Mika 2
1 Lozan’ izay mamoron-keloka sy misaintsain-dratsy ao am-pandriany! Ary nony maraina ny andro, dia manatanteraka izany izy, Satria manan-kery ny tànany.
Woe to those that devise wickedness, and resolve on evil upon their couches! by the first light of the morning they execute it, if they have it in the power of their hand.
2 Ary mitsiriritra saha izy ka maka izany an-keriny, Sy trano koa ka mahalasa azy; Ary mampahory olona mbamin’ ny ankohonany izy, Dia ny olona mbamin’ ny lovany.
And they covet fields, and rob them; and houses, and take them away: so they defraud the master and his house, and the man and his heritage.
3 Koa izao no lazain’ i Jehovah: Indro, mamorona loza hamelezana ity firenena ity Aho, Izay tsy hahazoanareo hanafaka ny vozonareo, Ka tsy handeha miandranandrana ianareo, Satria andro mampahory izany.
Therefore thus hath said the Lord, Behold, I will devise against this family an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; nor shall ye go erect; for it is an evil time.
4 Amin’ izany andro izany no hanaovana oha-teny handatsana anareo, Ka hitomaniana sy hidradradradrana hoe: Efa levona izao! Eny, hiteny izy hoe: Fongana tokoa isika; Ataony fanakalo zavatra ny anjaran’ ny oloko; Endrey! afindrany hiala amiko izany! Samy zarainy ho an’ ny mpiodina avy ny tanintsika!
On that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a mournful lamentation, and say, “We are utterly wasted: the portion of my people hath he exchanged; how hath he removed it from me! instead of restoring [them to us] he divideth our fields.”
5 Koa tsy hisy aminao hanenjana famolaina akory hanaovana filokana Ao amin’ ny fiangonan’ i Jehovah.
Therefore shalt thou have none that shall draw the [measuring] cord in [his] lot in the congregation of the Lord.
6 Aza miteniteny ianareo, hoy ny fiteniteniny; Aoka tsy hiteniteny ny amin’ ireto izy, Tsy hita lany ny fanalam-baraka ataony!
“Preach not;” [but] they shall preach: they shall not preach [indeed] to these, that reproach may not overtake them.
7 He! izany teny izany! Ry taranak’ i Jakoba, Malaky tezitra va ny Fanahin’ i Jehovah? Ireto va no asa fanaony? Tsy mahasoa izay mandeha mahitsy va ny teniko?
Shall it be said [in] the house of Jacob, Is the spirit of the Lord straightened? are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
8 Vao omaly no omaly no nitsanganan’ ny oloko ho fahavalo; Hendahanareo hiala eo amin’ ny lamba ny kapôtin’ izay mandeha tsy manana ahiahy, Dia izay tsy tia ady.
But long since is my people risen up as an enemy: from the garment do you pull off the ornament; of those that pass by securely [ye make] men returned from war.
9 Ny vehivavy eo amin’ ny oloko dia roahinareo hiala amin’ ny tranony mahafinaritra; Esorinareo hiala mandrakizay amin’ ny zanany madinika ny voninahitro.
The wives of my people do you drive out of their delightful houses; from their children do ye take away my ornament for ever.
10 Mitsangàna, ka mialà (Fa tsy eto no fitsaharana), Satria misy fahalotoana mahatonga fandringanana eto, eny, fandringanana mafy.
Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your resting-place; because it is polluted, it shall destroy [you], even with a grievous destruction.
11 Raha misy manaraka ny rivotra sy ny lainga ka mandainga hoe: Hitori-teny’ aminao ny amin’ ny divay sy ny zava-mahamamo aho, Dia izy no ho mpitori-tenin ity firenena ity.
If a man that goeth after wind and lieth with falsehood [should say], “I will preach unto thee of wine and of strong drink:” he would be a preacher for this people.
12 Hamory anareo rehetra tokoa Aho, ry Jakoba, Ary hanangona ny sisa amin’ ny Isiraely tokoa, Hakambako toy ny ondry any amin’ ny vala izy, Toy ny ondry andiany ao amin’ ny tany fiandrasana; Hitabataba izy noho ny hamaroan’ ny olona.
I will [once] surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather up the remnant of Israel; I will place them together as flocks in the fold, as droves in the midst of their pen: they shall be crowded with men.
13 Ny mpanabanga miakatra eo alohany, Manabanga izy ka mandroso ho eo amin’ ny vavahady, Dia mivoaka eo aminy; Ny mpanjakany mandroso eo alohany, Ary Jehovah no mitarika azy.
The wall-breaker cometh up before them; they break in and pass through the gate, and go out by it: and their king passeth on before them, and the Lord at their head.
