< Romana 12 >

1 Aa le osiheko nahareo, ry longo, ami’ty fiferenaiñan’ Añahare; ty hibanabana ty sandri’ areo ho sorom-beloñe, miavake naho mañeva an’ Andrianañahare, izay ty fitoroñañe sazo anahareo.
I Beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that yee giue vp your bodies a liuing sacrifice, holy, acceptable vnto God, which is your reasonable seruing of God.
2 Ko mitsikombe ty voatse toy, fa miovà ami’ty fañavaoam-betsevetse, hamentea’ areo ty satrin’ arofon’ Añahare soa naho mahafale vaho fonitse. (aiōn g165)
And fashion not your selues like vnto this worlde, but bee yee changed by the renewing of your minde, that ye may prooue what that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God is. (aiōn g165)
3 Fa amy falalàñe natolots’ ahiy, le taroñeko ama’ areo iaby, t’ie tsy hihaboke hilala mandikoatse ty evà’e, fa sambe mimane faharendrehañe migahiñe ty amy fatokisañe nandivan’ Añahare ama’e.
For I say through the grace that is giuen vnto me, to euery one that is among you, that no man presume to vnderstande aboue that which is meete to vnderstand, but that he vnderstande according to sobrietie, as God hath dealt to euery man the measure of faith.
4 Ampanahafeñe aman-tika, te maro ty mpitraoke an-tsandriñe raike ao, fe tsy hambam-pitoloñañe o mpitraoke iabio;
For as wee haue many members in one body, and all members haue not one office,
5 hoe izay ka tika maro ro fañòva raike amy Norizañey, sindre mifampipiteke,
So we being many are one body in Christ, and euery one, one anothers members.
6 naho songa aman-dravoravo ankafankafa ty amy falalàñe nitolorañe: he fitokiañe, tsahatse ty fatokisa’e,
Seeing then that we haue gifts that are diuers, according to the grace that is giuen vnto vs, whether we haue prophecie, let vs prophecie according to the portion of faith:
7 ke fitoloñañe ty amy fitoroña’ey; ie mpañoke le amy fañòha’ey;
Or an office, let vs waite on the office: or he that teacheth, on teaching:
8 ie mpañosike le amy fañosiha’ey, ie mpanolotse le am-patarihañe; ie mpifehe le am-pahimbañañe; ie mpiferenaiñe le an-kaehake.
Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that distributeth, let him doe it with simplicitie: he that ruleth, with diligence: he that sheweth mercie, with cheerefulnesse.
9 Ehe te ho po-pamañahiañe o fikokoañeo; hejeo ty raty, vontitiro ty soa;
Let loue be without dissimulation. Abhorre that which is euill, and cleaue vnto that which is good.
10 Mifampipiteha am-pifampilongoañe; mifampiambanea am-piasiañe.
Be affectioned to loue one another with brotherly loue. In giuing honour, goe one before another,
11 Ko milealea am-pilozohañe, mirebarebà an-troke, toroño t’i Talè.
Not slouthfull to do seruice: seruent in spirit seruing the Lord,
12 Mirebeha am-pitamàñe; mifeaha an-kaloviloviañe, mifahara an-kalaly;
Reioycing in hope, pacient in tribulation, continuing in prayer,
13 mandivà amy ze paia’ o noro’eo; le mampihova ambahiny.
Distributing vnto the necessities of the Saintes: giuing your selues to hospitalitie.
14 Tatao o mampisoañe anahareo; tsipezo rano fa ko mañinje.
Blesse them which persecute you: blesse, I say, and curse not.
15 Itraofo rebeke o mirebekeo, iharò rovetse o mirovetseo,
Reioyce with them that reioyce, and weepe with them that weepe.
16 Songa miharoa rehake; ko mibokenabokenake fa itraofo o mavomavoo, vaho ko mieva hilala.
Be of like affection one towardes another: be not hie minded: but make your selues equall to them of the lower sort: be not wise in your selues.
17 Ko valean-draty ty raty ndra aman’ ia’ia. Imaneo ty soa am-pivazohoa’ ze hene ondaty.
Recompence to no man euill for euill: procure things honest in the sight of all men.
18 Naho mete, amy ze lefe’o, le mifampilongoa am’ ondaty iabio.
If it bee possible, as much as in you is, haue peace with all men.
19 O roañetse, ko mamale fate, fa mañivaha ho amy haviñera’e, fa hoe ty pinatetse: ahiko ty vale-fate, izaho ro hañavake. hoe t’i Talè.
Dearely beloued, auenge not your selues, but giue place vnto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine: I will repay, saith the Lord.
20 Tovo’e: Naho saliko i rafelahi’oy, anjotsò; ie taliñiereñe, fahano rano; ie anoe’o izay, ro amotrea’o vaen’ afo mibela añambone’e eo.
Therefore, if thine enemie hunger, feede him: if he thirst, giue him drinke: for in so doing, thou shalt heape coales of fire on his head.
21 Ko milesa ami’ty haratiañe, fa gioho ami’ty soa ty raty.
Bee not ouercome of euill, but ouercome euill with goodnesse.
