ അൽപ്പംകൂടി സഹിക്കുമെന്നു ഞാൻ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു; ഇപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ നിങ്ങൾ സഹിക്കുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ.

I wish that you would endure a small amount of my foolishness, so as to bear with me.

2 ദൈവം നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് അത്യന്തം ജാഗരൂകനായിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെതന്നെ, ഞാനും നിങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ജാഗരൂകനായിരിക്കുന്നു. കാരണം, നിങ്ങളെ നിർമലകന്യകയായി ക്രിസ്തു എന്ന ഏകപുരുഷനു ഏൽപ്പിച്ചുകൊടുക്കാൻ ഞാൻ വിവാഹനിശ്ചയം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

For I am jealous toward you, with the jealousy of God. And I have espoused you to one husband, offering you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

3 എന്നാൽ, പിശാച് ഹവ്വായെ തന്ത്രപൂർവം കബളിപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങളുടെയും ഹൃദയത്തെ ക്രിസ്തുവിനോടുള്ള പാതിവ്രത്യത്തിൽനിന്നും നിർമലതയിൽനിന്നും തെറ്റിച്ചുകളയുമോ എന്നു ഞാൻ ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു.

But I am afraid lest, as the serpent led astray Eve by his cleverness, so your minds might be corrupted and might fall away from the simplicity which is in Christ.

4 ആരെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽവന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രസംഗിച്ചതിൽനിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തനായ മറ്റൊരു യേശുവിനെ പ്രസംഗിച്ചാലും, നിങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചതിൽനിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ഒരാത്മാവിനെയോ ഒരുസുവിശേഷത്തെയോ നൽകിയാലും നിങ്ങൾ ഇവയെല്ലാം ഒരു വിവേചനവുംകൂടാതെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നല്ലോ!

For if anyone arrives preaching another Christ, one whom we have not preached; or if you receive another Spirit, one whom you have not received; or another Gospel, one which you have not been given: you might permit him to guide you.

5 ഞാൻ “അതിശ്രേഷ്ഠരായ” ഇതര അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരെക്കാൾ ഒരു കാര്യത്തിലും കുറവുള്ളവനാണെന്ന് കരുതുന്നില്ല.

For I consider that I have done nothing less than the great Apostles.

6 എനിക്ക് പ്രഭാഷണനൈപുണ്യം ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും പരിജ്ഞാനം ഇല്ലാത്തവനല്ല. ഇത് ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവിധത്തിലും എപ്പോഴും നിങ്ങൾക്കു തെളിയിച്ചുതന്നിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

For although I may be unskilled in speech, yet I am not so in knowledge. But, in all things, we have been made manifest to you.

7 പ്രതിഫലം പറ്റാതെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സുവിശേഷം അറിയിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെ ഉയർത്താൻവേണ്ടി, എന്നെത്തന്നെ താഴ്ത്തിയത് എന്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് ഒരു തെറ്റായിപ്പോയോ?

Or did I commit a sin by humbling myself so that you would be exalted? For I preached the Gospel of God to you freely.

8 നിങ്ങളെ ശുശ്രൂഷിക്കേണ്ടതിനായി ഞാൻ മറ്റു സഭകളെ കവർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതുപോലെയായിരുന്നു അവരിൽനിന്ന് സഹായം സ്വീകരിച്ചത്.

I have taken from other churches, receiving a stipend from them to the benefit of your ministry.

9 നിങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ ആയിരുന്നപ്പോൾ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും നിങ്ങളിൽ ആർക്കും ഞാൻ ഭാരമായിത്തീർന്നിട്ടില്ല; മക്കദോന്യയിൽനിന്ന് വന്ന സഹോദരന്മാരാണ് എന്റെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ നിറവേറ്റിയത്. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരുവിധത്തിലും ഭാരമാകാതെ ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെ സൂക്ഷിച്ചു; ഇനിയും സൂക്ഷിക്കും.

And when I was with you and in need, I was burdensome to no one. For the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied whatever was lacking to me. And in all things, I have kept myself, and I will keep myself, from being burdensome to you.

10 എന്റെ ഈ അഭിമാനം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്താൻ അഖായയിലുള്ള ആർക്കും കഴിയുകയില്ല എന്നത്, എന്നിലുള്ള ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സത്യംപോലെതന്നെ സുനിശ്ചിതമാണ്.

The truth of Christ is in me, and so this glorying shall not be broken away from me in the regions of Achaia.

11 എനിക്കു നിങ്ങളോടു സ്നേഹമില്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാണോ? അതിന്റെ യാഥാർഥ്യം ദൈവം അറിയുന്നു.

Why so? Is it because I do not love you? God knows I do.

