1 Ary ny loka faharoa dia azon’ i Simeona, dia ny firenena taranak’ i Simeona isam-pokony; ary ny lovany dia tao anatin’ ny lovan’ ny taranak’ i Joda.
And the second lot came out, for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by their families, —and their inheritance was in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah.
2 Ary izao no azony ho lovany: Beri-sheba, na Seba, sy Molada
And they had for their inheritance, —Beer-sheba or Sheba, and Moladah,
3 sy Hazara-soala sy Bala sy Azema
and Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Ezem,
4 sy Eltolada sy Betola sy Horma
and Eltolad and Bethul, and Hormah,
5 sy Ziklaga sy Beti-markabota sy Hazara-sosa
and Ziklag and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
6 sy Beti-lebaota ary Sarohena: tanàna telo ambin’ ny folo sy ny zana-bohiny;
and Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen, —thirteen cities, with their villages:
7 sy Aina sy Rimona sy Etera sy Asana: tanàna efatra sy ny zana-bohiny;
Ain, Rimmon, and Ether and Ashan, —four cities, with their villages,
8 ary ny zana-bohitra rehetra manodidina ireo tanàna ireo hatrany Baleta-bera sy Rama amin’ ny tany atsimo. Izany no lovan’ ny firenena taranak’ i Simeona araka ny fotony.
and all the villages that were round about these cities, as far as Baalath-beer, Ramah of the South. This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by their families:
9 Avy tamin’ ny anjaran’ ny taranak’ i Joda no nahazoan’ ny taranak’ i Simeona ny lovany; fa nalalaka loatra taminy ny anjaran’ ny taranak’ i Joda, ka izany no nahazoan’ ny taranak’ i Simeona anjara tao anatin’ ny azy.
Out of the portion of the sons of Judah, is the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, —for it came to pass that what was allotted to the sons of Judah, was too much for them, therefore did the sons of Simeon receive an inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.
10 Ary ny loka fahatelo dia azon’ ny taranak’ i Zebolona isam-pokony; ary ny faritanin’ ny lovany dia hatrany Sarida,
Then came up the third lot, for the sons of Zebulun, by their families, —and the boundary of their inheritance was as far as Sarid.
11 dia niakatra niankandrefana hatrany Marala, dia nahazo an’ i Dabeseta ka nihatra tamin’ ny lohasahan-driaka tandrifin’ i Jokneama,
And their boundary goeth up westward, even towards Maralah, and toucheth Dabbesheth, —and reacheth unto the ravine that faceth Jokneam;
12 dia nitodika niantsinanana hatrany Sarida ka hatramin’ ny fari-tanin’ i Rislota-tabara, dia nandroso hatrany Daberata ka niakatra hatrany Jafia,
and turneth back from Sarid, eastward, toward the rising of the sun, upon the boundary of Chisloth-tabor, —and goeth out unto Daberath, and ascendeth Japhia;
13 dia nandroso niantsinanana hatrany Gata-hefera sy Ita-kazina ka nandroso hatrany Rimona, izay mipaka an’ i Nea,
and, from thence, it passed along in front on the east, towards Gath-hepher, towards Eth-kazin, —and goeth out at Rimmon which turneth about towards Neah;
14 dia niolaka eo avaratr’ iny ka nahazo an’ i Hanatona, dia nihatra tamin’ ny lohasaha Jifta-ela.
and the boundary goeth round it, on the north to Hannathon, —and so the extensions thereof are the valley of Iphtah-el;
15 Ary Katata sy Nahalola sy Simrona sy Idala sy Betlehema, dia tanàna roa ambin’ ny folo sy ny zana-bohiny.
and Kattath and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Idalah and Beth-lehem, —twelve cities, with their villages.
16 Izany no lovan’ ny taranak’ i Zebolona araka ny fokony, dia ireo tanàna ireo sy ny zana-bohiny.
This, is the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
17 Ary ny loka fahefatra dia azon’ Isakara, dia ny taranak’ Isakara isam-pokony.
For Issachar, came out the fourth lot, —for the sons of Issachar, by their families.
