< Salamo 61 >

1 Janjiño ty koiko, ry Andrianañahare; haoño o halalikoo.
To the Chief Musician. Upon a Stringed Instrument. David’s. Hear, O God, my loud cry, Attend unto my prayer:
2 Boak’ añ’olon-tane añe ty ikoihako Azo, naho opo ty troko; iaolò mb’an-damilamy abo te amako.
From the end of the earth, unto thee do I cry, When my heart fainteth away, Unto a rock that is higher than I, wilt thou lead me.
3 Amy te Ihe ro fipalirako, haboañe fatratse aolon-drafelahiko eo.
For thou hast been, A Refuge to me, A Tower of Strength, from the face of the foe.
4 Hitoboke an-kivoho’o ao nainai’e iraho; hipalirako añ’alo’ o ela’oo. Selà
I would be a guest in thy tent to the ages, I would seek refuge in the concealment of thy wings. (Selah)
5 Fa jinanji’o o nifantàkoo ry Andrianañahare; tinolo’o ty lova’ o mpañeveñe amy tahina’oio.
For, thou, O God, hast hearkened to my vows, Thou hast granted a possession, unto them who revere thy Name.
6 Tompeo andro ty andro’ i mpanjakay, ho tarirats’ an-tariratse o tao’eo.
Days—unto the days of the king, wilt thou add. His years, as of generation after generation:
7 Hiambesatse añatrefan’ Añahare eo nainai’e; afantoho hañambeñe aze ty fiferenaiñañe naho ty hatò.
Let him retain his seat age-abidingly before God, Appoint that, lovingkindness and faithfulness, my watch over him!
8 Le ho bangoeko an-tsabo nainai’e ty tahina’o, ie henefeko boak’ andro o nifantàkoo.
So, will I sing thy Name unto futurity, Paying my vows, day by day.
