1 Naho fa nigain-kantetse t’Iehosoa ie fa nanjo taoñe maro; le hoe ty nitsarae’ Iehovà ama’e: Fa bey irehe, naho maro taoñe, vaho mbe bey o tane mbe ho tavaneñeo.
And Joshua is old, entering into days, and Jehovah saith unto him, 'Thou hast become aged, thou hast entered into days; as to the land, very much hath been left to possess.
2 Inao ty tane mbe sisa: ze hene efe-tane’ o nte Pilistio naho o nte-Gesore iabio;
'This [is] the land that is left; all the circuits of the Philistines, and all Geshuri,
3 boak’e Sihore aolo’ i Mitsraime pak’añ’efe-tane Ekrone mañavaratse, i volilieñe amo nte-Kanàneo; i mpifeleke lime’ o nte-Pilistio: i nte Gazay, i nte-Asdodey naho i nte-Askeloney, i nte-Gitiy, vaho i nte-Ekroney; tovo’e i nte-Avý
from Sihor which [is] on the front of Egypt, and unto the border of Ekron northward, to the Canaanite it is reckoned, five princes of the Philistines, the Gazathite, and the Ashdothite, the Eshkalonite, the Gittite, and the Ekronite, also the Avim.
4 atimoy; ty hene tane’ o nte-Kanàneo, naho i Mearà a’ o nte-Tsidoneo, pak’ Afeke, pak’ añ’ efe-tane’ o nte-Amoreo;
'From the south, all the land of the Canaanite, and Mearah, which [is] to the Sidonians, unto Aphek, unto the border of the Amorite;
5 naho ty tane’ o nte-Gebaleo, naho i Lebanone iaby mb’amy fanjirihan’ àndroy mb’eo, boake Baal-gade ambane’ i Vohi-Kermoney pak’ am-pimoahañe mb’e Kamate;
and the land of the Giblite, and all Lebanon, at the sun-rising, from Baal-Gad under mount Hermon, unto the going in to Hamath:
6 ze hene mpimoneñe ambohibohitse boake Lebanone pake Misrefote-maime, o nte Tsidone iabio; ho roaheko aolo’ o ana’ Israeleo; f’ie zarao amy Israele hey, ho lova, amy nandiliako azoy.
all the inhabitants of the hill-country, from Lebanon unto Misrephoth-Maim, all the Sidonians: I — I dispossess them before the sons of Israel; only, cause it to fall to Israel for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.
7 Ie amy zao, zarao ho lova amy fifokoa sive rey naho amy vakim-pifokoa’ i Menasèy i tane zay.
'And now, apportion this land for an inheritance to the nine tribes, and the half of the tribe of Manasseh,' —
8 Miharo amy vaki’e ila’ey ka ty nandrambesa’ o nte-Reobeneo naho o nte-Gadeo ty lova’ iareo, i natolo’ i Mosè iareo alafe’ Iardeney maniñanam-b’eoy, i natolo’ i Mosè mpitoro’ Iehovà am’ iareoy;
with it the Reubenite, and the Gadite, have received their inheritance, which Moses hath given to them beyond the Jordan eastward, as Moses servant of Jehovah hath given to them;
9 boak’ Aroere, añ’olo’ i vavatane Arnoney naho i rova añivo’ i vava­taneiy naho i haboañe pisake boake Medebày pake Dibone añe;
from Aroer, which [is] on the edge of the brook Arnon, and the city which [is] in the midst of the brook, and all the plain of Medeba unto Dihon,
10 ze hene rova’ i Sihone mpanjaka’ o nte-Amore nifehe e Khesboneoy, pak’ añ’ efe-tane’ o ana’Amoneo;
and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorite, who reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the Bene-Ammon,
11 naho i Gilade naho ty ampari’ o nte-Gergosio miharo amo nte-Maakatio naho ty vohi-Kermone iaby, naho i Basane iaby pake Salkà;
and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurite, and of the Maachathite, and all mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;
12 ze fonga’ fifehea’ i Oge e Basane ao, ie nifeleke e Astarote naho Edrey—i sehanga’ o nte-Refàoy—o linafa’i Mosè vaho rinoa’eo.
all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei; he was left of the remnant of the Rephaim, and Moses doth smite them, and dispossess them;
13 Fe tsy rinoa’ o ana’ Israeleo o nte-Gesoreo naho o nte-Màkatio; toe mitrao-pimoneñe am’ Israele pake henaneo t’i Gesore naho i Màkaty.
and the sons of Israel dispossessed not the Geshurite, and the Maachathite; and Geshur and Maachath dwell in the midst of Israel unto this day.
14 I fifokoa’ i Leviy avao ty tsy nitolora’e lova; fa lova’e o engaeñe añ’ afo am’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’ Israele, ty amy nitsara’ey.
Only, to the tribe of Levi he hath not given an inheritance; fire-offerings of Jehovah, God of Israel, is its inheritance, as He hath spoken to it.
