1 Aa le nendese’ iareo i vatan’ Añaharey naho najadoñe amy kivoho nihentseña’ i Davide ao vaho nañenga soroñe miharo engam-panintsiñañe añatrefan’ Añahare.
So they brought the ark of God and placed it inside the tent that David had pitched for it. And they presented burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.
2 Ie nihenefe’ i Davide ty fañengàñe o soroñe naho engam-panintsiñañeo, le nitatae’e ondatio ami’ty tahina’ Iehovà.
When David had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD.
3 Le nanjotsoa’e iaby t’Israele, hene ondaty naho roakemba, ty vonga-mofo naho venten-kena vaho ty garatom-baloboke maike.
Then he distributed to every man and woman of Israel a loaf of bread, a date cake, and a raisin cake.
4 Tinendre’e hitoroñe añatrefa’ i vata’ Iehovày ty ila’ o nte-Levio haniahy naho hañandriañe vaho handrenge Iehovà Andrianañahare’ Israele.
David appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, to celebrate, to give thanks, and to praise the LORD, the God of Israel.
5 I Asafe ty talè, faharoe’e t’i Zekarià, Ieiele naho i Semiramote naho Iehiele naho i Matitià naho i Eliabe naho i Benaià naho i Ovededome naho Ieiele ro aman-jejobory naho talivalo; vaho nipoña-peo am-pikarantsañe t’i Asafe;
Asaph was the chief, Zechariah was second, then Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-edom, and Jeiel. They were to play the harps and lyres, while Asaph sounded the cymbals
6 le nampipopò trompetra nainai’e añatrefa’ i vatam-pañinan’ Añaharey t’i Benaià naho Iakaziele.
and the priests Benaiah and Jahaziel blew the trumpets regularly before the ark of the covenant of God.
7 Amy andro zay ty nañoriza’ i Davide ty fañandriañañe am’ Iehovà, am-pità’ i Asafe naho o longo’eo.
On that day David first committed to Asaph and his brothers this song of thanksgiving to the LORD:
8 Ehe andriaño t’Iehovà, kanjio ty tahina’e; ampahafohino ondatio o fitoloña’eo.
“Give thanks to the LORD; call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.
9 Isabo, irengeo an-takasy; taroño am’ondatio ze hene fitoloña’e fanjaka.
Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
10 Mitrèña amy tahina’e masiñey; ampirebeho ty arofo’ o mipay Iehovào.
Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
11 Hotsohotsò t’Iehovà naho o haozara’eo, tsoeho nainai’e i lahara’ey.
Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
12 Tiahio o fitoloñañe fanjaka nanoe’eo, o raha tsitantaneo, naho o fizakàm-palie’eo,
Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced,
13 Ry tarira’ Israele mpitoro’eo, ry ana’ Iakobe jinobo’eo.
O offspring of His servant Israel, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
14 Ie t’Iehovà Andrianañaharentika; manitsike ty tane toy o fizakà’eo.
He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.
15 Tiahio nainai’e i fañina’ey; i tsara linili’e ami’ty tariratse faharivo’ey;
Remember His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—
16 I nanoe’e amy Avrahamey, naho i nifantà’e am’ Ietsàkey;
the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.
17 Ie niventè’e am’ Iakobe ho lily, naho am’Israele ho fañina tsy modo,
He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
18 Ami’ty hoe: Ihe ty hitolorako ty tane’ i Kanàne, ho anjara lova’o;
‘I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.’
19 ie mbe tsy niampeampe, toe potrapotra’e naho renetane ama’e ao.
When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,
20 Aa ie nirererere mb’an-tane mb’an-tane naho boak’ ami’ty fiheheañe, pak’ am-borizañe ila’e,
they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
21 Le tsy napo’e ho joie’ondatio; eka, iereo ty nañendaha’e mpanjaka ami’ty hoe:
He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:
22 Ko tsapae’o o norizakoo, naho ko joie’o o mpitokikoo.
‘Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!’
23 Misaboa am’ Iehovà ry tane toy iaby; talilio boak’ andro boak’ andro ty hasoa’ i fandrombaha’ey.
Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Proclaim His salvation day after day.
24 Tseizo amo kilakila’ndatio ty enge’e; o fitoloña’e fanjakao amo kilakila ondatio.
Declare His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all peoples.
