And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from Jordan by Jericho, to the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that goeth up from Jericho throughout mount Beth-el,
2 le boake Betele mb’e Loze miary amy efe’ i Arký e Atarotey,
And goeth out from Beth-el to Luz, and passeth along to the borders of Archi to Ataroth,

And goeth down westward to the border of Japhleti, to the border of Beth-horon the nether, and to Gezer: and the limits of it are at the sea.
4 Aa le nandrambe ty lova’ iareo i ana’ Iosefe rey: i Menasè naho i Efraime.
So the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their inheritance.
5 Zao ty efe’ o ana’ Efraimeo ty amo hasavereña’ iareoo; ty efe’ i lova’ iareo ami’ty ila’e atiñana boak’ Atarote-kadare, pake Bete-korone amboney;
And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families was [thus]: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Ataroth-adar, to Beth-horon the upper:
6 le nimb’ ahandrefam-b’eo i efetse zay; i Mikmetà ty añ’ ila’e avaratse; maniñanañe amy zao i efetsey pake Taanate-silò añe, le milikoatse aze mb’ atiñana mb’e Ianoake mb’eo:
And the border went out towards the sea to Michmethah on the north side; and the border went about eastward to Taanath-shiloh, and passed by it on the east to Janohah;
7 le boake Ianoake re mizotso mb’e Atarote naho mb’e Naarate naho mioza am’ Ieriko vaho mandoak’ am’ Iardeney mb’eo.
And it went down from Janohah to Ataroth, and to Naarath, and came to Jericho, and terminated at Jordan.
8 Ie boake Tapoà eo, le miotake mañandrefa mb’an-driake mb’amy saka Kanày vaho mipotìtse amy riakey. Izay ty lovam-pifokoa’ o ana’ i Efraimeo ty amo hasavereña’eo,
The border went out from Tappuah westward to the river Kanah; and the limits of it were at the sea. This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Ephraim by their families.
9 naho o rova navaheñe ho a’ o ana’ i Efraimeo amo ana’ i Menasèo, i rova iaby rey rekets’ o tanà’eo.
And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim [were] among the inheritance of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.
10 Tsy rinoa’ iareo o nte-Kanàne nimoneñe e Gezereo, fa tambatse añivo’ o nte-Efraimeo pake henaneo o nte-Kanàneo mitoroñe aman-kàba.
And they did not expel the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites to this day, and serve under tribute.