15 Nanolotse amy fifokoa’ o ana’ i Reobeneoy ty amo hasavereña’eo t’i Mosè.
And Moses giveth to the tribe of the sons of Reuben, for their families;
16 Nifototse e Aroere ty efe-tane’ iareo, añ’ olo’ i vavatane’ i Armoney, naho i rova añivo’ i vavataneiy, naho ze hene haboam-petrak’ añ’ ila’ i Medebà añe;
and the border is to them from Aroer, which [is] on the edge of the brook Arnon, and the city which [is] in the midst of the brook, and all the plain by Medeba,
17 i Khesbone naho ze hene rova’e an-kaboa-petrakeo; i Dibone naho i Bamote-Baale, naho i Bet-baal-meone;
Heshbon, and all its cities which [are] in the plain, Dibon, and Bamoth-Baal, and Beth-Baal-Meon,
18 naho Iahatse, naho i Kedemote naho i Mepaate;
and Jahazah, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath,
19 naho i Kiriataime naho i Sibmà, naho i Zeretsahare an-kaboa’ i vavataney;
and Kirjathaim, and Sibmah, and Zareth-Shahar, in the mount of the valley,
20 naho i Bete-peore, naho o firoroña’ i Pisgào naho i Bete-iesimote;
and Beth-Peor, and the springs of Pisgah, and Beth-Jeshimoth,
21 naho o hene rova’ i haboam-petrakeio naho o fonga fifehea’ i Sihone mpanjaka’ o nte-Amoreo nifehe e Khesboneo, ie linafa’ i Mosè, naho o mpiaolo’ i Midianeo, i Evý, naho i Rekeme, naho i Zore, naho i Hore, naho i Reba, o roandria’ i Sihone nimoneñe amy taneio.
and all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorite, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses smote, with the princes of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, princes of Sihon, inhabitants of the land.
22 Vinono o ana’ Israeleo am-pibara añivo’ o ila’e zinamañe am’ iareoo ka t’i Balame mpisi­kily ana’ i Beore.
And Balaam, son of Beor, the diviner, have the sons of Israel slain with the sword, among their wounded ones.
23 Aa naho i efe-tane’ o ana’ i Reobeneoy, le Iardeney ty efe’e. Izay ty lova o ana’ i Reobeneo ty amo hasavereña’eo, o rova naho tanà’eo.
And the border of the sons of Reuben is the Jordan, and [its] border; this [is] the inheritance of the sons of Reuben, for their families, the cities and their villages.
24 Le nitolora’ i Mosè ka ty fifokoa’ i Gade, amo ana’ i Gadeo, ty amo hasavereña’eo.
And Moses giveth to the tribe of Gad, to the sons of Gad, for their families;
25 Ty tane’ iareo, le Iazere, naho ze hene rova’ i Gilade naho ty vaki’ i tanen-te-Amone pak’ Aroere aolo’ i Rabà;
and the border is to them Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and the half of the land of the Bene-Ammon, unto Aroer which [is] on the front of Rabbah,
26 naho boake Khesbone pake Ramate-hamitsepè naho i Betonime; vaho boake Makanaime pak’ an-tane Debire;
and from Heshbon unto Ramath-Mispeh, and Betonim, and from Mahanaim unto the border of Debir,
27 naho am-bavatane ao: i Betarame naho i Betenimrà naho i Sokote, naho i Tsafone, ty sisa’ i tane’ i Sihone, mpanjaka’ i Khesbone, vaho Iardeney ro efe’e pak’ añ’ olon-driake e Kinerete alafe’ Iardeney maniñanañe.
and in the valley, Beth-Aram, and Beth-Nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan and [its] border, unto the extremity of the sea of Chinnereth, beyond the Jordan, eastward.
28 Izay ty lova’ o ana’ i Gadeo ty amo hasavereña’eo, i rova rey naho o tanà’eo.
This [is] the inheritance of the sons of Gad, for their families, the cities and their villages.
29 Nanolotse amy vakim-pifokoa’ i Menasèy ka t’i Mosè, ho amy vakim-pifokoa’ o ana’ i Menasèoy ty amo hasavereña’eo.
And Moses giveth to the half of the tribe of Manasseh; and it is to the half of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, for their families.
30 Zao ty tane’ iareo: Boak’e Mahanaime le i Basane iaby, o hene fifehea’ i Oge mpanjaka’ i Basaneo, naho ze fonga tana’ Iaire, rova enem-polo;
And their border is from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the small towns of Jair, which [are] in Bashan, sixty cities;
31 naho ty vaki’ i Gilade, naho i Astarote, naho i Edrey; o rovam-pifehea’ i Oge e Basaneo le ho a o ana’ i Makire ana’ i Menasèo; ty vaki’ o ana’ i Makireo ty amo hasavereña’eo.
and the half of Gilead, and Ashteroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, [are] to the sons of Machir, son of Manasseh, to the half of the sons of Machir, for their families.
32 Izay o lova zinara’ i Mosè a monto’ i Moabeo, alafe’ Iardene e Ieriko, maniñanañe.
These [are] they whom Moses caused to inherit in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan, [by] Jericho, eastward;
33 Fe tsy tinolo’ i Mosè lova ty fifokoa’ i Levy; fa Iehovà Andria­nañahare’ Israele ro lova’e, ty amy tsinara’e am’ iereo.
and to the tribe of Levi Moses gave not an inheritance; Jehovah, God of Israel, Himself [is] their inheritance, as He hath spoken to them.
