< Levitikosy 19 >

1 Hoe ty nitsara’ Iehovà amy Mosè:
The Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
2 Misaontsia amy valobohòn’ ana’ Israeley, le ano ty hoe: Miavaha, amy te masin-dRaho, Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
Speak to the entire assembly of the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them: Be holy, for I, the Lord your God, am holy.
3 Songa miasia rene naho rae, naho ambeno o Sabotsekoo: Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
Let each one fear his father and his mother. Observe my Sabbaths. I am the Lord your God.
4 Ko mitolike mb’amo samposampon-drahao ndra mampitranake saren-drahare; Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
Do not be willing to convert to idols, neither should you make molten gods for yourselves. I am the Lord your God.
5 Ie mañenga soron-kanintsiñe am’ Iehovà, le engao an-tsata no’e.
If you immolate a victim of peace offerings to the Lord, so that he may be appeased,
6 Ho kamaeñe amy andro añenga’ areo azey naho an-doak’andro’e le ho forototoeñe an’ afo ze sisa’e te he­rone.
you shall eat it on the same day as when it was immolated, and the next day. Then whatever will remain on the third day you shall burn with fire.
7 Ho tiva re te kamaeñe amy andro fahateloy; tsy ho no’e.
If anyone, after two days, will have eaten from it, he shall be profane and guilty of impiety.
8 Songa hivave i tahi’ey ze mikama ama’e, amy te nitivàe’e ty raha miava’ Iehovà, vaho haitoañe am’ ondati’eo indatiy.
And he shall bear his iniquity, for he has polluted what is holy to the Lord. And that soul shall perish from his people.
9 Ie manatake ty havokaran-tane’ areo, tsy ho tatahe’o ty añ’ olon-tete’o, tsy hatonto’o ze nipopok’ amo tinata’oo.
When you will have harvested the grain fields of your land, you shall not cut it down to the surface of the land, even to the ground, nor shall you gather the remaining ears of grain.
10 Tsy ho rofota’o ze sisan-tondam-balòbo’o; ndra timponeñe o voan-tanem-bahe’o nipopokeo, fa hado’o ho a o rarakeo naho o renetaneo: Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
Neither shall you gather the clusters or individual grapes which fall down in your vineyard, but you shall leave them for paupers and travelers to take. I am the Lord your God.
11 Ko mikametse nahareo, ndra mikatramo, ndra mifandañitse.
You shall not steal. You shall not lie. Neither shall anyone deceive his neighbor.
12 Ko manao fanta vìlañe ami’ty añarako, hanivà’o ty tahinan’ Añahare’o. Izaho Iehovà.
You shall not commit perjury in my name, nor shall you pollute the name of your God. I am the Lord.
13 Ko katramoe’o ondatio; ndra mikizo ama’e; le ko tana’o an-kiboho’o ao ampara’ te maraiñe ty tambem-pièke.
You shall not slander your neighbor, nor shall you oppress him by violence. The wages of a hired hand, you shall not delay with you until tomorrow.
14 Ko manimbo ty moañe ndra mampipoke fitsikapiañe aolo’ ty fey. Mañeveña aman’ Añahare’o: Izaho Iehovà.
You shall not speak evil of the deaf, nor shall you place a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall fear the Lord your God, for I am the Lord.
15 Ko manao zaka vilañe; tsy honjone’o ty lahara’ ty rarake, vaho tsy hiasia’o ty fanalolahy, fa an-kavantañañe ty hizaka’o ondatio.
You shall not do what is unjust, nor shall you judge unjustly. You shall not consider the reputation of the poor, nor shall you honor the countenance of the powerful. Judge your neighbor justly.
16 Ko mangarèdake mb’eo mb’eo am’ ondati’oo; le ko mijohanjohañe marine’ ty lio’ ondatio, Izaho Iehovà.
You shall not be a detractor, nor a whisperer, among the people. You shall not stand against the blood of your neighbor. I am the Lord.
17 Ko malain-dongo an-tro’o ao. Toe hendaha’o an-kahiti’e ondatio, tsy hivavea’o hakeo.
You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but reprove him openly, lest you have sin over him.
18 Ko mamale-fate, le ko mitan-kabò amo ana-dongo’oo; fe kokò ondatio manahake ty vata’o; Izaho Iehovà
Do not seek revenge, neither should you be mindful of the injury of your fellow citizens. You shall love your friend as yourself. I am the Lord.
19 Oriho’ areo o fañèkoo. Ko ampisahè’o an-karazan-kare ila’e ty hare’ area. Ko mitongy doria roe karaza’e an-tete’o ao; vaho ko misikin-tsaroñe tinenoñe am-pole roe.
Observe my laws. You shall not cause your cattle to breed with other kinds of animals. You shall not sow your field with diverse seeds. You shall not be clothed with a garment which has been woven from two things.
