< Ezekiela 31 >
1 Aa tamy taom-paha-folo-raik’ambiy amy andro valoham-bolam-paha-teloy, le niheo amako ty tsara’ Iehovà nanao ty hoe:
And it comes to pass, in the eleventh year, in the third [month], on the first of the month, a word of YHWH has been to me, saying,
2 O ana’ ondatio, saontsio t’i Paro mpanjaka’ i Mitsraime naho i volobohò’ey: Mañirinkiriñ’ama’ ia irehe amo fitoabora’oo?
“Son of man, say to Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude: To whom have you been like in your greatness?
3 Hehe ty mpanjaka’ i Asore ie ni-mendoraveñe e Libanone añe aman-tsampa’e fanjaka, amañ’aloke mangonkoñe, niningoningo nañambone; nitiotiotse amo tsampañe boda’eo o lengo’eo.
Behold, Asshur, a cedar in Lebanon, Beautiful in branch, and shading bough, and high in stature, And its foliage has been between thickets.
4 Namahañe aze o ranoo; nampandigiligy aze mañambone i lalekey; niariary am-pandia’eo o saka’eo, nahitri’e mb’amo hene hatae an-kivokeo o fikararaha’eo.
Waters have made it great, The deep has exalted him with its flowings, Going around its planting, And it has sent forth its conduits to all trees of the field.
5 Aa le fonga niandikera’ ze hatae an-kivokey ty haabo’e, nihamaro o tsampa’eo, nihalava o tora’eo ty amo rano’e maroo, le nampitakare’e mb’eo.
Therefore his stature has been higher than all trees of the field, And his boughs are multiplied, and his branches are long, Because of many waters in his shooting forth.
6 Rinare’ o hene voron-dikerañeo amo tsampa’eo o traño’eo, naho añ’alo’ o tora’eo te niteraha’ o bibin-kivokeo o ana’eo, vaho nitsolok’ ambane talinjo’e eo ty valobohò’ o fifeheañe iabio.
Every bird of the heavens has made a nest in his boughs, And every beast of the field has brought forth under his branches, And all great nations dwell in his shade.
7 Nihamim-batan-dre amy hara’elahi’ey, ami’ty fandrevaha’ o tsampa’eo, amy te nahatakatse rano maro o vaha’eo.
And he is beautiful in his greatness, In the length of his thin shoots, For his root has been by great waters.
8 Tsy nanaroñe aze o mendorave an-golobon’ Añahareo, tsy nanahake o tora’eo o akaoo, vaho tsy nañirinkiriñe o tora’eo ty nonoke; leo hatae raik’ an-golobon’Añahare ao tsy nihambañe amy ha’fanjàka’ey.
Cedars have not hid him in the garden of God, Firs have not been like to his boughs, And plane-trees have not been as his branches, No tree in the garden of God has been like to him in his beauty,
9 Izaho ty nampitsomerentsereñ’ aze, ami’ty fandrevaha’ o ra’eo; vaho sindre nitsikirìk’ aze ze hatae Edene ao, an-golobon’ Añahare ao.
I have made him beautiful in the multitude of his thin shoots, And all trees of Eden that [are] in the garden of God envy him.
10 Aa le hoe ty nafè’ Iehovà Talè: amy t’ie nañonjom-batañe añ’abo ey naho nampiningonigoetse mb’an-drahoñe ey ty lengo’e, vaho nirengevoke ty arofo’e ami’ty fitoabora’e;
Therefore, thus said Lord YHWH: Because that you have been high in stature, And he yields his foliage between thickets, And his heart is high in his haughtiness,
11 le fa natoloko am-pità’ i maozatse amo kilakila’ ndatioy; ie ty hiatreatre aze; amy t’ie fa finirako ambane ty amo haloloa’eo.
I give him into the hand of a god of nations, He deals severely with him, In his wickedness I have cast him out.
12 O ambahinio, ty maozatse amo kilakila’ndatio, ty hañatsak’ aze naho hapo’e eo; hideboñe amo vohitseo o tora’eo, naho amo vavataneo, naho hipozake marine o saka’ i taneio o ra’eo; le hisitak’ amy talinjo’ey ze hene ondati’ ty tane toy, vaho haforintseñe.
And strangers cut him off, The terrible of nations, and they leave him, His thin shoots have fallen on the mountains and in all valleys, And his boughs are broken at all streams of the land, And all peoples of the land go down from his shade, and they leave him.
13 Hidoñe amy firotsaha’ey ze kila voron-dikerañe, vaho ho amo tsampa’eo ze hene bibin-kivoke,
Every bird of the heavens dwells on his ruin, And all beasts of the field have been on his boughs,
14 soa te tsy ho amo hatae añ’olon-dranoo ty hionjom-batañe ty amy haandikera’ey, ndra hampitiotiotse o tsampa’eo ambone’ o bodan-tora’eo, naho tsy hitroatse hijoalajoala añivo’ o ra’eo ze hene mpikama rano; fonga hatolotse am-pihomahañe iereo, pak’an-tsikeokeo’ ty tane toy añivo’ o ana’ondaty fa nigodañe an-kiborio.
In order that none of the trees of the waters May become haughty because of their stature, Nor give their foliage between thickets, Nor any drinking waters stand up to them in their haughtiness, For all of them are given up to death, To the lower earth, In the midst of the sons of men, To those going down to the pit.
15 Aa hoe t’Iehovà Talè; Amy andro nizotsoa’e mb’an-tsikeokeok’ aoy, le nampandalako; nakopoko ho aze i lalekey, naho sinebako o fisorotombaha’eo, le hene nijihetse o ranoo; le nihontoke ho aze t’i Libanone, vaho fonga nitoirañe o hatae an-kivokeo. (Sheol )
Thus said Lord YHWH: I have caused mourning in the day of his going down to Sheol, I have covered the deep over him, and diminish its flowings, And many waters are restrained, And I make Lebanon black for him, And all trees of the field [have been] a covering for him. (Sheol )
16 Nampihondrahondraeko o kilakila’ ndatio ami’ty feom-pideboña’e, ie navokovokoko an-tsikeokeok’ ao hitraofa’e amo mizotso mb’an-koboñeo; naho nohòñeñe o hene hatae Edeneo, naho o fanjàka amo hatae e Libanoneo; ze hene mpisì-drano, an-tsikeokeo’ ty tane toy ao. (Sheol )
I have caused nations to shake at the sound of his fall, In My causing him to go down to Sheol, With those going down to the pit, And all trees of Eden are comforted in the lower earth, The choice and good of Lebanon—All drinking waters. (Sheol )
17 Nitrao-pizotso ama’e mb’an-tsikeokeoke mb’eo o zinamam-pibarao; naho o nimpitàm-pialia’eo, o nimoneñe ambane’ i talinjo’ey añivo’ o kilakila’ ndatioo. (Sheol )
Those with him have also gone down to Sheol, To the pierced of the sword, And—his arm—they dwelt in his shade in the midst of nations. (Sheol )
18 Ia arè ty añirinkiriña’o an-drenge naho ami’ty hajabahina’o añivo’ o hatae Edeneo? F’ihe ho firaeñe rekets’ o hatae Edeneo, homb’ an-tsikeokeo-ty tane toy ao; hàndre añivo’ o tsy sinavatseo, mindre amo zinamam-pibarao. Izay ty amy Parò naho ondati’e iabio, hoe t’Iehovà Talè.
To whom have you been thus like, In glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? And you have been brought down with the trees of Eden, To the lower earth, You lie in the midst of the uncircumcised, With the pierced of the sword. This [is] Pharaoh, and all his multitude, A declaration of Lord YHWH!”
