സങ്കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ 13

1 സംഗീതപ്രമാണിക്കു; ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. യഹോവേ, എത്രത്തോളം നീ എന്നെ മറന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും? നീ എത്രത്തോളം നിന്റെ മുഖത്തെ ഞാൻ കാണാതവണ്ണം മറെക്കും?

To him that excelleth. A Psalme of Dauid. Howe long wilt thou forget me, O Lord, for euer? howe long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

2 എത്രത്തോളം ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ വിചാരംപിടിച്ചു എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ദിവസംപ്രതി ദുഃഖം അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടിവരും? എത്രത്തോളം എന്റെ ശത്രു എന്റെമേൽ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കും?

How long shall I take counsell within my selfe, hauing wearinesse dayly in mine heart? how long shall mine enemie be exalted aboue me?

3 എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, കടാക്ഷിക്കേണമേ; എനിക്കു ഉത്തരം അരുളേണമേ; ഞാൻ മരണനിദ്ര പ്രാപിക്കാതിരിപ്പാൻ എന്റെ കണ്ണുകളെ പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.

Beholde, and heare mee, O Lord my God: lighten mine eyes, that I sleepe not in death:

4 ഞാൻ അവനെ തോല്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു എന്നു എന്റെ ശത്രു പറയരുതേ; ഞാൻ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകുന്നതിനാൽ എന്റെ വൈരികൾ ഉല്ലസിക്കയുമരുതേ.

Lest mine enemie say, I haue preuailed against him: and they that afflict me, reioyce when I slide.

5 ഞാനോ നിന്റെ കരുണയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിന്റെ രക്ഷയിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കും.

But I trust in thy mercie: mine heart shall reioyce in thy saluation:

6 യഹോവ എനിക്കു നന്മ ചെയ്തിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവന്നു പാട്ടു പാടും.

I will sing to the Lord, because he hath delt louingly with me.