20 Ze mañarapilo ami’ty ampela, ie ondevo nifofoe’ t’ indaty, fa tsy nijebañene naho tsy nihahañe. Hanoeñe balie, fe tsy havetrake iereo amy t’ie tsy nidada.
If a man will have slept in sexual intercourse with a woman, who is a servant and who is also able to be married, and yet he has not redeemed her with a price, nor paid to set her free, they both shall be beaten, but they shall not die, for she was not a free woman.
21 Hasese’ indatiy mb’am’ Iehovà ty engan-dila’e mb’ an-dalan-kibohom-pamantañañe mb’eo; añondrilahy ty ho engan-dilatse.
But, for his offense, he shall offer a ram to the Lord at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.
22 Hijebañe aze amy añondrilahin-engan-dilatsey añatrefa’ Iehovà i mpisoroñey ty amy tahiñe nanoe’ey, vaho hapoke i hakeo nanoe’ey.
And the priest shall pray for him, and for his sin, before the Lord, and he shall win his favor again for him, and the sin shall be forgiven.
23 Ie mimoak’ amy taney naha­reo vaho fa nambole hatae maro karaza’e ho haneñe, le ho savare’ areo o hataeo. Ho falie’ areo telo taoñe, tsy ho kamaeñe.
When you will have entered into the land, and will have planted in it fruit trees, you shall take away their first-fruits; the fruit that germinates shall be unclean to you, neither shall you eat from these.
24 Ie amy taom-paha-efatsey le hiavake iaby o voa’eo, handrengeañe Iehovà.
But in the fourth year, all their fruit shall be sanctified for the praise of the Lord.
25 Amy taom-paha-lime’ey ty hikama’ areo o voa’eo, hiregoregoa’ ty havokara’e: Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
And in the fifth year you shall eat the produce, gathering the fruits which are brought forth. I am the Lord your God.
26 Tsy ho kamae’ areo ze aman-dio’e; le tsy hanikily nahareo ndra hamoreke.
You shall not eat with blood. You shall not practice divination, nor the observation of dreams.
27 Tsy haratañe ty maròy miroroñe am-panda, vaho ko kovoheñe ty morare’ areo.
And you shall not cut the hair of your head circularly, nor shave your beard.
28 Ko lilie’ areo ty holi’ areo ty amo vilasio vaho ko anokirañe o sandri’ areoo; Izaho Iehovà.
You shall not cut your flesh for the dead, and you shall not make other figures or marks on yourself. I am the Lord.
29 Ko maniva ty anak’ampela’o an-katsimirirañe, tsy mone hikapotrake an-karapiloañe ty tane, vaho ho tsi­tsike halò-tsereke i taney.
Do not prostitute your daughter, lest the land be contaminated and filled with crimes.
30 Hambena’ areo o Sabata­koo vaho hiasia’ areo i toeko miavakey: Izaho Iehovà.
Observe my Sabbaths, and be apprehensive toward my Sanctuary. I am the Lord.
31 Ko mitolik’ amo mpamorekeo ndra mitsoeke jiny hanivàñ’ azo; Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
Do not turn aside to astrologers, nor consult with soothsayers, so as to be polluted through them. I am the Lord your God.
32 Miongaha añatrefa’ ty a-maròy foty, le iasio ty laharan’ androa­navy, vaho mañeveña aman’ Añahare’ areo; Izaho Iehovà.
Rise up in the presence of a gray-haired head, and honor the reputation of an elder, and fear the Lord your God. I am the Lord.
33 Aa naho mitrao-pimoneñe ama’ areo an-tane’ areo ao ty renetane le ko foreforèñe.
If a newcomer lives in your land and abides among you, do not reproach him,
34 Hatao’ areo hambañe amy te nisamak’ ama’ areo ao o renetaneo, le ikoko manahake ty vata’o, fa niambahiny an-tane Mitsraime añe nahareo; Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
but let him be among you like one native born. And you shall love him as yourselves. For you were also newcomers in the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.
35 Tsy hanao zaka-vilañe nahareo, ke ami’ty zehe, ke ami’ty lanja, he ami’ ty kapoake.
Do not be willing to accomplish iniquity in judgment, in lengths, in weights, in quantities.
36 Manaña balàntsy to naho vato’e to naho kapoake to naho litatse to; Izaho Iehovà Andria­nañahare’ areo nañavotse anahareo an-tane Mitsraime.
Let the scales be just and the weights equal, let the dry measure be just and the liquid measure be equal. I am the Lord your God, who led you away from the land of Egypt.
37 Aa le ambeno iaby o fañèkoo naho ze hene fepèko vaho oriho; Izaho Iehovà.
Keep all my precepts, and all my judgments, and accomplish them. I am the Lord.
