< Genesisy 39 >
1 Ie amy zao, fa nendeseñe nizotso mb’e Mitsraime añe t’Iosefe, vaho vinili’ i Potifare nte-Mitsraime, roandria’ i Parò, talè o mpigaritseo, amo nte-Iesmaèle ninday aze nizotso mb’eoo.
Ioseph was brought vnto Egipte ad Putiphar a lorde of Pharaos: ad his chefe marshall an Egiptian bought him of ye Ismaelites which brought hi thither
2 Nindre am’ Iosefe t’Iehovà, le niraorao indatiy, ie nimoneñe añ’ anjomban-tompo’e nte-Mitsraime ao.
And the LORde was with Ioseph and he was a luckie felowe and continued in the house of his master the Egiptian.
3 Ie nioni’ i tompo’ey te nitahy aze t’i Iehovà naho nampihenefe’ Iehovà ze hene nanoen-taña’e,
And his master sawe that the ORde was with him and that the LORde made all that he dyd prosper in his hande:
4 le nisoheñe am-pihaino’e t’Iosefe amy fitoroña’e naho nanoe’e mpamandroñe i anjomba’ey vaho hene napo’e an-taña’e ao ze fanaña’e.
Wherfore he founde grace in his masters syghte and serued him. And his master made him ruelar of his house and put all that he had in his hande.
5 Mifototse amy nampifeheañe aze i anjomba’ey naho ze hene vara’ey, le nitahie’ Iehovà ty anjomba’ i nte-Mitsraimey ty am’ Iosefe. Le tamo fanaña’e iabio naho añ’anjomba ao vaho an-tetek’ ey ty hanintsi’ Iehovà.
And as soone as he had made him ruelar ouer his house ad ouer all that he had the LORde blessed this Egiptians house for Iosephs sake and the blessynge of the LORde was vpon all that he had: both in the house and also in the feldes.
6 Aa le nado’e an-taña’ Iosefey ze hanaña’e iaby, le tsy eo ty nidarè’e naho tsy ty mahakama nikamae’e avao. Nimontsotsòre naho naram-bintañe t’Iosefe.
And therfore he left all that he had in Iosephs hande and loked vpon nothinge that was with him saue only on the bread which he ate. And Ioseph was a goodly persone and a well favored
7 Aa ie roñoñe añe, nikiroke Iosefe ty vali’ i tompo’ey vaho nanoa’e ty hoe, Miharoa tihy amako.
And it fortuned after this that his masters wife cast hir eyes vpon Ioseph and sayde come lye with me.
8 F’ie nifoneñe, naho nanao ty hoe amy vali’ i tompo’eiy, Inao! kanao etoan-draho, tsy añ’ anjomba’e ao ty idarea’ i tompokoy, vaho napo’e an-tañako ze hene hanaña’e.
But he denyed and sayde to her: Beholde my master woteth not what he hath in the house with me but hath commytted all that he hath to my hande
9 Tsy aman-joke iraho añ’ anjomba atoy, vaho tsy eo ty nazi’e amako naho tsy ihe, kanao vali’e. Aa le akore ty hanoako o halò-tsereke zao, hampanan-kakeo ahy aman’ Añahare?
He him selfe is not greatter in the house than I ad hath kepte nothige fro me but only the because thou art his wife. How than cam I do this great wykydnes for to synne agaynst God?
10 Aa ndra t’ie nañedre Iosefe boak’ andro, tsy nihaoñe’e, tsy niolora’e, tsy nindreza’e.
And after this maner spake she to Ioseph daye by daye: but he harkened not vnto her to slepe nere her or to be in her company.
11 Aa teo te indraike, ie nizilik’ añ’ anjomba ao hitoloñe, naho tsy ama’ ondaty i anjombay
And it fortuned aboute the same season that Ioseph entred in to the house to do his busynes: and there was none of the houshold by in the house.
12 le vinontiti’ i rakembay i saro’ey, nanao ama’e ty hoe, Miolora amako! F’ie nado’e am-pità’e i saro’ ey vaho nipoliotse mb’alafe’e ao.
And she caught him by the garment saynge: come slepe with me. And he left his garment in hir hande ad fled and gott him out
13 Ie nanjo’ i saro’ey an-taña’e amy nipolitira’e mb’alafe’aoy
when she sawe that he had left his garmet in hir hande and was fled out
14 le kinaikai’e o mpiañ’ anjomba’eo vaho nanoa’e ty hoe, Hehe, ninday nte-Evre aman-tika atoy i valikoy hañonjitse an-tika. Nimoak’ amako ao re hamahotse ahiko, le nikaike iraho;
she called vnto the men of the house and tolde them saynge: Se he hath brought in an Hebrewe vnto vs to do vs shame. for he came in to me for to haue slept myth me. But I cried with a lowde voyce.
15 ie tsinano’e i koiakoy, le nado’e amako i saro’ey vaho nibotitsike mb’alafe ao.
And when he harde that I lyfte vp my voyce and cryed he left his garment with me and fled awaye and got him out.
16 Nahaja’e ama’e ao i saro’ey ampara’ te nimpoly i vali’ey,
And she layed vp his garment by her vntill hir lorde came home.
17 le nindrai’e i talili’ey, ami’ty hoe, Nizilik’ amako ao hanìtse ahiko i ondevo nte-Evre nendese’o ama’ay atoiy;
And she told him acordynge to these wordes saynge. This Hebrues servaunte which thou hast brought vnto vs came in to me to do me shame.
18 fe nampipoña-peo iraho le nikoiake, naho napo’e amako i saro’ey vaho nibioñe alafe ao.
But as soone as I lyft vp my voyce and cryed he left his garment with me and fled out.
19 Ie jinanji’ i tompo’ey ty enta’ i vali’ey nanao ty hoe: Zao ty nanoa’ i mpitoro’oy ahiko; le niforoforo ty haviñera’e,
When his master herde the woordes of his wyfe which she tolde him saynge: after this maner dyd thy servaunte to me he waxed wrooth.
20 naho rinambe’ i tompo’ Iosefey re vaho najo’e am-porozò ao, an-toem-pijoñam-pirohim-panjaka ao; aa le tam-balabey ao re,
And he toke Ioseph and put him in pryson: euen in the place where the kinges prisoners laye bounde. And there contynued he in preson.
21 fe nindre am’ Iosefe t’Iehovà vaho niferenaiña’e; nisohe’e añatrefa’ ty mpifehe’ i kijam-pigaritañey.
But the LORde was with Ioseph ad shewed him mercie and gott him fauoure in the syghte of the keper of ye preson
22 Aa le napo’ i mpifehey am-pità’ Iosefe ze hene mpirohy am-balabey ao, le ndra inoñ’ ino ty nanoeñe ao, ie ty nitoloñe.
which commytted to Iosephe hade all the presoners that were in the preson housse. And what soeuer was done there yt dyd he.
23 Tsy nidarè’ i mpigari-beiy ze nado’e am-pità’ Iosefe, amy te nindreza’ Iehovà; vaho nampibodobodoe’ Iehovà ze hene nanoe’e.
And the keper of the preso loked vnto nothinge that was vnder his hande because the LORde was with him and because that what soeuer he dyd the LORde made it come luckely to passe.
