2 Korintiana 11
1 Ee te ho vave’ areo hey o hagegeako—ehe ivaveo.
I earnestly wish ye could bear with me a little in [my] folly: and indeed bear with me.
2 Ie farahieko am-parahin’ Añahare, naho nampañengaeko ty Rañandria, hitolorako ho somondrara miehañe amy Norizañey.
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present [you as] a chaste virgin to Christ.
3 Fe mahahembañe ahy, ke, hambañe amy namañahia’ i mereñey t’i Haova amy hakalitaha’eiy ty hañamengoha’e ty hatso-po’areo mañeva i Norizañey.
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 Aa naho miheo mb’eo ty mitsey Iesoà ila’ i nitaroña’aiy, ndra andrambesa’ areo fañahy tsy nirambese’ areo ndra talili-soa ila’ i natokisa’ areoy, hera hiantoke.
For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or [if] ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with [him].
5 Ataoko te tsy ambane’ o Firàheñe mitiotiotseo aman-dra’ inoñe iraho,
For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very greatest apostles.
6 fa ndra te tsy mahafilañoñe, tsy zay an-kahilala, toe fa nampalangese’ay ama’ areo ze he’e.
But though [I am] rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been thoroughly made manifest among you in all things.
7 Hera nandilatse t’ie nirèke hañonjonañe anahareo, amy nitaroñako tsy amam-bily i talili-soan’ Añaharey?
Have I committed an offense in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God without reward?
8 Toe nikamereko o Fivory ila’eo, ie nandrambesam-pañehañe hitoroñako anahareo.
I robbed other churches, taking wages [of them], to do you service.
9 Naho teo ty nipaiako ama’ areo, tsy ho nampivavèko ndra ia’ia, fa ie nihirik’ e Makedonia añe o rolongoo, le hene nihenefa’ iareo i nipaiakoy. Toe fonga nifoneñako tsy hampijiny anahareo vaho mbe hambenako.
And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was lacking to me the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied: and in all [things] I have kept myself from being burdensome to you, and [so] will I keep [myself].
10 Kanao amako ty hatò’ i Norizañey le tsy hampitsiñeñe am-paripari’ i Akaia ao i firengetañe amakoy.
As the truth of Christ is in me, no man shall stop me of this boasting in the regions of Achaia.
11 Fa manao akore? Tsy kokoako hao nahareo? Arofoanan’ Añahare!
Why? because I love you not? God knoweth.
12 Fa ho toloñeko avao o fanoekoo, soa te haitoko ty fijohaña’ o mpieva ho hambañe ama’ay amy firoharohà’ iareoio.
But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them who desire occasion; that in what they glory, they may be found even as we.
13 Toe firàhem-bande, mpamañahy an-tsata, misare Firàhe’ i Norizañey.
For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 Tsy ilatsañe! Fa misare anjelin-kazavàñe ka i mpañìnjey.
And no wonder; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Aa le tsy mahasovoke te misare mpitoron-kavantañañe o mpitoro’eo, fa hañeva o sata’eo ty figadoña’ iareo.
Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also are transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
16 Indraeko ty hoe: Ee t’ie tsy hatao seretse, fe naho tsie, le ndra te minè, rambeso avao hisengeako betebeteke.
I say again, Let no man think me a fool; if otherwise, yet as a fool receive me, that I may boast myself a little.
17 O volañeko zao, tsy ty amy Talè fa am-pirengean-dagola o fahavaniako mitreñeo.
That which I speak, I speak [it] not according to the Lord, but as it were foolishly, in this confidence of boasting.
18 Kanao maro ty mirenge amy haondati’ey, le hirenge ka.
Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also.
19 Toe leo’ areo mahihitseo an-kafaleañe ty minè.
For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye [yourselves] are wise.
20 Lefe’ areo ka te ondevozeñe, te abotseke, te haramamoeñe, te irengevohañe, te tampifieñe am-piambina.
For ye suffer, if a man bringeth you into bondage, if a man devoureth [you], if a man taketh [from you], if a man exalteth himself, if a man smiteth you on the face.
21 An-kasalarañe ty iantofako te naleme; f’ie amy ze ahavania’ ondaty hirenge aman-dra inoñ’ inoñe, (toe mivavañoake) le mahasibeke ka.
I speak as concerning reproach, as though we had been weak. But in whatever respect any is bold, (I speak foolishly) I am bold also.
22 Hebreo v’iereo? Izaho ka! Nte Israele hao? Izaho ka! Tarira’ i Abraàme hao? Izaho ka!
Are they Hebrews? so [am] I. Are they Israelites? so [am] I. Are they the offspring of Abraham? so [am] I.
23 Mpitoro’ i Norizañey v’iereoo? (reha’ ty tondreñe), lombolombo’ iareo iraho: nilosoreko am-pitromahañe, nilikoareko am-pandrohizañe, pinisopiso tsy amañ’ohatse; beteke am-pihembañem-pihomahañe;
Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I [am] more; in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths often.
24 In-dime te niazoko amo Tehodao i efa-polo-poke-raikey.
From the Jews five times I received forty [stripes] save one.
25 Dinabo’ ty doda in-telo; finetsa-bato indraike; nijon-dakañe naho nijoroboñe in-telo; nahamodo ty andro naho haleñe raike an-driak’ ao;
Thrice was I beaten with rods, once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
26 beteke, an-dia lava; niatre feh’ ohatse an-tsaka ao; nampihembañe’ o malasoo, niatre-boiñe aman-drofokoko; niatre-doza amo kilakila ondatio, tendre-kankàñe an-drova, hekoheko am-patrambey, varata an-driak’ ao, naho feh’ ohatse amo longo anìfe’eo;
[In] journeyings often, [in] perils of waters, [in] perils of robbers, [in] perils by [my own] countrymen, [in] perils by the heathen, [in] perils in the city, [in] perils in the wilderness, [in] perils in the sea, [in] perils among false brethren;
27 nimokotse am-pitromahañe naho nanivontivoñe; haleñe maro an-tsareke, naran-drano naho kerè, beteke nifeake tsy aman-kàne, nilonjetse vaho nihalo;
In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
28 mandikoatse i alafe’e rezay, le manindry ahy lomoñandro ty fiatrafako o hene Fivorio.
Besides those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
29 Ia ty maifoifo te izaho tsy midazidazitse? Ia ty azizin-draha t’ie tsy mipolepoletse?
Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is made to fall into sin, and I burn not?
30 Aa naho tsy mahay tsy hirengetse iraho, le hisengèko o hakepehakoo.
If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern my infirmities.
31 Arofoanan’ Añahare Rae’ i Talè Iesoà Norizañey, i andriañeñe nainai’ey, te tsy mavande iraho. (aiōn g165)
The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not. (aiōn g165)
32 Ie te Damaskose ao, le nampamandroñe’ ty ragova fehe’ i Areta mpanjakay i rova Damaskosey, hitsepak’ ahy;
In Damascus the governor under Aretas the king kept the city of the Damascenes with a garrison, desirous to apprehend me:
33 le nazotso an-kàroñe boak’an-dalan-kede amy mànday iraho vaho nipoliotse am-pità’e.
And through a window in a basket I was let down by the wall, and escaped his hands.
