1 Ty amo firimboñam-pitan-dalambeio: Amo nte-Koraheo, i Meselemià, ana’ i Kore, tarira’ i Asafeo.
For the divisions of the doorkeepers: of the Korahites, Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.
2 O ana’ i Meselemiào: i Zekarià ty tañoloñoloña’e, Iediaele ty faharoe, i Zebadià ty fahatelo, Iatniele ty fah’efatse,
Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 i Elame ty fahalime, Iehokanane ty fah’ eneñe, i Elioenay ty faha-fito.
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, and Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 O ana’ i Abededomeo: i Semaià ty tañoloñoloña’e, Iehozabade ty faharoe, Ioake ty fahatelo, i Sakare ty fahefatse, i Netanele ty fahalime,
Obed-Edom had sons: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, Sacar the fourth, Nethanel the fifth,
5 i Amiele ty fah’ eneñe, Isakare ty faha-fito, i Peolètae ty fahavalo amy te nitahien’ Añahare.
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, and Peullethai the eighth; for God blessed him.
6 Nisamak’ ana-dahy ka t’i Semaià ana’e, sindre mpiaolon’ anjomban-droae’e, lahilahy maozatse mahasibeke.
Sons were also born to Shemaiah his son, who ruled over the house of their father; for they were mighty men of valour.
7 O ana-dahi’ i Semaiào: i Otný naho i Refaele; vaho i Ovede naho i Elzabade rahalahi’e, songa fanalolahy; i Elihò ka naho i Semakià.
The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, Rephael, Obed, and Elzabad, whose relatives were valiant men, Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Ie ro tamo ana’ i Ovededomeo: ie naho o ana-dahi’eo naho o rahalahi’eo songa ondaty mahasibeke naho maozatse amo fitoloñañeo, enem-polo-ro’ amby, amy Ovededome.
All these were of the sons of Obed-Edom with their sons and their brothers, able men in strength for the service: sixty-two of Obed-Edom.
9 Nanañ’ anake naho rahalahy t’i Meselemià, fanalolahy, folo-valo’ amby.
Meshelemiah had sons and brothers, eighteen valiant men.
10 I Kosà ka, tarira’ i Merario: i Simrý talè, (toe tsy tañoloñoloña’e fe nanoen-drae’e talè),
Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the chief (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him chief),
11 i Hilkià ty faharoe, i Tebalia ty fahatelo, i Zekarià ty fahefatse; ze hene ana-dahy naho rahalahi’ i Kosà le folo-telo’ amby.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth. All the sons and brothers of Hosah were thirteen.
12 I firimboñam-pañambeñe rezay, ambane’ o mpiaoloo, le natolotse fitoloñañe manahake o rahalahi’ iareoo, hitoroñe añ’anjomba’ Iehovà ao.
Of these were the divisions of the doorkeepers, even of the chief men, having offices like their brothers, to minister in the LORD’s house.
13 Ie nanao an-kitsapake, ty kede naho ty bey, ty amo anjomban-droae’eo, ho amy ze lalambey iaby.
They cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to their fathers’ houses, for every gate.
14 Nipoke ho a i Selemià ty vato’ i atiñanañey le ho a i ana’e Zekariay, mpanolo-kevetse mahihitse, nanoeñe an-kitsapake le nipoke te avaratse i azey.
The lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.
15 Ho a i Ovededome ty atimo naho a o ana-dahi’eo ty anjombam-pañajàñe.
To Obed-Edom southward; and to his sons the storehouse.
16 Ho a i Sopime naho i Kosà ty ahandrefa amy lalambei’ i Saleketey, amy lalañe mañamboney, mpañambeñe miatreke mpañambeñe.
To Shuppim and Hosah westward, by the gate of Shallecheth, at the causeway that goes up, watchman opposite watchman.
17 Atiñana, le nte-Levý eneñe; avaratse, le efatse boak’ andro; atimo, le efatse boak’ andro; vaho amy anjombam-pañajàñey, roe naho roe.
Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and for the storehouse two and two.
18 Amy trañom-pànakey, mañandrefa, efatse amy lalañey naho roe amy trañoy.
For Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.
