1 Mitomira, hambena’ areo ze hene’ lily lilieko ama’o androany, soa t’ie ho veloñe naho hibodobodo te hizilik’ ao naho handova i tane nampitama’ Iehovà aman-droae’ areo am-pantay.
Ye shall keepe all the commandements which I command thee this day, for to doe them: that ye may liue, and be multiplied, and goe in, and possesse the land which the Lord sware vnto your fathers.
2 Tiahio o làlañe iaby niaoloa’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’o azo amy taoñe efa-polo an-dratraratra añe reio, ie nampireke naho nitsok’ azo haharendreke ze añ’ arofo’o ao, he hambena’o o lili’eo ke tsie.
And thou shalt remember all ye way which the Lord thy God led thee this fourtie yeere in the wildernesse, for to humble thee and to proue thee, to knowe what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keepe his commandements or no.
3 Toe nampireha’e, le nampisalikoa’e, vaho nanjotsoa’e mane tsy nifohi’o naho tsy nifohin-droae’o, hampahafohina’e te tsy mahakama avao ty mahaveloñ’ ondaty; fa ze tsara miboak’ am-palie’ Iehovà ro mahaveloñe’ ondaty.
Therefore he humbled thee, and made thee hungry, and fed thee with MAN, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know it, that he might teache thee that man liueth not by bread onely, but by euery worde that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord, doth a man liue.
4 Tsy nikoneatse ama’o ty saro’o vaho tsy nivonto ty fandia’o i efa-polo taoñe rezay.
Thy raiment waxed not olde vpon thee, neither did thy foote swell those fourtie yeeres.
5 Mahafohina añ’arofo te manahake ty fandilovan-drae ty ana’e ty andilova’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’o azo.
Knowe therefore in thine heart, that as a man nourtereth his sonne, so the Lord thy God nourtereth thee.
6 Aa le ambeno o lili’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’oo am-pañaveloañe an-dala’e eo vaho am-pañeveñañe ama’e.
Therefore shalt thou keepe the commandements of the Lord thy God, that thou mayest walke in his wayes, and feare him.
7 Amy te manese azo mb’an-tane soa ao t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’o, tane ikararahan-torahañe naho rano migoangoañe le rano mionjoñe boak’ am-bavatane naho am-bohibohitse,
For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land in the which are riuers of water and fountaines, and depthes that spring out of valleis and mountaines:
8 tanem-bare-bolè naho vare hordea, amam-bahe naho sakoañe vaho raketa, tane aman-katae olive naho tantele,
A land of wheate and barley, and of vineyards, and figtrees, and pomegranates: a land of oyle oliue and hony:
9 tane hikama’o mahakama fa tsy hiereñe, hiaiña’o añoleñañe, tane amam-bato viñe vaho am-bohi’e ao ty hihalia’o torisìke.
A land wherein thou shalt eate bread without scarcitie, neither shalt thou lacke any thing therein: a land whose stones are yron, and out of whose mountaines thou shalt digge brasse.
10 Ie fa nikama naho ànjañe le andriaño t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’o ty amy tane fanjàka natolo’e azoy.
And when thou hast eaten and filled thy selfe, thou shalt blesse the Lord thy God for the good land, which he hath giuen thee.
11 Mitomira tsy handikok’ am’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’o, tsy hañorike o lili’eo naho o fañè’eo vaho o fepè’e lilieko ama’o androanio.
Beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God, not keeping his commandements, and his lawes, and his ordinances, which I commaund thee this day:
12 Kera, ie fa nikama vaho ànjañe, naho fa nandranjy anjomba soa, naho imoneña’o,
Lest when thou hast eaten and filled thy selfe, and hast built goodly houses and dwelt therein,
13 naho mihamaro o añombe’oo naho o lia-rai’oo, naho mitombo ty volafoty naho volamena’o, naho miraorao ze he’e ama’o,
And thy beastes, and thy sheepe are increased, and thy siluer and golde is multiplied, and all that thou hast is increased,
14 le hirengevoke ty arofo’o vaho handikofa’o t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’o nañavotse azo an-tane Mitsraime an-trañom-pañondevozañe ao,
Then thine heart be lifted vp and thou forget the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage,
15 i niaolo azo hiranga i fatram-bey henehene naharevendreveñey; i ratraratra maike lifotse merem-boreke naho kalengo añey, le nampidoandoaña’e rano boak’ am-bato-paike ao,
Who was thy guide in the great and terrible wildernes (wherein were fierie serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where was no water, who brought forth water for thee out of ye rock of flint:
16 naho nanjotsoa’e mane tsy nahazatse an-droae’o am-patrañe ao, hampireke vaho hamente azo, hañasoà’e am-pigadoñañe añe,
Who fed thee in the wildernesse with MAN, which thy fathers knewe not) to humble thee, and and to proue thee, that he might doe thee good at thy latter ende.
17 ke hitsakore añ’arofo’o ao irehe ty hoe, Ty haozarako naho ty hafatraran-tañako ty nanontonako o varako zao.
Beware least thou say in thine heart, My power, and the strength of mine owne hand hath prepared me this abundance.
18 Tiahio t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’o, amy t’ie ty mampaozatse azo hahavoria’o vara, hamentea’e i fañina nifantà’e aman-droae’oy le mbe ie henanekeo.
But remember the Lord thy God: for it is he which giueth thee power to get substance to establish his couenant which he sware vnto thy fathers, as appeareth this day.
19 Aa ke ho haliño’o t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’o hañoriha’o ty ndrahare ila’e hitoroña’o naho hiambanea’o, fa ataliliko anahareo androany t’ie tsy mete tsy hivetrake
And if thou forget the Lord thy God, and walke after other gods, and serue them, and worship them, I testifie vnto you this day that ye shall surely perish.
20 naho hihomake manahake o rofoko rotsahe’ Iehovà aolo’ areo mb’eoo amy te tsy hinao’ areo ty fiarañanaña’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo.
As the nations which the Lord destroyeth before you, so ye shall perish, because ye woulde not be obedient vnto the voyce of the Lord your God.
