< Salamo 112 >

1 Treño t’Ià. Haha t’indaty mañeveñe am’ Iehovà, mahafale aze o taro’eo.
Praise Yahweh! (Happy are/He is pleased with) those who revere him, those who happily obey his commands.
2 Hanjofak’ an-tane atoy o tarira’eo; Ho soa-tata ty taminga’ o vañoñeo.
Their children will prosper in their land; and their descendants will be blessed [by God].
3 Vara naho hanañañe ty añ’anjomba’e ao, vaho nainai’e ty havantaña’e.
Their families [MTY] will be very wealthy [DOU], and [the results of] their righteous deeds will endure forever.
4 Anjirihan-kazavàñe añ’ieñe ao ty vañoñe, matarike re, lifo-tretrè vaho vantañe.
Godly/Righteous people are [like] lights [SIM] that shine in the darkness on those who are kind, merciful and righteous.
5 Tahie’e t’indaty matarike naho mampìndrañe, naho mandahatse o tolon-draha’eo an-kahiti’e;
Things [will] go well for those who generously lend money to others and who conduct their businesses honestly.
6 Le lia’e tsy hasiotse re; ho tiahy nainai’e o vañoñeo.
Righteous people will not be overwhelmed/worried/distressed [because of their troubles], and they will never be forgotten [by other people].
7 Tsy hampitsonevotse aze ty talily raty; migahiñe ty arofo’e, Iehovà ro fatokisa’e.
They are not afraid of [receiving] bad news; they confidently/completely trust in Yahweh.
8 Mioreñe ty arofo’e, tsy ho hemban-dre ampara’ te sambae’e o rafelahi’eo.
They are confident and not afraid, because they know that they will see [God defeat] their enemies.
9 Fa nandiva’e mbeombeo, nanolora’e o rarakeo, nainai’e ty havantaña’e; haonjoñe an-kasiñe ty tsifa’e.
They give things generously to poor/needy [people]; [the results of] their kind deeds will endure forever, and they [will] be exalted and honored.
10 Ho trea’ ty tsivokatse, le hitarik’aiñe, hivaza-kota vaho hitranake; ho mongotse ty fañiria’ o lo-tserekeo.
Wicked people see those things and are angry; they gnash their teeth [angrily], but they [will] disappear [and die]. The [wicked] things that they want to do [will] never happen.
