< 1 Samoela 22 >

1 Aa le nienga t’i Davide, niherereake mb’an-dakato’ i Adolame ao, le ie jinanji’ o longo’eo naho i anjomban-drae’e iabiy le nizotso mb’ama’e mb’eo.
David therefore departed thence, and escaped to the cave Adullam: and when his brethren and all his father's house heard it, they went down thither to him.
2 Ze hene niampoheke, naho o mpisongoo, naho o nafaitse an-trokeo ro nifanontoñe ama’e ao, le nifehè’e; va’e efajato o nirekets’ ama’eo.
And every one that was in distress, and every one that was in debt, and every one that was discontented, gathered themselves unto him; and he became a captain over them: and there were with him about four hundred men.
3 Niakatse boak’ao t’i Davide nimb’e Mitspè e Moabe mb’eo, le nanao ty hoe amy mpanjaka’ i Moabey. Ehe apoho holy mb’ etoa hey ty raeko naho i reneko ho ama’o ampara’ te fantako ty hanoen’ Añahare amako.
And David went thence to Mizpeh of Moab: and he said unto the king of Moab, Let my father and my mother, I pray you, come forth, and be with you, till I know what God will do for me.
4 Aa le nasese’e añatrefa’ i mpanjaka’ i Moabey iereo vaho nimoneñe ama’e ao amy ze andro iaby naha am-pipalirañ’ ao t’i Davide.
And he brought them before the king of Moab: and they dwelt with him all the while that David was in the hold.
5 Le hoe ty Gade, mpitoky, amy Davide, ko mipalitse an-kijoly ao; iengao le akia mb’an-tane’ Iehodà añe. Aa le nienga t’i Davide naho nimoak’ amy ala’ i Keretey ao.
And the prophet Gad said unto David, Abide not in the hold; depart, and get you into the land of Judah. Then David departed, and came into the forest of Hareth.
6 Jinanji’ i Saole te nioniñe t’i Davide rekets’ o mpiama’eo; niambesatse e Gibà t’i Saole ambane’ ty hatae e Ramà ao, am-pità’e ty lefo’e, vaho nijohanjohañe añariseho aze iaby o mpitoro’eo;
When Saul heard that David was discovered, and the men that were with him, (now Saul abode in Gibeah under a tree in Ramah, having his spear in his hand, and all his servants were standing about him; )
7 le hoe t’i Saole amo mpitoro’e mijohañe ama’eo, Mijanjiña ry nte-Beniamineo, Tinolo’ i ana’ Iisaiiy teteke naho tanem-bahe iaby hao nahareo; songa hanoe’e mpifelek’ arivo naho mpifehe-zato hao?
Then Saul said unto his servants that stood about him, Hear now, all of you Benjamites; will the son of Jesse give every one of you fields and vineyards, and make you all captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds;
8 kanao sindre mikilily ahy, leo raike tsy nampiboak’ amako te nifañina amy ana’ Iisaiy i anakoy, le tsy eo ty manahelo ahy hitalilia’e te nitroboe’ i anakoy i mpitorokoy, hamandroña’e ahiko, manahake androany?
That all of you have conspired against me, and there is none that shows me that my son has made a league with the son of Jesse, and there is none of you that is sorry for me, or shows unto me that my son has stirred up my servant against me, to lie in wait, as at this day?
9 Le hoe ty natoi’ i Doege nte Edome, i natao ambone’ o mpitoro’ i Saoleoy: Nitreako te nimb’e Nobe mb’e Akimelek’ ana’ i Ahitobe mb’eo ty ana’ Iisay.
Then answered Doeg the Edomite, which was set over the servants of Saul, and said, I saw the son of Jesse coming to Nob, to Ahimelech the son of Ahitub.
10 Ie nañontane am’ Iehovà ho aze naho nivatie’e vaho natolo’e aze ty fibara’ i Goliate nte-Pilistiy.
And he enquired of the LORD for him, and gave him victuals, and gave him the sword of Goliath the Philistine.
11 Aa le nampañitrife’ i mpanjakay t’i Akimeleke mpisoroñe ana’ i Ahitobe naho i anjomban-drae’e iabiy, o mpisoroñe e Nobeo; le fonga niheo mb’ amy mpanjakay mb’eo.
Then the king sent to call Ahimelech the priest, the son of Ahitub, and all his father's house, the priests that were in Nob: and they came all of them to the king.