12 ഞങ്ങളോടു സമന്മാർ എന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാൻ അവസരം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ആത്മപ്രശംസ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ കിണഞ്ഞു പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് അതിന് അവസരം കൊടുക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിനാണ് ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്; ഇനിയും അങ്ങനെതന്നെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും.

But what I am doing, I will continue to do, so that I may take away an opportunity from those who desire an opportunity by which they may glory, so as to be considered to be like us.

13 അവർ വ്യാജയപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാർ, വഞ്ചകരായ വേലക്കാർ, ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരുടെ വേഷംകെട്ടുന്നവർതന്നെ.

For false apostles, such as these deceitful workers, are presenting themselves as if they were Apostles of Christ.

14 ഇതിൽ ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെടാനെന്തിരിക്കുന്നു; സാത്താൻതന്നെയും പ്രകാശദൂതന്റെ വേഷം ധരിക്കുന്നല്ലോ!

And no wonder, for even Satan presents himself as if he were an Angel of light.

15 ആകയാൽ അവന്റെ വേലക്കാർ നീതിശുശ്രൂഷകന്മാരുടെ വേഷം ധരിക്കുന്നതിലും ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെടാനില്ല. അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കു തക്ക ന്യായവിധി അവസാനം അവർക്കു ലഭിക്കും.

Therefore, it is no great thing if his ministers present themselves as if they were ministers of justice, for their end shall be according to their works.

16 ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും പറയട്ടെ: എന്നെ ഒരു ഭോഷൻ എന്ന് ആരും കരുതരുത്; അഥവാ, കരുതിയാൽ, ഒരു ഭോഷൻ എന്നപോലെ എന്നെ സ്വീകരിക്കുക. അപ്പോൾ അൽപ്പമൊന്ന് പ്രശംസിക്കാൻ എനിക്കു കഴിയുമല്ലോ.

I say again. And let no one consider me to be foolish. Or, at least, accept me as if I were foolish, so that I also may glory a small amount.

17 ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ആത്മപ്രശംസ കർത്തൃഹിതപ്രകാരമല്ല, ഇത് ഒരു ഭോഷന്റെ ഭാഷണമാണ്.

What I am saying is not said according to God, but as if in foolishness, in this matter of glorying.

18 അനേകരും തങ്ങളുടെ ലൗകികനേട്ടങ്ങളിൽ അഹങ്കരിക്കുന്നു. എങ്കിൽ ഞാനും അൽപ്പം ആത്മപ്രശംസ നടത്തട്ടെ.

Since so many glory according to the flesh, I will glory also.

19 നിങ്ങൾ ജ്ഞാനികൾ ആയിരിക്കെ, ആനന്ദപൂർവം ഭോഷന്മാരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നല്ലോ!

For you freely accept the foolish, though you yourselves claim to be wise.

20 വാസ്തവം പറഞ്ഞാൽ, നിങ്ങളെ അടിമകളെപ്പോലെ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവരെയും ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യുന്നവരെയും മുതലെടുക്കുന്നവരെയും നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ നേതാവാകാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നവരെയും എന്തിനേറെപ്പറയുന്നു, നിങ്ങളുടെ മുഖത്തടിക്കുന്നവരെപ്പോലും നിങ്ങൾ സഹിക്കുന്നു!

For you permit it when someone guides you into servitude, even if he devours you, even if he takes from you, even if he is extolled, even if he strikes you repeatedly on the face.

21 ഇത്രയൊക്കെ ചെയ്യാൻമാത്രമുള്ള ബലം ഞങ്ങൾക്കില്ലായിരുന്നു എന്നു ലജ്ജയോടെ ഞാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു. മറ്റാരെങ്കിലും പ്രശംസിക്കാൻ മുതിർന്നാൽ, ഒരു മൂഢനെപ്പോലെ ഞാൻ പറയട്ടെ, ഞാനും ഇത്തിരി പ്രശംസിക്കും.

I speak according to disgrace, as if we had been weak in this regard. In this matter, (I speak in foolishness) if anyone dares, I dare also.

22 അവർ എബ്രായരോ? ഞാനും അതേ. അവർ ഇസ്രായേല്യരോ? ഞാനും അതേ. അവർ അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികളോ? ഞാനും അതേ.

They are Hebrews; so am I. They are Israelites; so am I. They are the offspring of Abraham; so am I.

23 അവർ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ദാസരോ? (സുബോധമില്ലാത്തവനെപ്പോലെ ഞാൻ സംസാരിക്കുന്നു) ഞാൻ അവരെക്കാൾ മികച്ച ദാസൻതന്നെ. ഞാൻ അവരെക്കാൾ അധികം അധ്വാനിച്ചു. അവരെക്കാൾ ഏറെത്തവണ തടവിലായി. അവരെക്കാൾ ഏറെ ക്രൂരമായി ചമ്മട്ടികൊണ്ട് അടിയേറ്റു, പലപ്രാവശ്യം മരണത്തെ മുഖാമുഖം കണ്ടു.

