Nehemia 11
1 Ary nonina tany Jerosalema ny mpanapaka ny olona; ary ny olona sisa nanao filokana hahatonga ny ampahafolony honina any Jerosalema, tanàna masìna, fa ny sivy toko kosa dia any an-tanàna hafa.
And the rulers of the people dwelt in Ierusalem: the other people also cast lottes, to bring one out of ten to dwel in Ierusalem the holy citie, and nine partes to be in the cities.
2 Ary nisaoran’ ny olona ny lehilahy rehetra izay nanolo-tena honina any Jerosalema.
And the people thanked all the men that were willing to dwell in Ierusalem.
3 Ary izao no ben’ ny tany izay nonina tany Jerosalema; fa ny tao an-tanànan’ ny Joda samy nonina tao amin’ ny taniny avy, tao an-tanànany, dia ny Isiraely, ny mpisorona sy ny Levita sy ny Netinima ary ny taranaky ny mpanompon’ i Solomona.
These now are the chiefe of the prouince, that dwelt in Ierusalem, but in the cities of Iudah, euery one dwelt in his owne possession in their cities of Israel, the Priestes and the Leuites, and the Nethinims, and the sonnes of Salomons seruants.
4 Ary tany Jerosalema no nonenan’ ny sasany tamin’ ny taranak’ i Joda sy ny taranak’ i Benjamina. Ny avy tamin’ ny taranak’ i Joda dia Ataia, zanak’ i Ozia, zanak’ i Zakaria, zanak’ i Amaria, zanak’ i Sefatia, zanak’ i Mahalalila, avy tamin’ ny taranak’ i Fareza;
And in Ierusalem dwelt certaine of the children of Iudah, and of the children of Beniamin. Of the sonnes of Iudah, Athaiah, the sonne of Vziiah, the sonne of Zechariah, the sonne of Amariah, the sonne of Shephatiah, the sonne of Mahaleel, of the sonnes of Perez,
5 ary Mahaseia, zanak’ i Baroka, zanak’ i Kola-hoze, zanak’ i Hazaia, zanak’ i Adaia, zanak’ i Joariba, zanak’ i Zakaria, zanak’ ilay Silonita.
And Maaseiah the sonne of Baruch, the sonne of Col Hozeh, the sonne of Hazaiah, the sonne of Adaiah, the sonne of Ioiarib, the sonne of Zechariah, the sonne of Shiloni.
6 Ny taranak’ i Fareza rehetra izay nonina tany Jerosalema dia lehilahy mahery valo amby enim-polo amby efa-jato.
All the sonnes of Perez that dwelt at Ierusalem, were foure hundreth, three score and eight valiant men.
7 Ary izao no taranak’ i Benjamina: Salo, zanak’ i Mesolama, zanak’ i Joeda, zanak’ i Pedaia, zanak’ i Kolaia, zanak’ i Mahaseia, zanak’ Itiela, zanak’ i Jesaia;
These also are the sonnes of Beniamin, Sallu, the sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Ioed, the sonne of Pedaiah, the sonne of Kolaiah, the sonne of Maaseiah, the sonne of Ithiel, the sonne of Ieshaiah.
8 ary nanarakaraka azy Gabay sy Salay; dia valo amby roa-polo amby sivinjato.
And after him Gabai, Sallai, nine hundreth and twentie and eight.

Of the Priestes, Iedaiah, the sonne of Ioiarib, Iachin.
11 Ary Seraia, zanak’ i Hilkia, zanak’ i Mesolama, zanak’ i Zadoka, zanak’ i Meraiota, zanak’ i Ahitoba, no mpanapaka ny tranon’ Andriamanitra.
Seraiah, the sonne of Hilkiah, the sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Zadok, the sonne of Meraioth, the sonne of Ahitub was chiefe of the house of God.
12 Ary ny rahalahin’ ireo izay mpanao ny raharaha tao an-trano dia roa amby roa-polo amby valon-jato; ary Adaia, zanak’ i Jerohama, zanak’ i Pelalia, zanak’ i Amzy, zanak’ i Zakaria, zanak’ i Pasora, zanak’ i Malkia,
And their brethren that did the worke in the Temple, were eight hundreth, twenty and two: and Adaiah, the sonne of Ieroham, the sonne of Pelaliah, the sonne of Amzi, the sonne of Zechariah, the sonne of Pashur, the sonne of Malchiah:
13 ary ny rahalahiny, izay samy lohan’ ny fianakaviana, dia roa amby efa-polo amby roan-jato; ary Amasay, zanak’ i Azarela, zanak’ i Ahazay, zanak’ i Mesilemota, zanak’ Imera,
And his brethren, chiefe of the fathers, two hundreth and two and fourtie: and Amashsai the sonne of Azareel, the sonne of Ahazai, the sonne of Meshilemoth, the sonne of Immer:
14 mbamin’ ny rahalahin’ ireo, dia lehilahy mahery valo amby roa-polo amby zato; ary Zabdiela, zanak’ i Hagedolima, no mpifehy azy.
And their brethren valiant men, an hundreth and eight and twentie: and their ouerseer was Zabdiel the sonne of Hagedolim.
15 Ary ny avy tamin’ ny Levita dia Semaia, zanak’ i Hasoba, zanak’ i Azrikama, zanak’ i Hasabia, zanak’ i Bony;
And of the Leuites, Shemaiah, the sonne of Hashub, the sonne of Azrikam, the sonne of Hashabiah, the sonne of Bunni.
16 ary Sabetahy sy Jozabada, avy tamin’ ny lohan’ ny Levita, no tonian’ ny raharaha teo ivelan’ ny tranon’ Andriamanitra.
And Shabbethai, and Iozabad of the chiefe of the Leuites were ouer the workes of the house of God without.
17 Ary Matania, zanak’ i Mika, zanak’ i Zabdy, zanak’ i Asafa, no mpiventy, raha natao ny fisaorana tao am-pivavahana; ary Bakbokia no nanarakaraka teo amin’ ny rahalahiny, dia vao Abda, zanak’ i Samoa, zanak’ i Galala, zanak’ i Jedotona.
And Mattaniah, the sonne of Micha, the sonne of Zabdi, the sonne of Asaph was the chiefe to begin the thankesgiuing and prayer: and Bakbukiah the second of his brethren, and Abda, the sonne of Shammua, the sonne of Galal, the sonne of Ieduthun.

