< Salamo 70 >

1 Hahao iraho ry Andrianañahare, Malisà hañolots’ ahy ry Iehovà.
“To the chief musician, by David, to bring to remembrance.” O God, [arise] to deliver me; O Lord, make haste to help me.
2 Ehe ampimeñaro naho verevereo o mipay ty fiaiko; hampibalihe’e mb’eo, vaho ho salareñe o falefale amy faràrekoio.
Let those that seek after my life be made ashamed and put to the blush: let those that desire my unhappiness be turned backward and put to confusion.
3 Hampipoliañe an-kameñarañe ze manao ty hoe: Hý! Hý!
Let them be turned backward in consequence of their shame, that say, Aha, aha.
4 Ampirebehañe ze hene mipay Azo, hifale ty ama’o; le hitolom-panao ty hoe o mpitea ty fandrombaha’oo: Onjono t’i Andrianañahare.
Let all those that seek thee be glad and rejoice in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, God is great.
5 Fe poie’e naho rarake iraho; Malisà mb’amako ry Andrianañahare; Ihe ro mpañolotse naho mpañaha ahy; taentaeno ry Iehovà.
But I am poor and needy, O God: come hastily unto me; my help and my deliverer art thou: O Lord, do not delay.
