1 Ry rahalahy, ny irin’ ny foko sy ny angatahiko amin’ Andriamanitra ho an’ ireny dia famonjena.

3 Fa satria tsy nahalala ny fahamarinana avy amin’ Andriamanitra izy ka nitady hanamarina ny tenany, dia tsy nanaiky ny fahamarinana avy amin’ Andriamanitra.
For thei vnknowynge Goddis riytwisnesse, and sekynge to make stidefast her owne riytfulnesse, ben not suget to the riytwisnesse of God.
4 Fa Kristy no faran’ ny lalàna ho fahamarinana ho an’ izay rehetra mino.
For the ende of the lawe is Crist, to riytwisnesse to ech man that bileueth.
5 Fa Mosesy nanoratra milaza fa izay olona manao ny fahamarinana avy amin’ ny lalàna no ho velona amin’ izany.
For Moises wroot, For the man that schal do riytwisnesse that is of the lawe, schal lyue in it.
6 Fa ny fahamarinana izay avy amin’ ny finoana kosa manao hoe: Aza milaza ao am-ponao hoe; Iza no hiakatra any an-danitra? (dia ny hampidina an’ i Kristy izany, )
But the riytwisnesse that is of bileue, seith thus, Seie thou not in thin herte, Who schal stie in to heuene? that is to seie, to lede doun Crist;
7 na: Iza no hidina any amin’ ny lalina? (dia ny hampiakatra an’ i Kristy avy any amin’ ny maty izany.) (Abyssos )
or who schal go doun in to helle? that is, to ayenclepe Crist fro deth. (Abyssos )
8 Fa ahoana no lazainy? Eo akaikinao ny teny, dia eo am-bavanao sy ao am-ponao, dia ny teny ny amin’ ny finoana, izay torinay;
But what seith the scripture? The word is nyy in thi mouth, and in thin herte; this is the word of bileue, which we prechen.
9 satria raha manaiky an’ i Jesosy ho Tompo amin’ ny vavanao ianao ary mino amin’ ny fonao fa Andriamanitra efa nanangana Azy tamin’ ny maty, dia hovonjena ianao.
That if thou knoulechist in thi mouth the Lord Jhesu Crist, and bileuest in thin herte, that God reiside hym fro deth, thou schalt be saaf.
10 Fa amin’ ny fo no inoana hahazoana fahamarinana, ary amin’ ny vava no anekena hahazoana famonjena.
For bi herte me bileueth to riytwisnesse, but bi mouth knowleching is maad to helthe.
11 Fa hoy ny Soratra Masìna: Tsy ho menatra izay rehetra mino Azy.
For whi the scripture seith, Ech that bileueth in hym, schal not be confoundid.
12 Fa tsy misy hafa, na Jiosy na jentilisa, fa iray ihany no Tompon’ izy rehetra, sady manan-karena homeny izay rehetra miantso Ary Izy.
And ther is no distinccioun of Jew and of Greke; for the same Lord of alle is riche in alle, that inwardli clepen hym.
13 Fa izay rehetra miantso ny anaran’ ny Tompo no hovonjena.
For ech man `who euere schal inwardli clepe the name of the Lord, schal be saaf.
14 Hataony ahoana ary no fiantso izay tsy ninoany? Ary hataony ahoana no fino izay Olona tsy reny? Ary hataony ahoana no fandre raha tsy misy mpitory?
Hou thanne schulen thei inwardli clepe hym, in to whom thei han not bileued? or hou schulen thei bileue to hym, whom thei han not herd? Hou schulen thei here, with outen a prechour?
15 Ary hataony ahoana no fitory, raha tsy nirahina? araka ny voasoratra hoe: Akory ny hatsaran’ ny tongotr’ iry mitondra teny soa mahafaly!
and hou schulen thei preche, but thei be sent? As it is writun, Hou faire ben the feet of hem that prechen pees, of hem that prechen good thingis.
16 Nefa tsy izy rehetra no nanaiky ny teny soa mahafaly. Fa hoy Isaia: Jehovah ô, iza no nino ny teny nampitondraina anay?
But not alle men obeien to the gospel. For Ysaie seith, Lord, who bileuede to oure heryng?
17 Koa ny finoana dia avy amin’ ny tori-teny, ary ny tori-teny kosa avy amin’ ny tenin’ i Kristy.
Therfor feith is of heryng, but heryng bi the word of Crist.
18 Fa hoy izaho: Sao tsy nahare izy? Tsia; fa Efa nivoaka ho any amin’ ny tany rehetra ny feony, Ary izay mino Ary tsy ho menatra, Ary ny teniny hatramin’ ny faran’ izao rehetra izao.
But Y seie, Whether thei herden not? Yhis, sothely the word of hem wente out in to al the erthe, and her wordis in to the endis of the world.
19 Fa hoy izaho: Sao tsy nahalala ny Isiraely? Voalohany, Mosesy manao hoe: Izaho hampialona anareo amin’ izay tsy firenena, Dia amin’ ny firenena adala no hampahasosorako anareo.
But Y seie, Whether Israel knewe not? First Moyses seith, Y schal lede you to enuye, that ye ben no folc; that ye ben an vnwise folc, Y schal sende you in to wraththe.
20 Fa sahy mihitsy Isaia ka manao hoe: Hitan’ izay tsy nitady Ahy Aho, Ary niseho tamin’ izay tsy nanontany Ahy.
And Ysaie is bold, and seith, Y am foundun of men that seken me not; opynli Y apperide to hem, that axiden not me.
21 Fa ny amin’ ny Isiraely dia hoy izy: Mandritra ny andro no efa naninjirako ny tanako tamin’ izay firenena sady tsy manaraka no mandà.
But to Israel he seith, Al dai Y streiyte out myn hondis to a puple that bileuede not, but ayen seide me.