12 Le hoe t’i Saole: Mijanjiña henaneo ry ana’ i Ahitobe; le hoe ty natoi’e, Intoy iraho talèko.
And Saul said, Hear now, you son of Ahitub. And he answered, Here I am, my lord.
13 Le hoe t’i Saole ama’e: Akore ty nikinià’ areo ahiko, ihe naho i ana’ Isaìy, kanao tinolo’o mofo naho fibara vaho nañontane aman’ Añahare ho aze, soa t’ie hitroatse amako, hiampira’e, manahake androany.
And Saul said unto him, Why have all of you conspired against me, you and the son of Jesse, in that you have given him bread, and a sword, and have enquired of God for him, that he should rise against me, to lie in wait, as at this day?
14 Tinoi’ i Akimeleke i mpanjakay ami’ty hoe: Aa vaho ia amo mpitoro’oo ty atokisañe mandikoatse i Davide, vinanto’ i mpanjakay, i mañaoñe o fandilia’o iabio naho iasiañe añ’anjomba’o ao?
Then Ahimelech answered the king, and said, And who is so faithful among all your servants as David, which is the king's son in law, and goes at your bidding, and is honourable in your house?
15 Androany hao ty nañontaneako aman’Añahare ho aze? mitotse ahy izay; ehe te tsy asarà’ i mpanjakay ndra inoñ’ inoñe amy mpitoro’ey naho aman’ anjomban-droaeko; fa ke maro he tsy ampe tsy apota’ o mpitoro’oo o raha zao.
Did I then begin to enquire of God for him? be it far from me: let not the king impute any thing unto his servant, nor to all the house of my father: for your servant knew nothing of all this, less or more.
16 Le hoe i mpanjakay: Tsy mete tsy havetrake irehe Akimeleke rekets’ o anjomban-drae’o iabio.
And the king said, You shall surely die, Ahimelech, you, and all your father's house.
17 Le hoe i mpanjakay amo mpigaritse nijohanjohañe ama’e eo iabio; Mitoliha, fonga zamano o mpisoro’ Iehovào; amy te mpiamy Davide ka ty fità’ iareo naho napota’ iareo t’ie nibioñe fa tsy naboa’ iareo amako. Fe tsy nimete nañity fitàñe hiambotrake amo mpisoro’ Iehovào o mpitoro’ i mpanjakaio.
And the king said unto the footmen that stood about him, Turn, and slay the priests of the LORD: because their hand also is with David, and because they knew when he fled, and did not show it to me. But the servants of the king would not put forth their hand to fall upon the priests of the LORD.
18 Le hoe i mpanjakay amy Doege: Mitoliha, ambotraho o mpisoroñeo. Aa le nitolike t’i Doege nte Edome, niambotrak’ amo mpisoroñeo vaho zinama’e amy àndroy t’indaty valompolo-lim’ amby mpisikiñe i kitambe lèniy.
And the king said to Doeg, Turn you, and fall upon the priests. And Doeg the Edomite turned, and he fell upon the priests, and slew on that day fourscore and five persons that did wear a linen ephod.
19 Le fonga binaibai’e an-dela-pibara ty Nobe, i rova’ i mpisoroñe reiy, lahilahy naho ampela, ajaja naho anak’ ajaja minono, añombe naho borìke vaho añondry an-dela-pibara.
And Nob, the city of the priests, stroke he with the edge of the sword, both men and women, children and infants, and oxen, and asses, and sheep, with the edge of the sword.
20 Nipoliotse añe ty raik’ amo ana’ i Akimelek’ ana’ i Ahitobeo, Abiatare ty tahina’e, nitriban-day mb’amy Davide mb’eo.
And one of the sons of Ahimelech the son of Ahitub, named Abiathar, escaped, and fled after David.
21 Natalili’ i Abiatare amy Davide te zinama’ i Saole o mpisoro’ Iehovào.
And Abiathar showed David that Saul had slain the LORD's priests.
22 Le hoe t’i Davide amy Abiatare, Napotako amy andro zay, kanao tao t’i Doege nte Edome le tsy mete tsy hitalily amy Saole; izaho ty nahavilasy o hene ondatin’ anjomban-drae’oo.
And David said unto Abiathar, I knew it that day, when Doeg the Edomite was there, that he would surely tell Saul: I have occasioned the death of all the persons of your father's house.
23 Mimoneña amako, le ko hembañe fa i mipay ty fiaikoy ro mipay ty azo ka; le am-pitsolohan-drehe te amako.
Abide you with me, fear not: for he that seeks my life seeks your life: but with me you shall be in safeguard.