18 Ary ny fari-taniny dia hatrany Jezirela sy Kesolota sy Sonema
And their boundary was, —Jezreel and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
19 sy Hafraima sy Siona sy Anaharata
and Hapharaim and Shion, and Anaharath,
20 sy Rabita sy Kisiona sy Abeza
and Rabbith and Kishion, and Ebez,
21 sy Rameta sy Enganima sy Enhada ary Beti-pazeza.
and Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez;
22 Ary ny fari-taniny dia nahazo an’ i Tabara sy Sahazoma sy Beti-semesy, ka dia nihatra tany Jordana: tanàna enina ambin’ ny folo sy ny zana-bohiny.
and the boundary toucheth Tabor and Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh, and so the extensions of their boundary are to the Jordan, —sixteen cities, with their villages.
23 Izany no lovan’ ny firenena taranak’ Isakara araka ny fokony, dia ireo tanàna ireo sy ny zana-bohiny.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, by their families, —the cities, with their villages.
24 Ary ny loka fahadimy dia azon’ ny firenena taranak’ i Asera isam-pokony.
Then came out the fifth lot, for the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families.
25 Ary ny fari-taniny dia Helkata sy Haly sy Batena sy Aksafa
And their boundary was, —Helkath and Hali, and Beten and Achshaph,
26 sy Alameleka sy Amada sy Misala, dia nihatra any Karmela eo andrefana sy Sihora-libnata,
and Allam-melech and Amad, and Mishal, —and it toucheth Carmel to the west, and Shihor-libnath;
27 dia nitodika niantsinanana ho any Beti-dagona ka nihatra any Zebolona sy ny lohasaha Jifta-ela any avaratra sy Bet-emeka sy Neiela, ka dia nihatra any Kabola eo ankavia
and it turneth toward sun-rise—to Beth-dagon, and toucheth Zebulun and the valley of Iphtah-el northward, and Beth-emek, and Neiel; and goeth out unto Cabul, on the left,
28 ary Ebrona sy Rehoba sy Hamona sy Kana ka hatrany Sidona lehibe,
and Ebron and Rehob, and Hammon and Kanah, —as far as Zidon the populous;
29 dia nitodika hatrany Rama sy Tyro, tanàna mimanda, dia nitodika hatrany Hosa, ka dia nihatra tamin’ ny ranomasina teo akaikin’ ny tany Akziba
and the boundary turneth to Ramah, and as far as the city of the fortress of Tyre, —then the boundary turneth to Hosah, and so the extensions thereof are, on the west, from Hebel to Achzib;
30 ary Oma sy Afeka ary Rehoba: tanàna roa amby roa-polo sy ny zana-bohiny.
Ummah also and Aphek, and Rehob, —twenty-two cities, with their villages,
31 Izany no lovan’ ny firenena taranak’ i Asera araka ny fokony, dia ireo tanàna ireo sy ny zana-bohiny.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
32 Ary ny loka fahenina dia an’ ny taranak’ i Naftaly isam-pokony.
For the sons of Naphtali, came out the sixth lot, —for the sons of Naphtali, by their families.
33 Ary ny fari-taniny dia hatrany Halefa ka hatramin’ ny hazo terebinta ao Zananima sy hatrany Adami-hanekeba sy Jabniela ka hatrany Lakoma, ka dia nihatra an’ i Jordana,
And their boundary was from Heleph, from the terebinth of Bezaannim, and Adami-nekeb, and Jabneel, as far as Lakkum; and so the extensions thereof were to the Jordan;
34 dia nitodika niankandrefana hatrany Aznota-tabara, dia nandroso hatrany Hokoka ary nihatra an’ i Zebolona eo atsimo sy Asera eo andrefana ary Joda amoron’ i Jordana eo atsinanana.
and the boundary turneth westward, to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence, toward Hukkok, —and toucheth Zebulun on the south, and, Asher, it toucheth on the west, and Judah, at the Jordan towards sunrise.
