1 Ary izao no mpanjakan’ ny tany izay resin’ ny Zanak’ Isiraely, ka lasany ny taniny, teny an-dafy atsinanan’ i Jordana hatramin’ ny lohasahan-driaka Arnona ka hatramin’ ny tendrombohitra Hermona sy ny ilany atsinanan’ ny tani-hay

And these are the kings of the land whom the children of Israel smote, and whose land they took possession of on the other side of the Jordan, toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Chermon, and all the plain on the east:

2 Sihona, mpanjakan’ ny Amorita, izay nonina tany Hesbona ka nanjaka hatrany Aroera, eo amoron’ ny lohasahan-driaka Arnona, ka hatreo afovoan’ ny lohasaha sy ny antsasak’ i Gileada, dia hatramin’ ny lohasahan-driaka Jaboka, fari-tanin’ ny taranak’ i Amona,

Sichon the king of the Emorites, who dwelt in Cheshbon, and ruled from 'Aro'er, which is upon the bank of the brook Arnon, and over the land in the middle of the brook, and from half Gil'ad, even unto the brook Yabbok, the boundary of the children of 'Ammon;

3 ary ny ilany atsinanan’ ny tani-hay hatramin’ ny Ranomasina Kinerota ka hatramin’ ny ranomasina amin’ ny tani-hay, dia ny Ranomasintsira, amin’ ny lalana mankany Beti-jesimota, ary hatramin’ ny tany atsimo eo am-bodin’ i Pisga.

And over the plain up to the sea of Kinneroth on the east, and up to the sea of the plain, the salt sea on the east, on the way to Beth-hayeshimoth; and at the south, under the declivities of Pisgah;

4 Ary azony koa ny tanin’ i Oga, mpanjakan’ i Basana, isan’ ny Refaïta sisa, izay nitoetra tany Astarta sy Edrehy,

And the territory of 'Og the king of Bashan, who was of the remnant of the Rephaim, that dwelt at 'Ashtaroth and at Edre'i,

5 sy nanjaka tany an-tendrombohitra Hermona sy tany Saleka ary tany Basana rehetra hatramin’ ny fari-tanin’ ny Gesorita sy ny Makatita ary ny antsasak’ i Gileada, fari-tanin’ i Sihona, mpanjakan’ i Hesbona.

And reigned over mount Chermon, and over Salchah, and over all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Ma'achathites, and half Gil'ad, [to] the boundary of Sichon the king of Cheshbon.

6 Mosesy, mpanompon’ i Jehovah, sy ny Zanak’ Isiraely no nandresy ireo; ary ny taniny nomen’ i Mosesy, mpanompon’ i Jehovah, ho lovan’ ny Robenita sy ny Gadita ary ny antsasaky ny firenen’ i Manase.

These did Moses the servant of the Lord and the children of Israel smite; and Moses the servant of the Lord gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Menasseh.

7 Ary izao no mpanjakan’ ny tany izay resin’ i Josoa sy ny Zanak’ Isiraely tany an-dafy andrefan’ i Jordana, hatrany Bala-gada, eo an-dohasahan’ i Libanona, ka hatramin’ ny tendrombohitra mangadihady izay fiakarana ho any Seïra, ka ny taniny nomen’ i Josoa ny firenen’ ny Isiraely araka ny fizarany,

And these are the kings of the country whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side of the Jordan on the west, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon as far as the bald mountain, that goeth up to Seir; and Joshua gave it unto the tribes of Israel for a possession, according to their divisions;

In the mountains, and in the lowlands, and in the plain, and in the declivities, and in the wilderness, and in the south country: the Hittites, the Emorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

9 Ny mpanjakan’ i Jeriko, iray; ny mpanjakan’ i Ay, izay eo anilan’ i Betela, iray;

The king of Jericho, one; the king of 'Ai, which was beside Bethel one;

10 ny mpanjakan’ i Jerosalema, iray; ny mpanjakan’ i Hebrona, iray;

The king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;

11 ny mpanjakan’ i Jarmota, iray; ny mpanjakan’ i Lakisy, iray;

The king of Yarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

12 ny mpanjakan’ i Eglona, iray; ny mpanjakan’ i Gazera, iray;

The king of 'Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

13 ny mpanjakan’ i Debira, iray; ny mpanjakan’ i Gadera, iray;

The king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

14 ny mpanjakan’ i Horma, iray; ny mpanjakan’ i Arada, iray;

The king of Chormah, one; the king of 'Arad, one;
