< 1 Korintiana 2 >
1 O ry longo, ie nivotrake ama’ areo iraho, le tsy an-dàn-tsaontsy, tsy an-kihitse ty nitaroñako i nietak’ aman’ Añaharey.
Now, when I cam to you, brethren, I came not with excellency of speech, and of wisdom, declaring to you the testimony of God.
2 Fa nifaharako te tsy hahafohiñe ndra inoñ’ inoñe ama’ areo ao naho tsy Iesoà Norizañey vaho ie pinèke.
For I determined to make known nothing among you but Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
3 Nimokotse t’ie tama’ areo, nihembañe, vaho nisilofe’ ty nevenevetse.
And I, in weakness and in fear, and in much trembling, was with you.
4 Le tsy an-tsaontsin-kihitse mahasintoñe i rehakoy naho i fitaroñakoy, fa ami’ty fampalangesañe i Arofoy naho añ-ozatse,
My discourse, also, and my proclamation, were not with persuasive words of human wisdom; but with the demonstration of the Spirit, and of power.
5 soa tsy hioreñe ami’ty hakante’ ondaty ty fatokisa’ areo fa ami’ty faozaran’ Añahare.
That your faith might not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
6 Toe mitaroñe hihitse amo àñoñeo zahay, fa tsy ty hihi’ ty sa toy, ndra ty a o mpifehe’ an-tsa toio, ie sindre miha-modo. (aiōn )
However, we speak wisdom among the perfect: but not the wisdom of this world; neither of the rulers of this world, who are to be brought to nothing. (aiōn )
7 Toe mitaroñe i hihin’ Añahare nakafitsey zahay, i hihitse naetake pak’ henaney, f’ie norizan’ Añahare taolo’ ty sa toy hañonjona’e antika, (aiōn )
But we speak the mysterious wisdom of God, which has been till now concealed; which God declared before the time of the ages, should be spoken to our glory. (aiōn )
8 ie ninofi’ o mpifehe an-tsa toio, fa naho nifohi’ iareo, le tsy ho pinè’ iareo i Talèn’ engeñey. (aiōn )
Which none of the rulers of this world knew: for if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn )
9 Fa hoe ty pinatetse: Fihaino tsy nahaisake, ravembia tsy nahajanjiñe, vaho tsy nizilike añ’ arofo’ondaty ze he’e hinalankan’ Añahare ho a’ o mikoko azeoo.
For, as it is written, "Those things eye has not seen, and ear has not heard, and into the heart of man have not entered, which God has prepared for them who love him."
10 F’ie nibentabentaren’ Añahare aman-tikañe añamy Arofo’ey, fa mitsoeke ze he’e i Arofoy, naho o raha miheotse aman’ Añahareo.
But God has revealed them to us by his Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
11 Aa vaho ia am’ondatio ty mahafohiñe ze mitoloñe amy t’indaty ao naho tsy ty arofo am’indatiy? Manahake izay, tsy fohi’ ondaty ty faharofoanan’ Añahare naho tsy i Arofon’ Añaharey.
For who, of men, knows the thoughts of a man, except the spirit of man which is in him: so, also, the thoughts of God no man knows, but the Spirit of God.
12 Ie amy zay, tsy ty fañahi’ ty tane toy ty rinamben-tika, fa i Arofo boak’ aman’ Añaharey, soa te ho fohintika o raha natolon’ Añahare antika am-patariha’eo,
Now, we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which comes from God, that we might know the things which are gifted to us by God.
13 ie o taroñe’aio, tsy an-tsaontsy nanare’ ty hihi’ ondaty fa amo naò’ i Arofo Masiñeio, ie mampidodea o rahan’ Arofoo amo aman’ Arofoo.
Which things, also, we speak, not in words, taught by human wisdom; but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things in spiritual words.
14 Toe tsy maharambe o rahan’ Arofon’ Añahareo ty fañereñerea’ ondatio, fa hagegeañe ama’e, tsy eo ty hahafohina’e, amy t’ie rendreke an’arofo.
Now, an animal man receives not the thing of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness to him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually examined.
15 Mitsikaritse ze he’e ty aman’arofo, fe tsy leo ty ila’e tsikariteñe.
But the spiritual man examines, indeed, all things, yet he is examined by no one.
16 Aa vaho: Ia ty mahafohiñe ty faharofoana’ Iehovà hañòke aze. Toe aman-tika ty fitsakorea’ i Norizañey.
For what animal man has known the mind of the Lord, who will instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
