1 Mipoñafa rebek’ aman’ Andrianañahare, ry hene tane toy!
For the Chief Musician. A song. A Psalm. Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!
2 Isabò ty volonahe’ i Tahina’ey, toloro engeñe mitoabotse.
Sing to the glory of his name! Offer glory and praise!
3 Anò ty hoe aman’ Añahare: Ra’elahy o tolon-draha’oo! Ami’ty hajabahinan-kaozara’o ty hitsolofìña’ o rafelahi’oo aolo’o eo.
Tell God, “How awesome are your deeds! Through the greatness of your power, your enemies submit themselves to you.
4 Hene hitalaho ama’o ty tane toy, naho hisabo fandrengeañe ama’o; ho bangoe’ iereo ty tahina’o. Selà
All the earth will worship you, and will sing to you; they will sing to your name.” (Selah)
5 Antao hañisake o fitoloñan’Añahareo: mampañeveñe o ana’ondatio o sata’eo.
Come, and see God’s deeds— awesome work on behalf of the children of men.
6 Nabali’e ho tane kànkañe i riakey, nitsaham-pandia’ iareo i oñey; añe ty nirebehan-tika.
He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.
7 Manjaka an-kaozara’e nainai’e re, jilovem-pihaino’e o fifeheañeo, we te tsy hiroharoha’ o mpiolao. Selà
He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. (Selah)
8 Andriaño t’i Andrianañaharen-tika ry ondatio, ipoñafo feom-pandrengeañe;
Praise our God, you peoples! Make the sound of his praise heard,
9 Ie mitañe an-tika veloñe, naho tsy apo’e hasitse o fandian-tikañeo.
who preserves our life amongst the living, and doesn’t allow our feet to be moved.
10 Fa namente anay irehe, ry Andrianañahare, fa natrana’o hoe fitranaham-bolafoty.
For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.
11 Nasese’o an-karato ao, vaho nampibabe’o faloviloviañe o hàto’aio.
You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs.
12 Nampiningire’o ambone’ ty añambone’ay t’indaty, zahay nisibek’ afo naho rano, fe naaka’o ho an-kavokarañe.
You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance.
13 Himoak’ añ’anjomba’o ao raho hinday engan-koroañe; hañenefako o nifantàkoo,
I will come into your temple with burnt offerings. I will pay my vows to you,
14 ze vinolan-tsoñiko vaho rineham-bavako t’ie niankoheke.
which my lips promised, and my mouth spoke, when I was in distress.
15 Hengaeko kobatroke horañe, an-katòen’ añondri-lahy, hisoroñe bania naho oselahy. Selà
I will offer to you burnt offerings of fat animals, with the offering of rams, I will offer bulls with goats. (Selah)
16 Mb’etoa hijanjiñe ry mpañeveñe aman’ Añahare iabio, le ho talilieko o nanoe’e an-kavelokoo.
Come and hear, all you who fear God. I will declare what he has done for my soul.
17 Nitoreo am-bavako, le nampionjoneko an-delako.
I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.
18 Ie mahatrea hakeo an-troko ato, le tsy hijanjiña’ i Talè.
If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened.
19 Fa toe mijanjiñe ahy t’i Andrianañahare haoñe’e i feon-kalalikoy.
But most certainly, God has listened. He has heard the voice of my prayer.
20 Andriañeñe t’i Andrianañahare, amy te tsy ambohoa’e i filolofakoy, vaho tsy afaha’e amako ty fiferenaiña’e.
Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer, nor his loving kindness from me.