They are the ministers of Christ (I speak as if I were less wise); more so am I: with many more labors, with numerous imprisonments, with wounds beyond measure, with frequent mortifications.

24 അഞ്ചുപ്രാവശ്യം എന്റെ സ്വന്തം ജനമായ യെഹൂദരാൽ ഒന്നു കുറയെ നാൽപ്പത് അടികൊണ്ടു.

On five occasions, I received forty stripes, less one, from the Jews.

25 മൂന്നുതവണ റോമാക്കാർ കോലുകൊണ്ട് അടിച്ചു. ഒരിക്കൽ കല്ലേറ് ഏറ്റു. മൂന്നുപ്രാവശ്യം കപ്പലപകടത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടു. ഒരു രാത്രിയും ഒരു പകലും കടലിൽ കിടന്നു.

Three times, I was beaten with rods. One time, I was stoned. Three times, I was shipwrecked. For a night and a day, I was in the depths of the sea.

26 വിശ്രമം ഇല്ലാതെ യാത്രചെയ്തു. നദികളിലെ ആപത്ത്, കൊള്ളക്കാരാലുള്ള ആപത്ത്, സ്വജനത്തിൽനിന്നുള്ള ആപത്ത്, യെഹൂദേതരരിൽനിന്നുള്ള ആപത്ത്, നഗരത്തിലെ ആപത്ത്, വിജനസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലെ ആപത്ത്, സമുദ്രത്തിലെ ആപത്ത്, വ്യാജസഹോദരങ്ങളിൽനിന്നുള്ള ആപത്ത് എന്നിവയിലെല്ലാം ഞാൻ അകപ്പെട്ടു.

I have made frequent journeys, through dangerous waters, in danger of robbers, in danger from my own nation, in danger from the Gentiles, in danger in the city, in danger in the wilderness, in danger in the sea, in danger from false brothers,

27 പലപ്പോഴും രാത്രികളിൽ ഉറക്കമിളച്ചും, വിശപ്പും ദാഹവും സഹിച്ചും, പലപ്രാവശ്യം ആഹാരമില്ലാതെ വലഞ്ഞും, ശൈത്യത്തിലും, ആവശ്യത്തിനു വസ്ത്രമില്ലാതെയും ഞാൻ ക്ലേശിച്ച് അധ്വാനിച്ചു.

with hardships and difficulties, with much vigilance, in hunger and thirst, with frequent fasts, in cold and nakedness,

28 ഇവയ്ക്കെല്ലാം പുറമേ എല്ലാ സഭകളെയുംകുറിച്ചുള്ള ചിന്താഭാരം എന്ന സമ്മർദവും ദിനംതോറും ഞാൻ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്നു.

and, in addition to these things, which are external: there is my daily earnestness and solicitude for all the churches.

29 നിങ്ങളിൽ ആര് ബലഹീനനായപ്പോഴാണ് ഞാനും ബലഹീനൻ ആകാതെയിരുന്നിട്ടുള്ളത്? ആര് തെറ്റിലകപ്പെട്ടപ്പോഴാണ് ഞാൻ അതേക്കുറിച്ച് ദുഃഖിക്കാതിരുന്നിട്ടുള്ളത്?

Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is scandalized, and I am not being burned?

30 അഭിമാനിക്കണമെങ്കിൽ, ഞാൻ എന്റെ ബലഹീനതകളെക്കുറിച്ച് അഭിമാനിക്കും.

If it is necessary to glory, I will glory of the things that concern my weaknesses.

31 നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ദൈവവും പിതാവുമായവൻ, ഞാൻ പറയുന്നതു വ്യാജമല്ല എന്നറിയുന്നു; അവിടന്ന് എന്നേക്കും വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവൻ. (aiōn g165)

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying. (aiōn g165)

32 അരേതാരാജാവ് നിയോഗിച്ച ഭരണാധികാരി ദമസ്കോസിൽവെച്ച് എന്നെ ബന്ധിക്കുന്നതിനായി ദമസ്കോസ് നഗരത്തിന് കാവൽ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തി.

At Damascus, the governor of the nation under Aretas the king, watched over the city of the Damascenes, so as to apprehend me.

33 എന്നാൽ, എന്നെ ഒരു കുട്ടയിലാക്കി മതിലിലുള്ള ഒരു ജനാലയിലൂടെ താഴേക്കിറക്കുകയും അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കൈകളിൽനിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു.

And, through a window, I was let down along the wall in a basket; and so I escaped his hands.
