യെഹെസ്കേൽ 37
1 യഹോവയുടെ കൈ എന്റെമേൽ വന്നു യഹോവയുടെ ആത്മാവിൽ എന്നെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു താഴ്‌വരയുടെ നടുവിൽ നിറുത്തി; അതു അസ്ഥികൾകൊണ്ടു നിറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
There hath been upon me a hand of Jehovah, and He taketh me forth in the Spirit of Jehovah, and doth place me in the midst of the valley, and it is full of bones,
2 അവൻ എന്നെ അവയുടെ ഇടയിൽ കൂടി ചുറ്റിച്ചുറ്റി നടക്കുമാറാക്കി; അവ താഴ്‌വരയുടെ പരപ്പിൽ എത്രയും അധികമായിരുന്നു; അവ ഏറ്റവും ഉണങ്ങിയുമിരുന്നു.
and He causeth me to pass over by them, all round about, and lo, very many [are] on the face of the valley, and lo, very dry.
3 അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ഈ അസ്ഥികൾ ജീവിക്കുമോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു; അതിന്നു ഞാൻ: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, നീ അറിയുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
And He saith unto me, 'Son of man, do these bones live?' And I say, 'O Lord Jehovah, Thou — Thou hast known.'
4 അവൻ എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതു: നീ ഈ അസ്ഥികളെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിച്ചു അവയോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: ഉണങ്ങിയ അസ്ഥികളേ, യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾപ്പിൻ!
And He saith unto me, 'Prophesy concerning these bones, and thou hast said unto them: O dry bones, hear a word of Jehovah:
5 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഈ അസ്ഥികളോടു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളിൽ ശ്വാസം വരുത്തും.
Thus said the Lord Jehovah to these bones: Lo, I am bringing into you a spirit, and ye have lived,
6 ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെമേൽ ഞരമ്പുവെച്ചു മാംസം പിടിപ്പിച്ചു നിങ്ങളെ ത്വക്കുകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞു നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളിൽ ശ്വാസം വരുത്തും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
and I have given on you sinews, and cause flesh to come up upon you, and covered you over with skin, and given in you a spirit, and ye have lived, and ye have known that I [am] Jehovah.'
7 എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞാൻ പ്രവചിച്ചു; ഞാൻ പ്രവചിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു മുഴക്കം കേട്ടു; ഉടനെ ഒരു ഭൂകമ്പം ഉണ്ടായി, അസ്ഥി അസ്ഥിയോടു വന്നുചേർന്നു.
And I have prophesied as I have been commanded, and there is a noise, as I am prophesying, and lo, a rushing, and draw near do the bones, bone unto its bone.
8 പിന്നെ ഞാൻ നോക്കി: അവയുടെ മേൽ ഞരമ്പും മാംസവും വന്നതും അവയുടെമേൽ ത്വക്കുപൊതിഞ്ഞതും കണ്ടു; എന്നാൽ ശ്വാസം അവയിൽ ഇല്ലാതെയിരുന്നു.
And I beheld, and lo, on them [are] sinews, and flesh hath come up, and cover them doth skin over above — and spirit there is none in them.
9 അപ്പോൾ അവൻ എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതു: കാറ്റിനോടു പ്രവചിക്ക; മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ പ്രവചിച്ചു കാറ്റിനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ശ്വാസമേ, നീ നാലു കാറ്റുകളിൽനിന്നും വന്നു ഈ നിഹതന്മാർ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരുടെ മേൽ ഊതുക.
And He saith unto me: 'Prophesy unto the Spirit, prophesy, son of man, and thou hast said unto the Spirit: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: From the four winds come in, O Spirit, and breathe on these slain, and they do live.'
10 അവൻ എന്നോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞാൻ പ്രവചിച്ചപ്പോൾ ശ്വാസം അവരിൽ വന്നു; അവർ ജീവിച്ചു ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സൈന്യമായി നിവിർന്നുനിന്നു.
And I have prophesied as He commanded me, and the Spirit cometh into them, and they live, and stand on their feet — a very very great force.
11 പിന്നെ അവൻ എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ഈ അസ്ഥികൾ ഇസ്രായേൽഗൃഹമൊക്കെയും ആകുന്നു; ഞങ്ങളുടെ അസ്ഥികൾ ഉണങ്ങി, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രത്യാശെക്കു ഭംഗം വന്നു, ഞങ്ങൾ തീരേ മുടിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവർ പറയുന്നു.
And He saith unto me, 'Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel; lo, they are saying: Dried up have our bones, And perished hath our hope, We have been cut off by ourselves.
12 അതുകൊണ്ടു നീ പ്രവചിച്ചു അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ ജനമേ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ശവക്കുഴി തുറന്നു നിങ്ങളെ ശവക്കുഴിയിൽനിന്നു കയറ്റി യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോകും.
Therefore, prophesy, and thou hast said unto them, thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am opening your graves, And have brought you up out of your graves, O My people, And brought you in unto the land of Israel.
13 അങ്ങനെ എന്റെ ജനമേ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ശവക്കുഴി തുറന്നു നിങ്ങളെ ശവക്കുഴിയിൽനിന്നു കയറ്റുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
And ye have known that I [am] Jehovah, In My opening your graves, And in My bringing you up out of your graves, O My people.
14 നിങ്ങൾ ജീവക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ എന്റെ ആത്മാവിനെ നിങ്ങളിൽ ആക്കും; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ സ്വദേശത്തു പാർപ്പിക്കും; യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു നിവർത്തിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
And I have given My Spirit in you, and ye have lived, And I have caused you to rest on your land, And ye have known that I Jehovah, I have spoken, and I have done [it], An affirmation of Jehovah.'
