< Salamo 135 >

1 Treño t’Ià. Bangò ty tahina’ Iehovà; mandrengea, ry mpitoro’Iehovà,
Alleluia. Praise you the name of the Lord; praise the Lord, [you his] servants,
2 Ry mpijohañe añ’anjomba’Iehovà, an-kiririsan’ anjomban’ Añahareo,
who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God.
3 Rengeo, t’Ià, amy te soa t’Iehovà; sabò i tahina’ey ty amy volonahe’ey.
Praise you the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises to his name; for [it is] good.
4 Amy te jinobo’ Ià ho am-bata’e t’Iakobe, ho vara’e t’Israele.
For the Lord has chosen Jacob for himself, [and] Israel for his peculiar treasure.
5 Fantako te ra’elahy t’Iehovà, le mandikoatse ze atao ‘ndrahare iaby t’i Talè.
For I know that the Lord is great, and our Lord is above all gods;
6 Manao ze satri’e t’Iehovà, an-dindiñe añe naho an-tane atoy, amy riakey vaho an-tsikeokeoke ao.
all that the Lord willed, he did in heaven, and on the earth, in the sea, and in all deeps.
7 Ampionjone’e hirik’ añ’olon-tane añe ty mika; anoa’e helatse o orañeo vaho akare’e boak’an-driha’e ao ty tioke.
Who brings up clouds from the extremity of the earth: he has made lightnings for the rain: he brings winds out of his treasures.
8 Zinama’e o tañoloñoloña’ i Mitsraimeo, ndra ondaty ndra biby.
Who struck the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.
9 Nañiraha’e viloñe naho halatsàñe mb’añivo’areo ao, ihe ‘nio, ry Mitsraime, amy Parò vaho amo mpitoro’e iabio.
He sent signs and wonders into the midst of you, O Egypt, on Pharao, and on all his servants.
10 Narotsa’e ty fifeheañe maro, binaibai’e o mpanjaka fanalolahio,
Who struck many nations, and killed mighty kings;
11 i Sikone, mpanjaka’ o nte Emoreo, naho i Oge, mpanjaka’ i Basane, vaho o fonga fifeleha’ i Kanàneo;
Seon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Basan, and all the kingdoms of Chanaan:
12 Le natolo’e ho lova ty tane’ iareo, ho lova’ Israele, ondati’eo.
and gave their land [for] an inheritance, an inheritance to Israel his people.
13 Ry Iehovà, tsy modo ty tahina’o, ty fitiahiañ’ azo ry Iehovà, le nainai’e donia.
O Lord, your name [endures] for ever, and your memorial to all generations.
14 Fa homei’ Iehovà to ondati’eo le ho tretreze’e o mpitoro’eo.
For the Lord shall judge his people, and comfort himself concerning his servants.
15 Volafoty naho volamena o raham-pahasive’ o kilakila ‘ndatioo, ty sata-pità’ ondaty.
The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the works of men's hands.
16 Ie manam-bava, fe tsy mirehake, ama-maso, fe tsy mahatrea;
They have a mouth, but they can’t speak; they have eyes, but they can’t see;
17 aman-tsofy, fe tsy mahatsanoñe, vaho tsy mahakofòke o vava’iareoo.
they have ears, but they can’t hear; for there is no breath in their mouth.
18 Ho hambañe am’iereo o mpanao iareoo, Eka, ze hene miato am’iereo.
Let those who make them be made like to them; and all those who trust in them.
19 Ry anjomba’ Israele, Andriaño t’Iehovà; ry akiba’ i Aharone, andriaño t’Iehovà;
O house of Israel, bless you the Lord: O house of Aaron, bless you the Lord:
20 ry kivoho’ i Levio, andriaño t’Iehovà; ry mpañeveñe am’Iehovà, andriaño t’Iehovà.
O house of Levi, bless you the Lord: you that fear the Lord, bless the Lord.
21 Andriaño boak’e Tsiône ao t’Iehovà, ry mpimoneñe e Ierosalaimeo. Treño t’Ià.
Blessed in Sion be the Lord, who dwells in Jerusalem.
