< Matio 25 >

1 Nitaroñe amo mpiama’eo indraike t’i Iesoà, ami’ty hoe: I fifehean-dikerañey, le ampanahafeñe ami’ty somondrara folo; songa ninday ty jiro-kapoa’e vaho nionjoñe hifanalaka amy mpañengay.
“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be like ten virgins, who, taking their lamps, went out to meet the groom and the bride.
2 Nineñe naho votro ty lime, nahihitse naho nahimbañe ty lime.
But five of them were foolish, and five were prudent.
3 Ninday o jiro’eo i lime nineñe rey, f’ie tsy nañandesañe solike,
For the five foolish, having brought their lamps, did not take oil with them.
4 Ninday solike an-jonjòñe mindre amo jiro’eo i nahihitse rey.
Yet truly, the prudent ones brought the oil, in their containers, with the lamps.
5 Ie niroñoñ’ añe i mpañengay, le nilañahen-droro.
Since the bridegroom was delayed, they all fell asleep, and they were sleeping.
6 Aa naho nivaki-miraleñe, inay ty koike: Inao, hitotsake i mpañengay, antao hifanalaka ama’e.
But in the middle of the night, a cry went out: ‘Behold, the groom is arriving. Go out to meet him.’
7 Nitroatse amy zao i somondrara rey, nikotepe o jiro’eo.
Then all those virgins rose up and trimmed their lamps.
8 Aa hoe i mineñe rey amo mahihitseo: Anoloro solike fa kípeke o jiro’aio.
But the foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give to us from your oil, for our lamps are being extinguished.’
9 Hoe ty natoi’ i nahihitse rey: Aiy! hera tsy hahaeneñe ty anay naho ty anahareo: Akia hey mb’amo mpanao-balikeo, le ikalò ho anahareo.
The prudent responded by saying, ‘Lest perhaps there may not be enough for us and for you, it would be better for you to go to the vendors and buy some for yourselves.’
10 Aa ie nitoha hivily añe, nitotsake i mpañengay naho nindre ama’e mb’ an-tsabadidan-enga-vao ao o niveka’eo, vaho nagabeñe ty lalam-bey.
But while they were going to buy it, the groom arrived. And those who were prepared entered with him to the wedding, and the door was closed.
11 Ie añe, loneake eo i somondrara mineñe rey nikoike amy lalambeiy ami’ty hoe: Rañandria, isokafo.
Yet truly, at the very end, the remaining virgins also arrived, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us.’
12 Hoe ty natoi’e: Taroñeko ama’areo, toe alik’amako nahareo.
But he responded by saying, ‘Amen I say to you, I do not know you.’
13 Aa le mitaoa, fa tsy fohi’areo ndra ty andro ndra ty ora hitotsaha’ i mpañengay.
And so you must be vigilant, because you do not know the day or the hour.
14 Hoe ka ty nandrazaña’ Iesoà amo mpiama’eo: Ampanahafeñe amy t’indaty mitaveañe añe; kinanji’e o mpitoro’eo, le nandivà’e vara.
For it is like a man setting out on a long journey, who called his servants and delivered to them his goods.
15 Tinolo’e bogady volamena lime ty raike, nanolora’e bogady volamena roe ty faharoe, vaho raike ty fahatelo; songa ty amy hahalefea’ey; vaho nañavelo amy lia’e añe.
And to one he gave five talents, and to another two, yet to another he gave one, to each according to his own ability. And promptly, he set out.
16 Nimb’eo i nandrambe bogady volamena limey le nahatovoñe lime.
Then he who had received five talents went out, and he made use of these, and he gained another five.
17 Manahake izay, i nandrambe roey, nimb’eo re nikalo, nandetake, vaho nampitomboe’e [roe].
And similarly, he who had received two gained another two.
18 Fe nimb’eo i nahazo raikey nihaly an-tane vaho nakafi’e ao i drala’ i talè’eiy.
But he who had received one, going out, dug into the earth, and he hid the money of his lord.
19 Ie roñoñe añe, niloneake ty talè’ i mpitoroñe rey vaho nampamolilia’e.
Yet truly, after a long time, the lord of those servants returned and he settled accounts with them.
20 Nitotoke mb’eo i nahazo bogady volamena limey le nanoa’e ty hoe: O Talè, tinolo’o bogady volamena lime iraho, Heheke te nampitomboeko lime.
And when he who had received five talents approached, he brought another five talents, saying: ‘Lord, you delivered five talents to me. Behold, I have increased it by another five.’
21 Hoe i talè’ey ama’e: Toe mpitoroñe soa naho migahin-drehe, amy te ihe nahambeñe i tsiampey le hampifehèko maro, miheova mb’am-pirebehan-talè’o.
His lord said to him: ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Since you have been faithful over a few things, I will appoint you over many things. Enter into the gladness of your lord.’
22 Nañarivo mb’eo ka i nandrambe bogady volamena roey, nanao ty hoe: O talè, tinolo’o bogady volamena roe, ingo, tinompeko roe ka.
Then he who had received two talents also approached, and he said: ‘Lord, you delivered two talents to me. Behold, I have gained another two.’
23 Hoe i talè’ey ama’e: Toe mpitoroñe soa naho migahin-drehe, amy te ihe nahambeñe i tsiampey le hampifehèko maro, miheova mb’am-pirebehan-talè’o.
His lord said to him: ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Since you have been faithful over a few things, I will appoint you over many things. Enter into the gladness of your lord.’
24 Pok’eo i nahazo i raikeiy, nanao ty hoe: O talè, apotako t’ie ondaty gañe, mitatake ty tsy nitongisa’o vaho mampitoboroñe ty tsy nandraraha’o.
Then he who had received one talent, approaching, said: ‘Lord, I know that you are a hard man. You reap where you have not sown, and gather where you have not scattered.
