1 Atorò iareo ty hiambane amo mpifeheo, naho amo bei’eo, tsy hanjehatse, vaho halisa amy ze hene fitoloñan-tsoa,
Remind them to be subject to principalities and authorities, to obey rule, to be ready to every good work,
2 le tsy hañìnje ndra ia’ia, tsy hitrobo, fa ho lèm-po, hiasy ze hene ondaty.
to speak evil of no one, not to be quarrelsome—gentle, showing all meekness to all men,
3 Toe ni-seretse ka tika taolo, nanjehatse, finitake, nondevozen-kadrao naho fañiriañe, nañavelo an-ka-lo-tserehañe naho fihàñañe, nirihy, vaho nifankalaiñe.
for we, also, were once thoughtless, disobedient, led astray, serving manifold desires and pleasures, living in malice and envy, odious—hating one another;
4 Fe niboake ty fatarihan’ Añahare Mpandrombak’ antika naho mpikoko ondatio.
and when the kindness and the love to men of God our Savior appeared
5 Le rinomba’e, tsy ty amo sata soa nanoen-tika an-kavañonañeo, fa i fiferenaiña’ey, am-pandroañe i fisamaham-baoy naho ami’ty fañavaoa’ i Arofo Masiñey
(not by works that [are] in righteousness that we did but according to His kindness), He saved us, through a bathing of regeneration, and a renewing of the Holy Spirit,
6 ze nadoba’e aman-tikañe añam’ Iesoà Norizañe Mpandrombak’ antikañey,
which He poured on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 le itika nivantañeñe amy hasoa’ey, ro nanoeñe mpandova ty amy fitamàñe o haveloñe nainai’eo. (aiōnios g166)
that having been declared righteous by His grace, we may become heirs according to the hope of continuous life. (aiōnios g166)
8 Tsara-to izay, aa ty amy tsaraeñe, le noko te isaontsia’o am-patokisañe, soa te himanea’ o mpiato aman’ Añahareo ty hitomitse, hitoloñe sata soa. Mete izay, toe mahasoa ze hene ondaty.
The word [is] steadfast; and concerning these things I intend you to affirm fully, that they may be thoughtful, to be leading in good works—who have believed God; these are the good and profitable things to men,
9 Fe iholiaro o ontane gegeo, o toñon-droaeo, o ali-vavao, naho ty sotasota amy Hake, ie hatsivokarañe naho hakoahañe.
but stand away from foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about law—for they are unprofitable and vain.
10 Aitò t’indaty mampiriaria ie fa nierete’o in-droe ndra in-draike,
Reject a heretical man, after a first and second admonition,
11 ampahafohino t’ie mengoke naho mpandilatse vaho mamà-batañe.
having known that he has been subverted who [is] such, and sins, being self-condemned.
12 Naho hahitriko mb’ama’o mb’eo t’i Artema ndra i Tikiko le milozoha lia mb’amako e Nikopolia mb’eo, fa sinafiriko ty hitoboke ao te asotry.
When I will send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me to Nicopolis, for I have determined to winter there.
13 Maringata hampionjone’o mb’ eo t’i Zena mpañoke Hake naho i Apolosy soa tsy eo ty ho paiae’iareo.
Diligently send forth Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their way, that nothing to them may be lacking,
14 Hàmake te hizatse sata soa o mpiaman-tikañeo, hañeneke o raha paiañeo, tsy mone tsy hahavokatse.
and let them learn—ours also—to be leading in good works to the necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.
15 Mañontane azo ze hene amako atoa. Salamao ze mikoko antika amy fatokisañey ao. Hasoa ama’ areo iaby.
All those with me greet you. Greet those cherishing us in faith. The grace [is] with you all!
