< Salamo 36 >
1 Mivolañe an-karatiañe an-tro’e ao ty Tsivokatse. Toe tsy aolo’ o maso’eo ty fañeveñañe aman’ Añahare.
To the Chief Musician. Of the Servant of Yahweh—of David. Declareth the transgression of the lawless one, within my heart, There is, no dread of God, before his eyes;
2 Mitsiriry ty vata’e o maso’eo, ie maharendreke te mavoeñe o sata’eo.
For he flattereth himself [too much] in his own eyes, to find his iniquity—to hate [it].
3 Tahiñe naho hakalitahañe o fivolam-bava’eo; nado’e ty hihitse tsy anoe’e ty hasoa.
The words of his mouth, are iniquity and deceit, he hath left off to show discretion by doing well:
4 Mikitro-karatiañe an-tihi’e eo, mijohañ’ ami’ty lalañe tsy mahasoa; tsy rihie’e ty haloloañe.
Iniquity, deviseth he upon his bed, —he taketh his stand in a way, not good, Wrong, doth he not abhor!
5 Ry Iehovà, mahatakatse an-dikerañe ao ty fiferenaiña’o, an-drahoñe eñe ty figahiña’o.
O Yahweh! in the heavens, is thy lovingkindness, Thy faithfulness, as far as the fleecy clouds:
6 Manahake o vohitse ra’elahio ty havantaña’o, miheotse o fizaka’oo, ry Iehovà, Hene ambena’o ndra ondaty ndra biby.
Thy righteousness, is like mighty mountains, and, thy just decrees, are a great resounding deep, —Man and beast, thou savest, O Yahweh!
7 Fanjaka ty fiferenaiña’o, ry Andrianañahare! vaho mipalitse an-talinjon’ela’o ao o ana’ ondatio;
How precious thy lovingkindness, O God, —Therefore, the sons of men, under the shadow of thy wings, seek refuge:
8 Ie anjañe ami’ty havokara’ o anjomba’oo, vaho ampikamae’o añ’oñen-karavoravoa’o.
They abundantly relish the fatness of thy house, —And out of the full stream of thine own pleasures, thou givest them to drink.
9 Fa ama’o ty rano itsititiahan-kaveloñe; an-kazavà’o ao ro ahaoniña’ay hazavàñe.
For, with thee, is the fountain of life, In thy light, we see light.
10 Toloño amo mahafohiñ’Azoo ty fiferenaiña’o; naho amo vañon-trokeo ty havantaña’o.
Prolong thy lovingkindness unto them who know thee, —and thy righteousness, to the upright in heart.
11 Ee te tsy homb’amako ty tombom-pinevonevoke, vaho tsy hanao soik’ ahy ty tañan-do-tsereke.
Let not the foot of pride reach me, nor, the hand of the lawless, scare me away.
12 Mifitake ey o mpanao ratio, naronje ambane, tsy hitroatse ka.
There did the workers of iniquity fall, —thrust down and not able to rise!
