< Salamo 32 >

1 Haha ty nilioven-kakeo, ty nitakonan-tahiñe.
Blessed is he whose rebellious breach of relationship is forgiven, whose cause for sacrifice for sin ·missing the goal· is covered.
2 Haha t’indaty tsy anisia’ Iehovà tahiñe, ie po-pamañahiañe an-tro’e ao.
Blessed is the man to whom Adonai does not impute depravity (moral evil), in whose spirit there is no deceit.
3 Ie nitsiñe iraho, le ninike o taolakoo ty amo fitoreovako lomoñandroo.
When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
4 Handro an-kaleñe te nivesara’ ty fità’o, nalongañe hoe hafaòsan’ asara ty ranom-piaiko. Selà
For day and night your hand was heavy on me. My strength was sapped in the heat of summer. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·.
5 Niantofako ama’o o hakeokoo, tsy naetako o tahikoo. hoe raho: Ho solohoeko am’ Iehovà o fiolàkoo; le napo’o ty halò-tsere’ o tahikoo. Selà
I acknowledged my habitual sin ·missing the mark· to you. I didn’t hide my depravity (moral evil). I said, I will yadah ·extend hands in confession· of my rebellious breaches of relationships to Adonai, and you forgave the depravity (moral evil) of my habitual sin ·missing the mark·. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·.
6 Ie amy zao, songa hihalaly ama’o o vañoñeo ami’ty andro hahaoniñañ’ Azo, le tsy hahatakatse aze ty fisorotombahan-drano bey.
For this, let everyone who is godly pray to you in a time when you may be found. Surely when the great waters overflow, they shall not reach to him.
7 Ihe ro fipalirako; harova’o t’ie am-poheke; sabom-pañahàñe ty añohoña’o ahy. Selà
You are my hiding place. You will preserve me from trouble. You will surround me with songs of deliverance. (Selah) ·contemplation with musical interlude·.
8 Hanareko naho ampaharendreheko azo ty lala homba’o; hitoroako, fa ama’o o masokoo.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.
9 Ko misare soavala ndra birìke tsy mahilala, ie tsy mahay tsy fehen-daboridy viñe ty vava’e, tsy mone tsy harinea’e.
Don’t be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you.
10 Lako fihontoke o lo-tserekeo; fe ohoñe’ ty fiferenaiña’ Iehovà ty miato ama’e.
Many sorrows come to the wicked, but chesed ·loving-kindness· shall surround him who trusts in Adonai.
11 Mifalea am’ Iehovà, mandià-taroba ry vantañeo, ipoñafo rebeke, ry vañoñ’arofo iabio.
Be glad in Adonai, and rejoice, you upright! Shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart!
