1 RyIehovà, ia ty himoneñe an-Kivoho’o ao? Ia ty hañialo am-bohi’o miavake eo?
A psalm of David. Lord, who can be guest in your tent? Who may live on your holy mountain?
2 Ty mañavelo an-kavantañañe, naho mitoloñe an-kavañonañe; vaho mitaron-to an-tro’e,
The person whose walk is blameless, whose conduct is right, whose words are true and sincere;
3 ty tsy miteratera am-pamele’e, naho tsy mañinje i rañe’ey, vaho tsy mifosa ondatio.
on whose tongue there sits no slander, who will not harm a friend,
4 Mavo am-pihaino’e ty lo-tsereke, fe iasia’e o mpañeveñe am’ Iehovào; ie mifanta ndra te mijoy vatañe vaho tsy ivaliha’e;
nor cruelly insult a neighbor, who regards with contempt those rejected by God; but honors those who obey the Lord, who keeps an oath, whatever the cost,
5 Tsy mitake ana’e t’ie mampisongo drala, tsy mandrambe vokàñe haneseke ty vantañe; le lia’e tsy hitroetroe ty manao Izay.
whose money is lent without interest, and never takes a bribe to hurt the innocent. The person who does these things will always stand firm.