15 യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying,
16 മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ ഒരു കോൽ എടുത്തു അതിന്മേൽ: യെഹൂദെക്കും അവനോടു ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കും എന്നു എഴുതിവെക്ക; പിന്നെ മറ്റൊരു കോൽ എടുത്തു അതിന്മേൽ: എഫ്രയീമിന്റെ കോലായ യോസേഫിന്നും അവനോടു ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്നൊക്കെക്കും എന്നു എഴുതിവെക്ക.
'And thou, son of man, take to thee one stick, and write on it, For Judah, and for the sons of Israel, his companions; and take another stick, and write on it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and all the house of Israel, his companions,
17 പിന്നെ നീ അവയെ ഒരു കോലായി ഒന്നോടൊന്നു ചേർക്കുക; അവ നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഒന്നായിത്തീരും.
and bring them near one unto another, to thee, for one stick, and they have become one in thy hand.
18 ഇതിന്റെ താല്പര്യം എന്തെന്നു നീ ഞങ്ങളെ അറിയിക്കയില്ലയോ എന്നു നിന്റെ സ്വജാതിക്കാർ നിന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ, നീ അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു:
'And when sons of thy people speak unto thee, saying, Dost thou not declare to us what these [are] to thee?
19 യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ എഫ്രയീമിന്റെ കയ്യിലുള്ള യോസേഫിൻ കോലിനെയും അവനോടു ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന യിസ്രായേൽഗോത്രങ്ങളെയും എടുത്തു അവരെ അവനോടു, യെഹൂദയുടെ കോലിനോടു തന്നേ, ചേർത്തു ഒരു കോലാക്കും; അവർ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഒന്നായിരിക്കും.
Speak unto them, Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am taking the stick of Joseph, that [is] in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his companions, and have given them unto him, with the stick of Judah, and have made them become one stick, and they have been one in My hand.
20 നീ എഴുതിയ കോലുകൾ അവർ കാൺകെ നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഇരിക്കേണം.
And the sticks on which thou writest have been in thy hand before thine eyes,
21 പിന്നെ നീ അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളെ അവർ ചെന്നു ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു കൂട്ടി നാലുപുറത്തുനിന്നും സ്വരൂപിച്ചു സ്വദേശത്തേക്കു കൊണ്ടുവരും.
and speak thou unto them: Thus said the Lord Jehovah: Lo, I am taking the sons of Israel, From among the nations whither they have gone, And have gathered them from round about, And I have brought them in unto their land.
22 ഞാൻ അവരെ ദേശത്തു, യിസ്രായേൽ പർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ തന്നേ, ഏകജാതിയാക്കും; ഒരേ രാജാവു അവർക്കെല്ലാവർക്കും രാജാവായിരിക്കും; അവർ ഇനി രണ്ടു ജാതിയായിരിക്കയില്ല, രണ്ടു രാജ്യമായി പിരികയുമില്ല.
And I have made them become one nation in the land, on mountains of Israel, And one king is to them all for king, And they are no more as two nations, Nor are they divided any more into two kingdoms again.
23 അവർ ഇനി വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളാലും മ്ലേച്ഛതകളാലും യാതൊരു അതിക്രമത്താലും തങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ മലിനമാക്കുകയില്ല; അവർ പാപം ചെയ്ത അവരുടെ സകല വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലുംനിന്നു ഞാൻ അവരെ രക്ഷിച്ചു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കും; അങ്ങനെ അവർ എനിക്കു ജനമായും ഞാൻ അവർക്കു ദൈവമായും ഇരിക്കും.
Nor are they defiled any more with their idols, And with their abominations, And with any of their transgressions, And I have saved them out of all their dwellings, In which they have sinned, And I have cleansed them, And they have been to Me for a people, And I — I am to them for God.
24 എന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദ് അവർക്കു രാജാവായിരിക്കും; അവർക്കെല്ലാവർക്കും ഒരേ ഇടയൻ ഉണ്ടാകും; അവർ എന്റെ വിധികളിൽ നടന്നു എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിച്ചനുഷ്ഠിക്കും.
And My servant David [is] king over them, And one shepherd have they all, And in My judgments they go, And My statutes they keep, and have done them.
25 എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബിന്നു ഞാൻ കൊടുത്തതും നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാർ പാർത്തിരുന്നതും ആയ ദേശത്തു അവർ പാർക്കും; അവരും മക്കളും മക്കളുടെ മക്കളും എന്നേക്കും അവിടെ വസിക്കും; എന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദ് എന്നേക്കും അവർക്കു പ്രഭുവായിരിക്കും.
And they have dwelt on the land that I gave to My servant, to Jacob, In which your fathers have dwelt, And they have dwelt on it, they and their sons, And their son's sons — unto the age, And David My servant [is] their prince — to the age.
26 ഞാൻ അവരോടു ഒരു സമാധാനനിയമം ചെയ്യും; അതു അവർക്കു ഒരു ശാശ്വതനിയമമായിരിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവരെ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു പെരുക്കി അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തെ സദാകാലത്തേക്കും സ്ഥാപിക്കും.
And I have made to them a covenant of peace, A covenant age-during it is with them, And I have placed them, and multiplied them, And placed My sanctuary in their midst — to the age.
27 എന്റെ നിവാസം അവരോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടാകും; ഞാൻ അവർക്കു ദൈവമായും അവർ എനിക്കു ജനമായും ഇരിക്കും.
And My tabernacle hath been over them, And I have been to them for God, And they have been to Me for a people.
28 എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം സദാകാലത്തേക്കും അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിനെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന യഹോവയെന്നു ജാതികൾ അറിയും.
And known have the nations that I Jehovah am sanctifying Israel, In My sanctuary being in their midst — to the age!'