25 Amy te ra’elahy t’Iehovà, ho rengèñe añ’abo; hañeveñan-dre te amo ‘ndrahare ila’e iabio.
For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
26 Toe kafoake iaby ze ndrahare’ ondatio; Iehovà ty namboatse o likerañeo.
For all the gods of the nations are idols, but it is the LORD who made the heavens.
27 Engeñe naho asiñe ro añatrefa’e eo, haozarañe naho hafaleañe ro an-toe’e ao.
Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and joy fill His dwelling.
28 Manolora am’ Iehovà ry fifokoa’ ondatio, atoloro am’ Iehovà ty engeñe naho haozarañe.
Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
29 Atoloro am’ Iehovà ty engeñe mañeva i tahina’ey; añandeso engeñe, le iatrefo, mitalahoa am’ Iehovà am-pibangoañe miavake.
Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; bring an offering and come before Him. Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness;
30 Minevenevera ama’e ry tane toy iaby; toe mijadoñe ty voatse toy, tsy hasitsìtse.
tremble before Him, all the earth. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
31 Ampiehafo o andindiñeo, ampirebeho ty tane toy; ampitaroño amo kilakila’ondatio te mifehe t’Iehovà!
Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice. Let them say among the nations, ‘The LORD reigns!’
32 Ampitroño i riakey an-kalifora’e, ampandiao taroba i hivokey, naho ze hene ama’e ao.
Let the sea resound, and all that fills it; let the fields exult, and all that is in them.
33 Le hisabo an-kafaleañe añatrefa’ Iehovà o hatae añ’alao, Ie hitotsake eo hizaka ty tane toy.
Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the LORD, for He is coming to judge the earth.
34 Andriaño t’Iehovà, amy te ie ro soa; nainai’e ty fiferenaiña’e.
Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.
35 Le ano ty hoe: Rombaho zahay, ry Andrianañaharem-pandrombaha’ay, le atontono vaho avotsoro amo kilakila ondatio, hañandriaña’ay i tahina’o masiñey, hitreña’ay azo am-pandrengeañe.
Then cry out: ‘Save us, O God of our salvation; gather and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.’
36 Andriañeñe t’Iehovà, Andrianañahare’ Israele, boak’ an-kaehae’e pake haehae añe. hene nirihoñe ty hoe ondatio: Amène vaho nandrenge Iehovà.
Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.” Then all the people said, “Amen!” and “Praise the LORD!”
37 Aa le nenga’e añatrefa’ i vatam-pañina’ Iehovày t’i Asafe mirolongo, hitoroñe añatrefa’ i vatay nainai’e, amy ze fitoloñañe mañeva ty andro;
So David left Asaph and his brothers there before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to minister there regularly according to the daily requirements,
38 i Ovededome naho o rahalahi’eo: enempolo-valo amby; naho i Ovededome ana’ Ieditone naho i Kosà ro mpañamben-dalañe;
along with Obed-edom and his sixty-eight relatives. Obed-edom son of Jeduthun, and also Hosah, were to be gatekeepers.
39 i Tsadoke mpisoroñe naho o rahalahi’e mpisoroñeo, añatrefa’ i kivoho’ Iehovày, ankaboañe e Gibone eo,
And David left Zadok the priest and his fellow priests before the tabernacle of the LORD at the high place in Gibeon
40 ty hisoroñe am’ Iehovà nainai’e boak’ andro naho hariva, ty amy ze hene sinokitse amy Hà’ Iehovà nandilia’e am’ Israeley;
to regularly present burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of burnt offerings, morning and evening, according to all that was written in the Law of the LORD, which He had commanded Israel to keep.
41 mpiam’ iereo t’i Hemane naho Iedotone naho o ila’e jinoboñeo, o tinoñon-tahinañeo, hañandriañe Iehovà, fa nainai’e ty fiferenaiña’e;
With them were Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD, for “His loving devotion endures forever.”
42 aa le o mindre amy Hemane naho Iedotoneo ro hampipoñake trompetra naho fikarantsañe naho o raha titiheñe am-pisaboañe aman’ Añahareo; le an-dalambey eo o ana’ Iedotoneo.
Heman and Jeduthun had with them trumpets and cymbals for the music and instruments for the songs of God. And the sons of Jeduthun were stationed at the gate.
43 Aa le songa nimpoly mb’añ’ anjomba’e mb’eo ondatio; vaho nimpoly hitata i anjomba’ey t’i Davide.
Then all the people departed for their homes, and David returned home to bless his household.