19 Ie ro firimboñam-pigaritse amo ana’ i Koreo naho amo ana’ i Merario.
These were the divisions of the doorkeepers; of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Le ty amo nte-Levio: i Akiià ty mpiaolo o fañajam-baran’ anjomban’ Añahareo naho o fañajàñe o raha masiñeo.
Of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of God’s house and over the treasures of the dedicated things.
21 O ana’ i Ladaneo, o ana’ i Gersone tamo Ladaneo, o talèn’ anjomban-droae a i Ladane nte-Gersoneo: o nte-Iekielio.
The sons of Ladan, the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan, the heads of the fathers’ households belonging to Ladan the Gershonite: Jehieli.
22 O ana’ Iekielio: i Zetame naho Ioele rahalahi’e, mpitàm-pañajàm-bara añ’ anjomba’ Iehovà ao.
The sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the LORD’s house.
23 Amo nte Amrameo, amo nte Ietsareo, amo nte-Kebroneo, amo nte Ozieleo:
Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites:
24 i Seboele, ana’ i Gersone, ana’ i Mosè, ty mpiaolo’ o fanontonam-barao;
Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler over the treasuries.
25 o longo’eo amy Eliezere, i Rahabia, ana’e naho Iesaià, ana’e naho Iorame ana’e naho i Zikrý ana’e vaho i Selomote ana’e.
His brothers: of Eliezer, Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 I Selomote rekets’ o rahalahi’eo ty mpamandroñe ze hene vara masiñe nengae’ i Davide mpanjaka naho o talèn-droaeo naho o mpifelek’ arivo naho zatoo naho o mpifehe i valobohòkeio.
This Shelomoth and his brothers were over all the treasuries of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the heads of the fathers’ households, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the army, had dedicated.
27 Amo raha kinopak’ an-kotakotakeo ty nengae’ iareo hañamboarañe i anjomba’ Iehovày;
They dedicated some of the plunder won in battles to repair the LORD’s house.
28 naho ze nengae’ i Samoele, mpitoky naho i Saole, ana’ i Kise naho i Abnere, ana’ i Nere naho Ioabe, ana’ i Tseroià vaho ia’ia ka ze nañenga, le tambanem-pità’ i Selomote naho o rahalahi’eo.
All that Samuel the seer, Saul the son of Kish, Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah had dedicated, whoever had dedicated anything, it was under the hand of Shelomoth and of his brothers.
29 Amo nte Itsareo, i Kenanià naho o ana’eo ty nitoloñe alafe’e ao ho a Israele, ho mpiaolo naho mpizaka.
Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were appointed to the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.
30 Le amo nte-Kebroneo, i Kasabià naho o rahalahi’eo, ondaty mahimbañe, arivo-tsi-fitonjato nimpisary Israele alafe’ Iordaney mañandrefa, amy ze hene fitoloña’ Iehovà naho ami’ty fitoroñañe i mpanjakay.
Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brothers, one thousand and seven hundred men of valour, had the oversight of Israel beyond the Jordan westward, for all the business of the LORD and for the service of the king.
31 Amo nte-Kebroneo t’Ierià, talè’ o nte-Kebroneo, ty amo tariran-droae’eo. Ie tan-taom-paha-efapolo’ i Davide, le nitsoeheñe vaho nitendreke fanalolahy añivo’e ao e Iazere’ i Gilade añe.
Of the Hebronites, Jerijah was the chief of the Hebronites, according to their generations by fathers’ households. They were sought for in the fortieth year of the reign of David, and mighty men of valour were found amongst them at Jazer of Gilead.
32 O rahalahi’eo, ondaty mahimbañe, ro’arivo-tsi-fitonjato, talèn-droae ty nanoe’ i Davide, mpanjaka, mpisary o nte-Reobeneo naho o nte-Gadeo naho ty vakim-pifokoa’ i Menasè, ty amy ze he’e nioza aman’ Añahare naho amo raharaham-panjakao.
His relatives, men of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred, heads of fathers’ households, whom King David made overseers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of the Manassites, for every matter pertaining to God and for the affairs of the king.