25 Aa kanao ihembañako, nimb’eo le nahajako i bogady volamena’oy; intoy i azoy ho ama’o.
And so, being afraid, I went out and hid your talent in the earth. Behold, you have what is yours.’
26 Aa le hoe ty natoi’ i talè’ey: Ty mpitoroñe tsivokatse naho tembo toy, ie nifohi’o te mitatake ty tsy nitongisako naho manontoñe ty tsy nandrarahako,
But his lord said to him in response: ‘You evil and lazy servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered.
27 aa vaho tsy ho najo’o amo bankeo o dralakoo, le izaho nimpoly ho nahazo ty ahiko rekets’ ana’e.
Therefore, you should have deposited my money with the bankers, and then, at my arrival, at least I would have received what is mine with interest.
28 Aa le rambeso ama’e i bogady volamenay, vaho atoloro amy nanovoñe bogady volamena limey.
And so, take the talent away from him and give it to the one who has ten talents.
29 I manañey ty ho tolorañe; fe amy tsy manañey, ndra ty kede tinendre ho aze ro haloly ama’e.
For to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he shall have in abundance. But from him who has not, even what he seems to have, shall be taken away.
30 Le avokovokò ami’ty fimoromoroñan’ ankeokeoke ao i mpitoroñe votroy, ho ama’e ty fangololoihañe naho aly vazañe.
And cast that useless servant into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
31 Ie totsake atoy amañ’enge’e i Ana’ ondatiy rekets’ o hene navahe’eo, le hiambesatse amy fiambesam-bolonahe’ey.
But when the Son of man will have arrived in his majesty, and all the Angels with him, then he will sit upon the seat of his majesty.
32 Hatontoñe añatrefa’e eo ze kilakila’ ondaty, le havahe’e hambañe ami’ty fañavaha’ ty mpiarake amo oseo o añondrio.
And all the nations shall be gathered together before him. And he shall separate them from one another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
33 Hanoe’e an-kavana eo o añondrio naho an-kavia’e eo o oseo.
And he shall station the sheep, indeed, on his right, but the goats on his left.
34 Le hoe ty ho tsarae’ i Mpanjakay amo ankavana’eo: Mihovà ry nitahien-dRaekoo, lovao i fifehean-dikerañe nihalankañeñe ho anahareo boak’ amy namboareñe ty voatse toiy pake henaneoy;
Then the King shall say to those who will be on his right: ‘Come, you blessed of my Father. Possess the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
35 amy te nikerè iraho le nanjotsoa’ areo haneñe; naran-drano le nampinome’ areo; niambahiny le nampihovae’ areo;
For I was hungry, and you gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink; I was a stranger, and you took me in;
36 nibolositse le nampisikine’areo; nisiloke le nitilihe’areo; ie tam-porozò ao le nimb’ amako nahareo.
naked, and you covered me; sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me.’
37 Le hoe ty hatoi’ o vañoñeo: O Talè, ombia ty nahatreava’ay Azo saliko te nahaanjañ’ azo? ndra taliñiereñe te nampikama’ay rano?
Then the just will answer him, saying: ‘Lord, when have we seen you hungry, and fed you; thirsty, and given you drink?
38 nibongy t’ie sinalo’ay?
And when have we seen you a stranger, and taken you in? Or naked, and covered you?
39 natindry t’ie nitilihe’ay, tambalabey te nomb’ ama’o ao?
Or when did we see you sick, or in prison, and visit to you?’
40 Hoe ty hatoi’ i Mpanjakay am’iareo: Eka! to t’itaroñako te, ndra mbia’ mbia nanoe’ areo amo misotry retiañe, ndra amo kedekedeke retoañe, le nanoe’ areo amako.
And in response, the King shall say to them, ‘Amen I say to you, whenever you did this for one of these, the least of my brothers, you did it for me.’
41 Le hoe ka ty hanoe’e amo an-kavia’eo: Misitaha amako ty fokompatse, mb’ amy afo tsy modoy, mb’amy toetse kinotepe ho anahareo naho i mpañìnjey vaho o anjeli’eoy. (aiōnios g166)
Then he shall also say, to those who will be on his left: ‘Depart from me, you accursed ones, into the eternal fire, which was prepared for the devil and his angels. (aiōnios g166)
42 amy te nikerè iraho, fe tsy nifahana’ areo, naran-drano fe tsy nampinòme’ areo,
For I was hungry, and you did not give me to eat; I was thirsty, and you did not give me to drink;
43 niambahiny fe tsy nampizilihe’ areo, nihalo fe tsy nampisikine’ areo, narare vaho tan-drohy ao fe tsy nitilihe’ areo.
I was a stranger and you did not take me in; naked, and you did not cover me; sick and in prison, and you did not visit me.’
44 Le hoe ty hatoi’ iareo: Ombia ty nifankanjoa’ay ama’o, ry Talè, te nisaliko, taliñiereñe ndra mpañavelo, nibongy, nisiloke ndra am-balabey ao le tsy tama’o nañimb’Azo zahay?
Then they will also answer him, saying: ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to you?’
45 Inao ty hatoi’e: Taroñeko ama’ areo, ndra mbia’ mbia tsy nanoe’ areo ami’ty raike amo poie’e retiañe, ndra amo kedekede retoañe le tsy nanoe’ areo amako.
Then he shall respond to them by saying: ‘Amen I say to you, whenever you did not do it to one of these least, neither did you do it to me.’
46 Aa le homb’ am-pihejeañe nainai’e ao iretoa; fe homb’ an-kaveloñe nainai’e ao o vañoñeo. (aiōnios g166)
And these shall go into eternal punishment, but the just shall go into eternal life.” (aiōnios g166)