All the Leuites in the holy citie were two hundreth foure score and foure.

And the porters Akkub, Talmon and their brethren that kept the gates, were an hundreth twentie and two.
20 Ary ny sisa tamin’ ny Isiraely sy ny mpisorona sy ny Levita, dia teny an-tanàna rehetra any Joda, samy tao amin’ ny zara-taniny avy.
And the residue of Israel, of the Priests, and of the Leuites dwelt in al the cities of Iudah, euery one in his inheritance.
21 Fa ny Netinima dia nonina tany Ofela; ary Ziha sy Gispa no nifehy azy.
And the Nethinims dwelt in the fortresse, and Ziha, and Gispa was ouer the Nethinims.
22 Ary ny mpifehy ny Levita tany Jerosalema amin’ ny raharaha momba ny tranon’ Andriamanitra dia Ozy, zanak’ i Bany, zanak’ i Hasabia, zanak’ i Matania, zanak’ i Mika, isan’ ny mpihira, taranak’ i Asafa.
And the ouerseer of the Leuites in Ierusalem was Vzzi the sonne of Bani, the sonne of Ashabiah, the sonne of Mattaniah, the sonne of Micha: of the sonnes of Asaph singers were ouer the worke of the house of God.
23 Fa ny didin’ ny mpanjaka ny amin’ ireo mpihira ireo dia ny hahazoany izay anjara tokony ho azy isan’ andro.
For it was the Kings commandement cocerning them, that faithfull prouision shoulde bee for the singers euery day.
24 Ary Petahia, zanak’ i Mesezabela, isan’ ny taranak’ i Zera, zanak’ i Joda, dia teo anilan’ ny mpanjaka hitandrina ny raharaha rehetra ny amin’ ny olona.
And Pethahiah the sonne of Meshezabeel, of the sonnes of Zerah, the sonne of Iudah was at the Kings hand in all matters concerning the people.
25 Fa ny amin’ ny vohitra eny an-tsaha, dia ny sasany tamin’ ny taranak’ i Joda no nonina tany Kiriat-arba sy ny zana-bohiny, ary tany Dibona sy ny zana-bohiny, ary tany Jekabzela sy ny zana-bohiny,
And in the villages in their landes, some of the children of Iudah dwelt in Kiriath-arba, and in the villages thereof, and in Dibon, and in the villages thereof, and in Iekabzeel. and in the villages thereof,
26 ary tany Jesoa sy Molada sy Beti-paleta
And in Ieshua, and in Moladah, and in Beth palet,
27 sy Hazara-soala ary Beri-sheba sy ny zana-bohiny,
And in Hazer-shual, and in Beer-sheba, and in the villages thereof,
28 ary tany Ziklaga sy Mekona sy ny zana-bohiny,
And in Ziklag, and in Mechonah, and in the villages thereof,
29 ary tany En-rimona sy Zora sy Jarmota
And in En-rimmon, and in Zareah, and in Iarmuth,
30 sy Zanoa sy Adolama sy ny zana-bohiny, sy tany Lakisy sy ny sahany, ary tany Azeka sy ny zana-bohiny. Ary nonina hatram Beri-sheba ka hatramin’ ny lohasahan’ i Himona izy.
Zanoah, Adullam, and in their villages, in Lachish, and in the fieldes thereof, at Azekah, and in the villages thereof: and they dwelt from Beer-sheba, vnto the valley of Hinnom.
31 Ary ny taranak’ i Benjamina kosa no hatrany Geba ka hatrany Mikmasy sy Aia sy Betela sy ny zana-bohiny,
And the sonnes of Beniamin from Geba, in Michmash, and Aiia, and Beth-el, and in the villages thereof,
32 ary tany Anatota sy Noba sy Anania
Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
33 sy Hazora sy Rama sy Gitaima
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
34 sy Hadida sy Zeboïma sy Nebala
Hadid, Zeboim, Nebalat,
35 sy Loda sy Ono, lohasahan’ ny mahay tao-zavatra.
Lod and Ono, in the carpenters valley.
36 Ary tao amin’ ny Benjamina nisy Levita, izay isan’ ny antokon’ ny Joda.
And of the Leuites were diuisions in Iudah and in Beniamin.
