< Salamo 130 >

1 Sabo-Pionjonañe Boak’an-dalek’ ao ty nitoreovako ama’o ry Iehovà;
“A song of the degrees.” Out of the depths have I called thee, O Lord.
2 Ry Talè, haoño ty feoko! Ampijanjiño o ravembia’oo ty feon-kalaliko.
Lord, listen to my voice: let thy ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
3 Lehe Ihe r’Iehovà ro namolily hakeo, ia, ry Talè, ty ho nahafijohañe?
If thou, Lord, shouldst treasure up iniquities, O Lord, who would be able to stand?
4 Fe ama’o ty fañafahan-kakeo; soa te hañeveñañe.
But with thee there is forgiveness, in order that thou mayest be feared.
5 Mitamà Iehovà iraho, mandiñe ty troko, o tsara’oo ro salalaeko.
I hope for the Lord, my soul doth hope, and for his word do I wait.
6 Mitamà i Talè ty fiaiko mandikoatse ty mpandiñe maraindraiñe, eka, ty mpandiñe maraindraiñe.
My soul [waiteth] for the Lord, more than they that watch for the morning expect the morning.
7 O Israeleo, mitamà Iehovà, am’ Iehovà ao ty fikokoa-migahiñe ama’e ty fijebañañe mihenehene.
Let Israel wait for the Lord; for with the Lord there is kindness, and with him is redemption in abundance;
8 Ie ty hijebañe Israele amo fonga hakeo’eo.
And he wilt surely redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
