< Hebreo 3 >

1 Ie amy zao ry longo noro’e, mpitraok’ amy fikoihan-dindìñeio, haraharao t’Iesoà, Sorotà naho Mpisorom-Bey fitaroñan-tikañey,
Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus;
2 i nigahiñe amy nanendreañ’ azey hambañe amy figahiña’ i Mosè amy hene anjomba’eiy.
who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also was Moses in his house.
3 F’ie vinolily hañeva àsiñe ambone’ i Mosè, hambañe ami’ty anaña’ ty mpandranjy traño àsiñe ambone’ i trañoy.
For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, just as he who built the house has more honor than the house.
4 Songa manañe ty mpandrafi’e ze anjomba, fa i Andrianañahare ty Mpamboatse ze he’e.
For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God.
5 Toe nigahiñe amy hene anjomba’ey t’i Mosè, ie nimpitoroñe nitaroñe o mbe ho tsaraeñeo.
Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken,
6 Fa Anake mifehe’ i Anjomba’ey i Norizañey; itikañe o añanjomba’eo naho tambozoren-tika ty fahasibehañe naho fatokisañe osihe’ i fitamañey,
but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house; whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope.
7 ie anoe’ i Arofo Masiñey ty hoe: Anito, naho janji’ areo i fiarañanaña’ey,
Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, "Today if you will hear his voice,
8 ko mampientetse arofo manahake tamy fanigihañe añ’andro fitsohañe an-dratraratra añey,
do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation, like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness,
9 ie nisombean-droae’ areoy, naho namente vaho nahaisake o fitoloñako efa-polo taoñeo.
where your fathers tested me and challenged me, and saw my works for forty years.
10 Izay ty nibosehako ami’ty tariratse toy, le hoe iraho, Mandifik’ añ’arofo ao nainai’e iereo, mbore tsy fohi’ iareo o lalakoo,
Therefore I was displeased with this generation, and said, 'They always err in their heart, but they did not know my ways;'
11 Aa le nifantàko an-keloke t’ie tsy himoak’ amy fitofàkoy.
as I swore in my wrath, 'They will not enter into my rest.'"
12 Mitaoa ry longo, he te ho zoeñe ama’areo ty troke miola, mifañito aman’ Añahare veloñe.
Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God;
13 Aa le mifañosiha boak’ andro, ampara’ i atao ty hoe Anitoy, tsy mone ama’ areo ty hampientere’ ty famañahian-kakeo.
but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called "today;" lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
14 Fa mpitrao-dova amy Norizañey tika naho vontitireñe i fifotoram-patokisañey ampara’ i hahenefañey,
For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm to the end:
15 amy ho tsaraeñe ty hoe: Anito, naho janji’ areo i fiarañanaña’ey ko mampientents’ arofo manahake tamy fanigihañey.
while it is said, "Today if you will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion."
16 Ty ila’e nahajanjiñe ro niola, fa tsy ze hene nampiavote’ Mose amy Egipte.
For who, when they heard, rebelled? No, did not all those who came out of Egypt by Moses?
17 Aa ia ty niviñera’e efa-polo taoñe? Tsy o nandilatseo hao? ie nihotrak’ an-dratraratra añe o lolo’ iareoo.
With whom was he displeased forty years? Was not it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
18 Ia ka ty nifantà’e te tsy himoak’ amy fitofà’ey ao? toe o tsy niantokeo?
To whom did he swear that they would not enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient?
19 Aa le onin-tika te i tsy fatokisañey ty tsy niziliha’ iareo.
We see that they were not able to enter in because of unbelief.
