< Zakaria 12 >
1 Ty entañe nitsarae’ Iehovà am’ Israele: Hoe t’Iehovà namelatse o likerañeo, naho nampijadoñe o mananta’ ty tane toio vaho mitsene ty arofo’ ondaty ama’e ao:
A prophecy: This message came from the Lord concerning Israel, a declaration of the Lord who spread out the heavens, who laid the foundations of the earth, and who placed the breath of life within human beings.
2 Inao, te hanoeko fitovim-pivembèñañe t’Ierosalaime naho o mañohok’ aze iabio, vaho hampitraofe’ iareo ama’ Ierosalaime t’Iehodà, naho harikatohe’ iareo.
Look! I am going to make Jerusalem like a cup containing alcoholic drink that will make all the surrounding nations stagger like drunks when they come to attack Judah and Jerusalem.
3 Ie amy andro zay, le hanoeko vato fijinie’ ze kila ondaty t’Ierosalaime; ho fonga fere-boboke ze mivave aze; vaho hene hitontoñe hiatreatre aze ze fifehea’ ty tane toy.
On that day I will make Jerusalem like a heavy rock to all peoples. Anyone who tries to lift the rock will injure themselves badly. All the nations will join together to attack Jerusalem.
4 Amy andro zay, hoe t’Iehovà le ho paoheko ho tangòke o soavalao, naho ho seretse i mpiningi’ey; hanoka-maso amy anjomba’ Iehoday iraho vaho ho lafaeko ho goa iaby ze soavala’ondaty.
On that day I will make every horse panic-stricken and every rider go mad, declares the Lord, but I will watch over the people of Judah while I blind all the horses of their enemies.
5 Le hitsakore añ’arofo ao o mpifehe’ Iehodao hanao ty hoe: Haozarako o mpimone’ Ierosalaime añam’ Iehovà’ i Màroy, Andrianañahare’ iareo.
Then the families of Judah will say to themselves, the people of Jerusalem are strong in their God, the Lord Almighty.
6 Hanoeko sadròn’ afo añivon-katae ao o mpiaolo’ Iehodao, naho hoe failon’ afo añivom-pitoboroñan’ ampemba ao; ie hamorototo ondaty iaby mañohokeo mb’ ankavana naho havia; fe ho fimoneñañe an-toe’e eo indraike t’Ierosalaime, Eka e Ierosalaime ao.
On that day I will make the families of Judah like burning coals in a wood, like a flaming torch in a field of straw. They will burn up to the right and to the left all the surrounding peoples, while the people of Jerusalem will live safely in their city.
7 Ho rombahe’ Iehovà heike o kiboho’ Iehodao, soa tsy hitoabotse ambone’ Iehodà ty enge’ i anjomba’ i Davidey9 naho ty enge’ o mpimone’ Ierosalaimeo.
The Lord will give the victory to the soldiers of Judah first so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not be greater than that of Judah.
8 Harova’ Iehovà amy andro zay o mpimone’ Ierosalaimeo le ho hambañe amy Davide ty mikoletra am’ iereo amy andro zay; vaho hanahak’ an’ Andrianañahare ty anjomba’ i Davide, hambañ’ amy anjeli’ Iehovà aolo’ iareoy.
On that day the Lord will place a shield around the people of Jerusalem so that even the clumsiest of them will be as skilled a warrior as David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the Lord who leads them.
9 Ie amy andro zay, ho paiako harotsake ze hene fifeheañe maname Ierosalaime.
On that day I will start destroying all those nations that attack Jerusalem.
10 Le hakofòko amy anjomba’ i Davidey naho amo mpimone’ Ierosalaimeo ty arofom-patarihañe naho fisolohoañe; le hisamb’ ahy iereo, i trinofa’ iareoy vaho hirovetse, manahake t’ie fangololoiham-bako-tokañe, ho afero am’ iareo manahake t’ie nitañoloñoloña’e.
I will pour out a spirit of grace and prayer on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem. They will look at me whom they pierced, and they will wail in grief over him, mourning as for an only child, weeping bitterly as for a firstborn.
11 Ie amy andro zay, le ho fandalàm-bey ty e Ierosalaime ao, manahake ty firoveta’ i Hadadrimone am-bavatane’ i Megidone eo.
On that day the mourning in Jerusalem will be as great as the mourning in Hadad-Rimmon in the valley of Megiddo.
12 Handala i taney, le songa hivike ze hene fifokoañe; hivike ty anjomba’ i Davide naho hivike o rakemba’ eo; hivike ty anjomba’ i Natane naho hivike o rakemba’eo;
The land will mourn, every family alone: the family house of David alone and their women by themselves, the families of Nathan,
13 hivike ty anjomba’ i Levý naho hivike o rakemba’ eo; hivike o nte-Simeio naho hivikeo rakemba’eo;
Levi, and Shimei—
14 sambe hivike ze hene fifokoa sehanga’e naho hivike ka o tañanjomba’eo.
and all the surviving families and their women, each group mourning alone by themselves.
