സങ്കീർത്തനങ്ങൾ 128

1 ആരോഹണഗീതം. യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു, അവന്റെ വഴികളിൽ നടക്കുന്ന ഏവനും ഭാഗ്യവാൻ;

A SONG OF THE ASCENTS. O the blessedness of everyone fearing YHWH, Who is walking in His ways.

2 നിന്റെ കൈകളുടെ അദ്ധ്വാനഫലം നീ തിന്നും; നീ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ; നിനക്കു നന്മ വരും.

You surely eat the labor of your hands, You [are] blessed, and good [is] to you.

3 നിന്റെ ഭാര്യ നിന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നകത്തു ഫലപ്രദമായ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിപോലെയും നിന്റെ മക്കൾ നിന്റെ മേശെക്കു ചുറ്റും ഒലിവുതൈകൾപോലെയും ഇരിക്കും.

Your wife [is] as a fruitful vine in the sides of your house, Your sons as olive plants around your table.

4 യഹോവാഭക്തനായ പുരുഷൻ ഇങ്ങനെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവനാകും.

Behold, surely thus is the man blessed who is fearing YHWH.

5 യഹോവ സീയോനിൽനിന്നു നിന്നെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കും; നിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലമൊക്കെയും നീ യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ നന്മയെ കാണും.

YHWH blesses you out of Zion, Look, then, on the good of Jerusalem, All the days of your life,

6 നിന്റെ മക്കളുടെ മക്കളെയും നീ കാണും. യിസ്രായേലിന്മേൽ സമാധാനം ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ.

And see the sons of your sons! Peace on Israel!
