< 1 Korintiana 3 >
1 O ry longo, tsy mahafirehake ama’ areo iraho hoe amo aman’ arofoo, fa hoe amo ama’ nofotseo; hoe ajaja kede amy Norizañey.
Now, I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly men, even as to babes in Christ.
2 Nampikamaeko ronono fa tsy hena; amy t’ie mboe tsy nahaleo naho mboe tsy mahaleo avao.
Milk I gave you--not meat; for you were not then able to receive it: nay, neither yet now are you able, because you are still fleshly.
3 Toe mbe amy nofotsey nahareo, ie zoeñe ama’ areo ty tsikirìke naho ty lietse; aa tsy hatao t’ie amy nofotsey hao, ie hoe ondaty tsotra ty fañaveloa’ areo?
For, whereas, among you, envying, and strife, and divisions subsist; are you not fleshly, and walk after the manner of men?
4 Kanao eo ty manao ty hoe: Mpiamy Paoly iraho, naho ty ila’e: Amy Apolosy iraho; aa vaho tsy t’ie manahake ondatio avao hao?
Besides, while one says, I, indeed, am of Paul; and another, I of Apollos, are you not fleshly?
5 Ia arè t’i Apolosy? Ia ka t’i Paoly? naho tsy mpitoroñe nampiato anahareo, ie sambe nitolora’ i Talè.
For who is Paul, and who is Apollos; but ministers, by whom you have believed, even as the Lord has given to each?
6 Nitongy iraho, nanondrake t’i Apolosy, fa i Andrianañahare ty nampitombo.
I have planted, Apollos has watered; but God has made to grow.
7 Aa le sindre ts’inoñe i mpitongiy naho i mpanondrakey, fa i Andrianañahare ty mpampitombo.
So that neither the planter is anything, nor the waterer; but God, who makes to grow.
8 Lia’e raike ty mpitongy naho ty mpanondrake, songa handrambe ty tambe’e mañeva i fitromaha’ey.
However, the planter and the waterer are one, and each shall receive his proper reward, according to his proper labor.
9 Mpifanehake aman’ Añahare zahay; teten’ Añahare nahareo, fandranjian’ Añahare.
Wherefore, we are joint laborers, employed by God. You are God's field; you are God's building.
10 Ty amy falalàn’ Añahare natolotse ahikoy, le hoe talèm-pandranjy ty nandaharako i mananta’ey, le mamboatse ama’e ty ila’e. Aa soa re te sindre mitomitse amy ty hanovoña’ey t’indaty.
According to the favor of God, which is given to me as a skillful architect, I have laid the foundation, and another builds upon it. But let every one take heed how he builds on it.
11 Fa tsy eo ty mahafañoreñe manantañe ila’ i tafa-oreñey, i Iesoà Norizañey.
For other foundation no one can lay, except what is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12 Aa naho eo ty handranjy amy manantañey, ami’ty volamena, volafoty, vatosoa, hatae, ahetse, ndra setra,
Now if any one build on this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
13 songa hidodea ty sata’ ondaty, fa haboa’ i androy, amy te ho bentareñe ami’ty afo, vaho i afoy ty hitsoke ty hasoa-sata’ ondaty.
every one's work shall be made manifest: for the say will make it plain, because it is revealed by fire; and so the fire will try every one's work, of what sort it is.
14 Ie mahatàñe ty nandranjia’ ondaty amy manantañey, le ho tambezeñe.
If the work of any one remain, which he has built upon the foundation: he shall receive a reward.
15 Ie teno ty sata’ ondaty le fianto ama’e. Toe ho rombahen-dre, fe hoe nitoañe afo.
If the work of any one shall be burnt, he will suffer loss: himself, however, shall be saved, yet so as through a fire.
16 Tsy fohi’ areo hao t’ie kivohon’ Añahare, toe imoneña’ i Arofon’ Añaharey?
Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells among you?
17 Ie rotsahe’ ondaty ty kivohon’ Añahare, le ho mongoren’ Añahare, fa miavake i kivohon’ Añaharey; inahareo ‘nio.
If any one destroy the temple of God, him will God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
18 Asoao tsy hamañahy vatañe. Naho ama’areo ty mihaboke hihitse ami’ty sa toy, soa re te hireke ho bahimo, hiha-hihitse. (aiōn )
Let no one deceive himself. If any one among you think to be wise in this age, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. (aiōn )
19 Amy te hadagolañ’ aman’ Añahare ty hihi’ ty tane toy. Fa hoe ty pinatetse: Tsepahe’e ami’ty hakante’e ty mahilala
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God; for it is written, "He entangled the wise in their own craftiness."
20 tovo’e: Arofoana’ i Talè ty fitsakorea’ o mahihitseo, te tsy vente’e.
And again, "The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are vain."
21 Asoao tsy ondaty ty hisengeañe, amy te fanaña’ areo ze he’e;
Wherefore, let no man boast in men; for all things are yours:
22 Ke i Paoly, he i Apolosy, ke i Kefasy, he ty voatse toy, ke ty haveloñe, he ty havilasy, ke o eoo, hera o ho avio; hene anahareo;
whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come--all are yours;
23 a i Norizañey nahareo vaho aman’ Añahare i Norizañey.
and you are Christ's, and Christ is God's.
