< Jeremia 30 >
1 Ty tsara niheo am’Iirmeà boak’ am’ Iehovà, manao ty hoe:
The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
2 Inao ty nitsara’ Iehovà, Andrianañahare’ Israele: Sokiro am-boke ao ze hene tsara nitaroñeko ama’o.
Thus hath said the Lord the God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
3 Amy te ho tondroke ty andro, hoe t’Iehovà, te hafoteko ty fandrohiza’ ondatiko Israele naho Iehodao, hoe t’Iehovà; le hampoliko mb’amy tane natoloko aman-droae’ iareoy, vaho ho fanaña’ iareo.
For, behold, days are coming, saith the Lord, when I will bring back again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord; and I will cause them to return to the land that I have given to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
4 Le iretoañe o entañe nitsarae’ Iehova am’ Israele naho am’ Iehodao.
And these are the words that the Lord spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah;
5 Hoe t’Iehovà: Toe nahajanjiñe feom-pihondrahondrañe, naho fangebahebañan-jahay, fa tsy fanintsiñañe.
For thus hath said the Lord, A voice of terror have we heard, dread, and no peace.
6 Añontaneo henaneo, maharendreha hera misamake ty lahilahy; akore arè te treako mitam-pisafoa manahake ty rakemba mitsongo ondaty iabio, ie sindre miha-fosaposatse o laharañeo?
Ask ye now, and see whether a male doth give birth to a child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in giving birth? and why are all faces turned pale?
7 Hoy abey ty hara’elahi’ i àndroy, tsy añirinkiriñañe, ho andron-kankàñe am’Iakobe, f’ie ho rombaheñe ama’e.
Alas, for that day is great, there is none like it; and a time of distress it is unto Jacob; yet out of it shall he be saved.
8 Ho tondrok’ amy andro zay, hoe t’Iehovà’ i Màroy, te hampipozaheko am-pititia’o ty joka’e, naho ho rafadrafateko o rohi’oo; vaho tsy hañondevo azo ka ty ambahiny;
And it shall come to pass on that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and thy bands will I burst asunder; and strangers shall not make him serve any more;
9 fe songa hitoroñe Iehovà Andrianañahare’e naho i Davide mpanjaka’e, ie hampitroareko ho a iareo.
But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
10 Aa le ko hemban-drehe ry Iakobe mpitoroko, hoe t’Iehovà; naho ko lonjetse, ry Israele; fa toe ho rombaheko boake tsietoitane añe, naho ty tiri’o boak’ an-tanem- pandrohizañe añe, le himpoly t’Iakobe naho hianjiñe naho hierañerañe, vaho tsy eo ty hañembañe aze.
And thou—do not fear, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; and be not dismayed, O Israel; for, behold, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity: and Jacob shall return, and shall be at rest, and be secure, with none to terrify him.
11 Amy t’ie indrezako, hoe t’Iehovà, handrombahako; le ho fonga mongoreko o fifeheañe nampiparatsiahako azoo, fa tsy hampigadoñeko ka irehe; te mone ho lafaeko ami’ty hatò, vaho tsy ho rotsaheko ho mongotse.
For with thee am I, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a full end of all the nations whither I have scattered thee, yet of thee will I not make a full end; but I will correct thee in moderation, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.
12 Aa hoe t’Iehovà: Toe tsy lefe jangañeñe ty farare’o, vaho mahaferenaiñe o fere’oo.
For thus hath said the Lord, Incurable is thy bruise, and painful, thy wound.
13 Tsy eo ty mihalaly ho azo, hampibandiañe o naratseo, tsy amañ’aoly mahamelañ’ azo.
There is no one to plead thy cause, to bind up [thy wound]: useful remedies there are none for thee.
14 Songa nañaliño azo o sakeza’oo, tsy ipaia’iareo; fa vinonotroboko hoe zinevo’ ty rafelahy, ami’ty fandafam-pampisoañe; ami’ty hajabajaba’ o hakeo’oo ami’ty fitoabora’ o tahi’oo.
