< Deotoronomia 31 >
1 Nimb’eo amy zao t’i Mosè, ninday o saontsy zao am’ Israele iaby.
Moses went and spoke these words to all Israel.
2 Le hoe re am’ iareo, Zato tsy roapolo taoñe androany iraho; aa tsy lefeko ka ty miakatse naho ty mimoake; vaho fa nanoe’ Iehovà ty hoe: Tsy hitsake Iardeney irehe.
He said to them, “I am now one hundred twenty years old; I can no more go out and come in; Yahweh has said to me, 'You will not go over this Jordan.'
3 Iehovà Andrianañahare’o ty hitsak’ aolo, ie ro handrotsake o rofoko iabio añatrefa’o, le ihe ty hitavañe iareo ho fanaña’o; vaho Iehosoa ty hitsak’ aolo amy tsinara’ Iehovày.
Yahweh your God, he will go over before you; he will destroy these nations from before you, and you will dispossess them. Joshua, he will go over before you, as Yahweh has spoken.
4 Le hanoe’ Iehovà am’ iereo hambañe amy nanoe’e amy Sihone naho i Oge mpanjaka’ o nte-Amoreo vaho amo tane’ iareoo, ie nandrotsak’ iareo.
Yahweh will do to them as he did to Sihon and to Og, the kings of the Amorites, and to their land, which he destroyed.
5 Le hasese’ Iehovà ama’ areo, vaho hanoe’ areo ama’e ze hene lily nandiliako.
Yahweh will give you victory over them when you meet them in battle, and you will do to them all that I commanded you.
6 Aa le mihaozara, naho mavitriha, ko mihakahaka naho ko ihembaña’o amy te hindre ama’o t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’o, tsy hado’e irehe vaho tsy haforintse’e.
Be strong and of good courage, fear not, and do not be afraid of them; for Yahweh your God, he it is who goes with you; he will not fail you nor forsake you.”
7 Kinoi’ i Mosè t’Iehosoa vaho nanoe’e ty hoe am-pahaisaha’ Israele iaby: Mihafatrara naho mahasibeha, amy te tsy mete tsy hindreza’o lia ondaty retiañe mb’an-tane nifantà’ Iehovà aman-droae’ iareo hatolo’e iareo, le ihe ty hampandova iareo aze.
Moses called to Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel, “Be strong and of good courage, for you will go with this people into the land that Yahweh has sworn to their ancestors to give them; you will cause them to inherit it.
8 Hiaolo azo t’Iehovà; ie ty hindre ama’o, tsy hilesa ama’o, naho tsy ho farie’e, aa le ko hemban-drehe, ko miroreke.
Yahweh, he it is who goes before you; he will be with you; he will not fail you nor abandon you; do not be afraid, do not be discouraged.”
9 Sinoki’ i Mosè ty Hake toy le natolo’e amo mpisoroñe nte-Levy mpinday i vatam-pañina’ Iehovàio, vaho amo hene androanavi’ Israeleo.
Moses wrote this law and gave it out to the priests, the sons of Levi, who carried the ark of the covenant of Yahweh; he also gave copies of it to all the elders of Israel.
10 Le hoe ty nandilia’ i Mosè am’iareo, ie peake ze taom-paha-fito, amy andro namantañañe amy taom-pamotsorañeiy, amy sabadidan-tsokemitrahay,
Moses commanded them and said, “At the end of every seven years, at the time fixed for the cancellation of debts, during the Festival of Shelters,
11 ie miheo mb’ añatrefa’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’oy mb’amy toetse ho joboñe’ey mb’eo t’Israele iaby, le ho vakie’o añatrefa’ Israele iaby am-pijanjiña’ iareo ty Hake toy.
when all Israel has come to appear before Yahweh your God in the place that he will choose for his sanctuary, you will read this law before all Israel in their hearing.
12 Atontono ondatio, o lahilahio naho o rakembao naho o keleiañeo naho i renetane an-drova’oy, hijanjiña’ iareo, handrendreke naho hañeveñe am’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo vaho hene hambena’ iareo orike o enta’ ty Hake toio.
Assemble the people, the men, the women, and the little ones, and your foreigner who is within your city gates, so that they may hear and learn, and so that they may honor Yahweh your God and keep all the words of this law.
13 Le hitsanoñe naho hioha’ o amori’ iareo mboe tsy mahilalao ty hañeveñe am’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo, amo andro iaby hiveloma’ areo an-tane hitsaha’ areo Iardeney hitavana’ areoo.
Do this so that their children, who have not known, may hear and learn to honor Yahweh your God, as long as you live in the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess.”
14 Le hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè: Ingo, mitotoke ty andro tsy mete tsy hivetraha’o; kanjio t’Iehosoa vaho miatrefa amy kibohom-pamantañañey nahareo hamantohako aze. Aa le nimb’eo t’i Mosè naho Iehosoa, niatreke i kibohom-pivoriy;
Yahweh said to Moses, “Look, the day is coming when you must die; call Joshua and present yourselves in the tent of meeting, so that I may give him a command.” Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves in the tent of meeting.
15 le niboak’ amy kivohoy t’Iehovà am-po’ ty rahoñe mijoala ao, le nijohañe ambone’ i lalan-kibohom-pamantañañey i rahoñe mijoalay.
Yahweh appeared in the tent in a pillar of cloud; the pillar of cloud stood over the door of the tent.
16 Le hoe t’Iehovà amy Mosè: Ingo, hitrao-pihity aman-droae’o ao irehe fe hiongake hañarapilo aman-drahare ankafankafa’ i taney ondaty retiañe, ie homb’eo hiharo am’ iereo ao, naho hienga ahy vaho hifotetse amy fañinako nanoeko am’ iereoy.