35 Ary ny tanàna mimanda dia Zidima Zera sy Hamata sy Rakata sy Kinereta
And, the fortified cities, are, —Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath and Chinnereth,
36 sy Adama sy Rama sy Hazora
and Adamah and Ramah, and Hazor,
37 sy Kadesy sy Edrehy sy En-hazora
and Kedesh and Edrei, and En-hazor,
38 sy Irona sy Migda ela sy Horema sy Bet-anata ary Beti-semesy: tanàna sivy ambin’ ny folo sy ny zana-bohiny.
and Iron and Migdal-el, Horem and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh, —nineteen cities, with their villages.
39 Izany no lovan’ ny firenena taranak’ i Naftaly araka ny fokony, dia ireo tanàna ireo sy ny zana-bohiny.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, by their families, —the cities, with their villages.
40 Ary ny loka fahafito dia an’ ny firenena taranak’ i Dana isam-pokony.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, came out the seventh lot.
41 Ary ny fari-tanin’ ny lovany dia Zora sy Estaola sy Ira-semesy
And the boundary of their inheritance was, —Zorah and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
42 sy Salabima sy Aialona sy Jitla
and Shaalabbin and Aijalon, and Ithlah,
43 sy Elona sy Timna sy Ekrona
and Elon and Timnah, and Ekron,
44 sy Elteke sy Gibetona sy Baleta
and Eltekeh and Gibbethon, and Baalath,
45 sy Jehoda sy Bene-beraka sy Gat-rimona
and Jehud and Beneberak, and Gath-rimmon,
46 sy Me-jarkona sy Rakona ary ny tany tandrifin’ i Jopa.
and Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, —with the boundary over against Joppa.
47 Ary ny fari-tanin’ ny taranak’ i Dana dia nandroso nihoatra ireo; fa niakatra ny taranak’ i Dana, dia niady tamin’ i Lesema ka nahafaka azy ary namely azy tamin’ ny lelan-tsabatra ka nahazo azy, dia nitoetra teo; ary ny anaran’ i Lesema nataony hoe Dana araka ny anaran’ i Dana rainy.
And, when the boundary of the sons of Dan went out beyond these, then went up the sons of Dan and fought against Leshem, and captured it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession thereof, and dwelt therein, and they called Leshem—Dan, after the name of Dan their father,
48 Izany no lovan’ ny firenena taranak’ i Dana araka ny fokony, dia ireo tanàna ireo sy ny zana-bohiny.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
49 Dia vitany ny nizarana ny tany holovany araka ny fari-taniny, ka dia nomen’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely lova teo aminy koa Josoa, zanak’ i Nona.
When they had made an end of distributing the land by the boundaries thereof, then gave the sons of Israel an inheritance unto Joshua son of Nun, in their midst:
50 Araka ny tenin’ i Jehovah dia nomeny azy ny tanàna izay nangatahiny, dia Timnata-sera any amin’ ny tany havoan’ i Efraima: dia nanamboatra ny tanàna izy ka nitoetra tao.
at the bidding of Yahweh, gave they unto him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah, in the hill country of Ephraim, —and he built the city and dwelt therein.
51 Ireo no lova izay nozarain’ i Eleazara mpisorona sy Josoa, zanak’ i Nona, ary ny lohan’ ny fianakaviana tamin’ ny firenen’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely tao Silo teo anatrehan’ i Jehovah, dia teo am-baravaran’ ny trano-lay fihaonana, araka ny filokana. Dia vitany avokoa ny nizarany ny tany.
These, are the inheritances which Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun and the ancestral heads distributed for inheritance to the tribes of the sons of Israel, by lot, in Shiloh, before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting, —so they made an end of apportioning the land.
