< Salamo 45 >
1 Ho an’ ny mpiventy hira. Al-shoshanim. Nataon’ ny Koraïta. Maskila. Tonon-kiram-pitiavana. Mampiboiboika teny tsara ny foko; miteny aho, ka ny hilaza ny mpanjaka no teny ataoko; fanoratan’ ny faingan-tsoratra ny lelako.
“To the chief musician upon Shoshannim, by the sons of Korach, a Maskil, a song of love.” My heart swelleth with a good speech; I say, “My works shall be for the king:” my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
2 Tsara tarehy noho ny zanak’ olombelona ianao; fahasoavana no naidina tamin’ ny molotrao; izany no nitahian’ Andriamanitra anao mandrakizay.
Thou art more fair than the children of men; grace is poured out over thy lips: therefore hath God blessed thee for ever.
3 Fehezo eo am-balahanao ny sabatrao, ry ilay mahery, dia ny fiandriananao sy ny voninahitrao.
Gird thy sword upon the thigh, O mighty one, [it is] thy glory and thy majesty;
4 Ary mitangena handroso soa aman-tsara amin’ ny voninahitrao, noho ny teny marina ny fahalemem-panahim-pahamamarinana; ary hampianatra anao zava-mahatsiravina ny tananao ankavanana.
Yea, it is thy majesty: be prosperous, ride along for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; and fearful things shall thy right hand teach thee.
5 Ny zana-tsipìkanao dia voaranitra ― Firenena maro no ringana ka hitsakitsahinao ― ka mitsatoka ao am-pon’ ny fahavalon’ ny mpanjaka.
Thy sharpened arrows—people will fall down beneath thee—[will enter] into the heart of the king's enemies.
6 Ny seza fiandriananao, Andriamanitra ô, dia mandrakizay doria; tehim-pahamarinana ny tehim-panjakanao.
Thy throne, given of God, endureth for ever and ever: the sceptre of equity is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
7 Tianao ny fahamarinana, fa halanao ny heloka; koa Andriamanitra, dia Andriamanitrao, efa nanoso-diloilo fifaliana anao mihoatra noho ny namanao.
Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore hath God, thy God, anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy associates.
8 Miora sy hazo manitra ary kasia ny fitafianao rehetra, zava-maneno avy ao amin’ ny lapa ivory no mampifaly anao.
Of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia are [fragrant] all thy garments: out of palaces of ivory have they made thee joyful with the sound of music.
9 Zanakavavin’ andriamanjaka no isan’ ny malalanao; eo ankavananao no itoeran’ ny vadin’ ny mpanjaka, miravaka volamena avy any Ofira.
Kings' daughters are among those dear to thee: the queen standeth on thy right hand in fine gold of Ophir.
10 Henoy, razazavavy, dia jereo, ka atongilano ny sofinao, ary hadinoy ny firenenao sy ny tranon-drainao;
Hearken, O daughter, and look, and incline thy ear, and forget thy own people, and thy father's house:
11 Raha irin’ ny mpanjaka ny hatsaran-tarehinao ― fa izy no tomponao ― dia miankohofa eo anatrehany.
Then will the king long for thy beauty; for he is thy Lord; and bow thyself to him.
12 Ary ny zanakavavin’ i Tyro hitondra fanatitra; eny, ny manan-karena amin’ ny vahoaka hila sitraka aminao.
And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift: the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor.
13 Be voninahitra ny zanakavavin’ ny mpanjaka ao anaty trano; tenona misy volamena no fitafiany.
All gloriously attired awaiteth the king's daughter in the inner chamber: of wrought gold is her garment.
14 Mitafy lamba misoratsoratra izy ka entina ho ao amin’ ny mpanjaka: ny zazavavy sakaizany izay manaraka azy dia entina ao aminao.
In embroidered clothes will she be brought unto the king: virgins that follow her, her companions, are brought unto thee.
15 Entina amin’ ny fifaliana sy ny firavoravoana ireny; hiditra ao an-dapan’ ny mpanjaka izy.
They are led forth with rejoicings and gladness, they enter into the palace of the king.
16 Ho solon-drainao ny zanakao, hotendrenao ho mpanapaka eny amin’ ny tany rehetra izy.
Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children: thou wilt appoint them as princes in all the land.
17 Hampahatsiaro ny anaranao hatramin’ ny taranaka fara mandimby aho. Izany rehetra izany no hideran’ ny firenena anao mandrakizay doria.
I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.