Yahweh said to Moses, “Look, you will sleep with your fathers; this people will rise up and act like a prostitute going after the strange gods that are among them in the land where they are going. They will forsake me and break my covenant that I have made with them.
17 Le hisolebotse am’iereo amy andro zay ty habosehako, le haforintseko, vaho haetako am’iereo ty tareheko; havoremboreñe iereo, hisamboria’ ty hekoheko naho ty hankàñe maro, soa te hanao ty hoe iereo amy andro zay: Hera, ie tsy mindre aman-tika t’i Andrianañaharentika, ty mampidoñe o hankàñeo aman-tikañe?
Then, on that day, my anger will be kindled against them and I will abandon them. I will hide my face from them and they will be devoured. Many disasters and troubles will find them so that they will say on that day, 'Have these disasters not come upon us because our God is not in our midst?'
18 Fe toe haetako amy andro zay ty tareheko amo fonga haleorañe nanoe’ iereo ami’ty fitoliha’ iareo mb’an-drahare ila’eo.
I will surely hide my face from them on that day because of all the evil that they will have done, because they has turned to other gods.
19 Aa le sokiro ho anahareo ty sabo toy vaho anaro o ana-Israeleo: ajoño am-palie’ iareo ao soa te ho valolombeloko hanisìañe o ana’ Israeleo ty sabo toy.
Now therefore write this song for yourselves and teach it to the people of Israel. Put it in their mouths, so that this song may be a witness for me against the people of Israel.
20 Amy te, ie fa naseseko mb’an-tane nifantàko aman-droae’e mb’eo, i orikorihen-dronono naho tanteley; le ie fa nikama naho ànjañe mbore fa sometsètse le hitolik’ aman’ drahare ila’e, hitoroñe iareo naho hañinje ahy, vaho hifotetse amy fañinakoy.
For when I will have brought them into the land that I swore to give to their ancestors, a land flowing with milk and honey, and when they have eaten and become satisfied and fat, then they will turn to other gods and they will serve them and they will despise me and they will break my covenant.
21 Ie amy zay, naho fa nañangaran-kankàñe naho hekoheko, le hitaron-tsisý am’ iareo ty sabo toy ho valolombeloñe; (amy te tsy handikofa’ ty falie’ o tarira’ iareoo), fa apotako ty fikililian-tro’ iareo ie mikitrok’ ama’e ao henanekeo, aolo’ ty aneseako iareo an-tane nifantàkoy.
When many evils and troubles come upon this people, this song will testify before them as a witness (for it will not be forgotten from the mouths of their descendants). For I know the plans that they are forming today, even before I have brought them into the land that I promised them.”
22 Aa le sinoki’ i Mosè amy andro zay ty sabo toy, vaho nanare’e o ana’ Israeleo.
So Moses wrote this song the same day and taught it to the people of Israel.
23 Le nafanto’e am’ Iehosoa ana’ i None ty hoe: Mihafatrara naho mahasibeha amy te ihe ro hinday o ana’Israeleo mb’an-tane nifantàko am’ iareo mb’eo vaho hañimb’azo iraho.
Yahweh gave Joshua son of Nun a command and said, “Be strong and of good courage; for you will bring the people of Israel into the land that I swore to them, and I will be with you.”
24 Aa ie nifonire’ i Mosè ty nanokire’e am-boke o enta’ ty Hake toio t’ie nigadoñe,
It happened that when Moses had finished writing the words of this law in a book,
25 le nililie’ i Mosè o nte-Levy mpitarazo i vatam-pañina’ Iehovàio ty hoe:
that he commanded the Levites who carried the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, and he said,
26 Rambeso ty Boke Hake toy vaho apoho añ’ila’ i vatam-pañina’ Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areoy ao, soa t’ie ho valolombeloñe ama’o.
“Take this book of the law and put it by the side of the ark of the covenant of Yahweh your God, so that it may be there as a witness against you.
27 Amy te fantako ty fiolà’o, naho ty hagàm-pititia’o; heheke, ndra te izaho veloñe ama’ areo atoy henanekeo, le fa miola am’ Iehovà nahareo, àntsake t’ie fa nikenkañe.
For I know your rebellion and your stiff neck; look, while I am still alive with you even today, you have been rebellious against Yahweh; how much more after my death?
28 Atontono amako ze hene androanavim-pifokoa’ areo naho o mpifehe’ areoo, ho taroñeko an-dravembia’ iareo ao o tsara retiañe hikanjiako i likerañey naho ty tane toy hanisý iareo.
Assemble to me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, so that I may speak these words in their ears and call heaven and earth to witness against them.
29 Amy te apotako t’ie fa nikenkañe le ho vorahe’ ty halò-tsereke, naho hivìke amy lalañe liniliko azoy vaho hankàñe ty hizò anahareo amo andro añeo, ami’ty haratiañe hanoe’ areo am-pivazohoa’ Iehovà, hikaiha’ areo ty haviñera’e ty amo satam-pità’ areoo.
For I know that after my death you will utterly corrupt yourselves and turn aside out of the path that I have commanded you; disaster will come on you in the following days. This will happen because you will do what is evil in the sight of Yahweh, so as to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.”
30 Aa le nisaontsie’ i Mosè an-dravembia’ i valobohò’ Israeley o tsara’ o sabo zaoo am-para’ te nigadoñe.
Moses recited in the ears of all the assembly of Israel the words of this song until they were finished.
