1 Niañambone ty vohi-Nìbo amy zao t’i Mosè, boak’ an-tanemira’ i Moabe pak’ antiotio’ i Pisgà, tandrife Ieriko; vaho natoro’ Iehovà aze i hene taney—boake Gilade pake Dane;
And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mount of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is before Jericho; and the Lord showed him all the land [from] Gil'ad unto Dan,
2 le i Naftalý iaby, naho ty tane’ i Efra­ime, naho ty a i Menasè, naho ze hene tane’ Iehoda pak’ amy riak’ ahandrefañey
And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Menasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the western sea.
3 naho i Atimoy, naho ty tane pisak’ am-bavatane’ Ieriko ey, i rovan-tsatrañey pake Tsoare.
And the south, and the plain, the valley of Jericho, the city of palm-trees, unto Zoar.
4 Le hoe t’Iehovà ama’e, Ingo ty tane nifantàko amy Avrahame naho am’ Ietsàke naho am’ Iakobe ami’ty hoe, Hatoloko amo tarira’oo; nampahaisahako azo am-pihaino’o f’ie tsy hitsake mb’eo.
And the Lord said unto him, This is the land which I swore unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, Unto thy seed will I give it: I have let thee see it with thy eyes, but thither shalt thou not go over.
5 Aa le nihomak’ an-tane Moabe eo t’i Mosè, mpitoro’ Iehovà ami’ty tsara’ Iehovà;
And Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, according to the order of the Lord.
6 vaho nalente’e am-bavatane an-tane’ i Moabe tandrife i Bet’peore ao, fe tsy fohi’ ondaty pake henane i kibori’ey.
And he buried him in the valley in the land of Moab, opposite Beth-peor; but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
7 Zato-tsi-roapolo-taoñe t’i Mosè te nihorogodoboke, tsy nirombitse o fihaino’eo, vaho tsy niketrake ty haozara’e.
And Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died; his eye was not dimmed, and his natural force had not abated.
8 Nandala aze telo-polo andro an-tanemira’ i Moabe eo o ana’ Israeleo, am’ para’ te niritse o andro firovetañe naho fandalàñeo.
And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days; and then were ended the days of weeping and mourning for Moses.
9 Nilifotse ty arofon-kihitse t’Iehosoa ana’ i None; ami’ty nanampeza’ i Mosè fitàñe, le nitsendreñe aze o ana’ Israeleo, vaho nanoe’ iareo ze nandilia’ Iehovà i Mosè.
And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him; and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
10 Ampara’ izay tsy teo ty mpitoky nitroatse e Israele ao nañirin­kiriñe i Mosè, ie niarofoana’ Iehovà am-piatrefan-daharañe,
And there arose not a prophet since then in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face,
11 amo hene viloñe naho raha tsitantane nañiraha’ Iehovà aze hanoe’e an-tane Mitsraime ao amy Paro naho amo mpitoro’e iabio vaho amy hene tane’ey;
In respect to all the signs and the wonders, which the Lord had sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12 am-pitàñe ra’elahy an-kaozarañe naho amy fampangetra­ketrahañe folo’ay naboa’ i Mosè am-pahaisaha’ o ana’ Israele iabioy.
And in respect to all that mighty hand, and in all the great terrific deeds which Moses displayed before the eyes of all Israel.