All thy lovers have forgotten thee; thee they seek not; for with the blow of an enemy have I smitten thee, with cruel chastisement, for the multitude of thy iniquity, because thy sins were so numerous.
15 Ino ty ikoikoiha’o ty hasilofa’o, tsy mete mitotòtse o rare’oo, fa ty haloza’ o hakeo’oo, vaho ty hamaro’ o tahi’oo ty nanoako ama’o o raha rezao.
Why wilt thou cry out because of thy breach? for thy pain which is incurable? because of the multitude of thy iniquity, because thy sins were so numerous, have I done these things unto thee.
16 F’ie songa habotseke o mampibotsek’ azoo, naho o rafelahi’o iabio, sindre hasese am-pandrohizañe añe; naho ho fikopahañe o mikopak’ azoo, vaho fonga hatoloko ho tsindroheñe ze mitsàtsa azo.
Nevertheless all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thy adversaries, all of them, shall go into captivity; and they that plunder thee shall be [given up] to plunder, and all that prey upon thee will I give up for a prey.
17 Hampijangañeko, vaho ho melañeko o fere’oo, hoe t’Iehovà; amy te natao’ iareo añombe-lahy mavo irehe ami’ty hoe: Ty Tsione, ie tsy paia’ondatio.
For I will place a healing plaster on thy bruise, and of thy wounds will I cure thee, saith the Lord; because they called thee “an Outcast.” “This is Zion, whom no one seeketh after.”
18 Aa hoe t’Iehovà: Inao! hafoteko ty fandrohizañe o kiboho’ Iakobeo, naho ho ferenaiñeko o kivoho’eo; naho hamboareñe ambone’ i tamboho’ey i rovay, vaho hajadoñe amy toe’ey eo i anjombay.
Thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will bring back again the captivity of the tents of Jacob, and on his dwelling-places will I have mercy; and the city shall be rebuilt upon her own heap of ruins, and the palace shall be inhabited after its [ancient] manner.
19 Hiboak’am’iereo ty fañandriañañe, naho ty fiarañanaña’ o mifaleo; vaho hampitomboeko fa tsy haketrake, hampiraoraoeko iereo le tsy ho kede.
And there shall proceed out of them thanksgiving, and the voice of those that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be diminished; I will also make them numerous, and they shall not be made few in number.
20 Hanahake te taolo o ana’eo, naho hioreñe aoloko eo ty valobohò’ iareo, vaho fonga ho liloveko ze mamorekeke iareo.
And their children shall be as aforetimes, and their congregation shall be firmly established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.
21 Ho raik’ am’iereo ty mpiaolo’ iareo, naho ho hirik’ am’iereo ao ty mpifehe’ iareo; naho hampañarineko amako re, toe ie ty hañarivo ahy; fa ia ty hahavany hitotok’ amako? hoe t’Iehovà.
And their leader shall be of themselves, and their ruler shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me; for who is this that will venture of his own heart to approach unto me? saith the Lord.
22 Ho ondatiko nahareo, vaho ho Andrianañahare’ areo iraho.
And ye shall be unto me for a people, and I will be unto you for a God.
23 Heheke ty talio-lahi’ Iehovà, fa mionjoñe mb’eo ty filoroloroa’e, tangololahy mikafoakafoake; miviombio ami’ty loha’ o lo-tserekeo.
Behold, the storm-wind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, an abiding storm-wind: upon the head of the wicked shall it fall.
24 Tsy hibalike ty haviñerañe miforoforo’ Iehovà, ampara’ te nihenefe’e naho sikal’amy te fonitse i nisatrien’ arofo’ey; ho rendre’ areo izay amo andro honka’eo.
The fierceness of the anger of the Lord will not turn back, until he have done, and until he have fulfilled the purposes of his heart: in the latter days shall ye understand this.
