< Efesiana 6 >

1 Ry ajajao, mivohora aman-droae’ areo amy Talè ao, fa izay ty hìti’e.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
2 Miasia an-drae’o naho rene’o—ty lily valoha’e minday fampitamañe,
"Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise:
3 soa te ho tahie’e naho ho lava haveloñ’ amy Taney ao.
"that it may be well with you, and that you may live long in the land."
4 O ry rae, ko bosehañe ty anake, fe beizo amy fañohoañe naho famerea’ i Talè.
And fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
5 O ry ondevoo, mivohora ami’ty mpifehe’ areo amy haondati’ey, le ihembaño naho ititititiho an-tsò-po, manahake t’ie i Norizañey;
Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Messiah;
6 le ko mitoroñe am-pihainom-bei-lomboke, fe hoe ondevo’ i Norizañey, mitoloñe añ’ arofo ze satrin’ Añahare,
not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as people-pleasers; but as servants of Messiah, doing the will of God from the heart;
7 mitoroña am-pilozohañe hoe amy Talè fa tsy am’ondaty,
with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to people;
8 ie fohiñe te ndra iaia manao soa, ro ho valè’ i Talè, ke t’ie ondevo, he midada.
knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.
9 Ry talèo! ano manahak’ izay iereo; apoho ty fañembàñañe. Tiahio te andindìñe ao t’i Talè’ iareo naho ty azo, ie tsy mirihy.
You masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him.
10 Hengaha’e, mihaozara amy Talè naho ami’ty hafatrara’ i haozara’ey.
Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.
11 Aombeo ty fikalañan’ Añahare fonitse, hatreatrè’areo ty famañahia’ i mpañìnjey;
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
12 amy te tsy mifandrapake ami’ty nofotse naho lio tika, fa amo mpifelekeo, amo aman-dilio, amo mpifeleke an-kamoromoroña’ ty voatse toio, vaho amo fañahin-karatiañe añ’aboo. (aiōn g165)
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world's rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (aiōn g165)
13 Aa le rambeso ze hene fikalan’ Añahare, hahafijohaña’o amy andro ratiy, le ie fonga nanoeñe, mijadoña.
Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.
14 Mijohaña arè, ie fa nisadia ty hatò, naho niombe ty fikalañan’ arañan-kahitiañe,
Stand therefore, having the belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 vaho nihana ty fihentseñañe i talili-soam-pañanintsiñey,
and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace;
16 tovo’e, rambeso ty fikalandefom-patokisañe, hampikipefañe o ana-pale mibela’ i Ratio,
above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
17 endeso ka ty sabakam-pandrombahañe naho ty fibara’ i Arofoy, toe i saontsin’ Añaharey,
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Ruach, which is the spoken word of God;
18 vaho nainai’e mihalalia añ’arofo, an-doloke naho halaly iaby. Mijilova am-pigahiñañe naho am-pihalaliañe heneke ho a o fonga noro’eo.
with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Ruach, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the kadoshim:
19 Mihalalia ho ahy ka, t’ie ho tolorañe ty hahafitaroñe am-palie misokake, hahavany hampandrendreke ty tafatoño’ i talili-soay,
on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News,
20 ie sorotà’e an-drohy; ihalalio te hahasibeke fitaroñe ami’ty fañeva’e.
for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
21 Aa, ty haharendreha’areo o fitoloñakoo naho ty amako, le i Tikiko, rahalahy sarotse naho mpitoroñe migahi’ i Talèy ro hampahafohiñe anahareo ze he’e.
But that you also may know my affairs, how I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will make known to you all things;
22 Izay ty nañitrifako aze mb’ama’ areo añe, hitalilia’e anay naho hañoho o arofo’ areoo.
whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts.
23 Fañanintsiñe amo rolongoo, naho fikokoañe am-patokisañe boak’ aman’ Añahare Rae naho Iesoà Talè Norizañey.
Peace be to the brothers, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
24 Hasoa amy ze hene mpikoko i Talèntika Iesoà Norizañey an-koko tsy modo. Amena.
Grace be with all those who love our Lord Yeshua the Messiah with incorruptible love.
