< Salamo 45 >

1 Andipore’ ty troko i talily soay: Hoe iraho: I mpanjakay ro fitoloñako; fisokim-panokitse mahimbañe ty lelako.
MY heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
2 Tsomerentsereñe ta o ana’ondatio n’Iheo; idoañam-pañisohañe o fivimbi’oo, aa le nitahien’Añahare kitro añ’afe’e.
Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.
3 Adiaño an-toha’o ty fibara’o, ry Fanalolahy, ty enge’o naho volonahe’o.
Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.
4 Mionjona am-pandreketañe am-bolonahe’o, hañonjonañe ty hatò naho ty halèn-arofo, vaho ty havantañañe; le hañoke azo an-draha mampañeveñe ty fità’o havana.
And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.
5 Masioñe ty ana-pale’o añ’arofon-drafelahi’ i mpanjakay ao—mihotrakotrak’ ambane’o ondatio;
Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king’s enemies; whereby the people fall under thee.
6 Nainai’e donia, ry Andrianañahare, ty fiambesa’o; kobain-kavantañañe ty kobaim-pifehea’o.
Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
7 Fitea’o ty havañonañe, falai’o ty hatsivokarañe; aa le nañory azo t’i Andrianañahare, Andrianañahare’o, an-tsolim-pirebehañe ambone’ o rañe’oo.
Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
8 Ze hene saro’o ro tsotse naho emboke vaho mañidè! marovany boak’ amo anjomba nitemereñe nifem-bibio ro ifalea’o.
All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.
9 Anak’ampelam-panjaka ro amo noro’oo; mijohañe am-pitàn-kavana’o eo ty tañanjomba’o am-bolamena ki’ i Ofire.
Kings’ daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.
10 Mitsendreña ry anak’ampela, Inao! atokilaño ty sofi’o, andikofo o rofoko’oo, naho ty anjomban-drae’o.
Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father’s house;
11 Mahasinda i mpanjakay ty hamontramontra’o; iambaneo kanao talè’o.
So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.
12 Hibanabana ama’e ty anak’ ampela’ i Tsore, Hipay fañisoahañ’ ama’e o mpañaleale am’ondatio.
And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour.
13 Fanjàka añ’anjomba ao ty anak’ampela’ i mpanjakay, vinahotse am-bolamena o saro’eo.
The king’s daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.
14 Ho roroteñe mb’amy mpanjakay mb’eo an-tsaroñe soa vinahotse, hasese ama’o rekets’ o somondrara mpiama’e mpañotroñe azeo.
She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.
15 Amañ’ehake naho an-drebeke ro aneseañe iareo; ie ampiziliheñe añ’anjomba’ i mpanjakay.
With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king’s palace.
16 Handimbe’an-droae’o o ana-dahi’oo; horiza’o ho mpiaolo’ i tane iabiy iereo.
Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth.
17 Hampitiahieko ze hene tariratse ty tahina’o, hañandriañe azo nainai’e donia ondatio.
I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.
