< Isaia 56 >
1 Izao no lazain’ i Jehovah: Tandremo ny rariny, ary manaova ny marina, fa efa madiva ho tonga ny famonjeko, ary efa hiseho ny fahamarinako.
Yahweh says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is near and my righteousness will soon be revealed.
2 Sambatra ny zanak’ olombelona izay manao izany, ary ny zanak’ olona izay mitana izany, dia izay mitandrina ny Sabata ka tsy manao azy ho tsy masìna sady miaro ny tanany tsy hanao izay ratsy akory.
Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast; who keeps the Sabbath without profaning it and keeps his hand from doing any evil.”
3 Ary aoka ny hafa firenena izay efa manaiky ho an’ i Jehovah tsy hanao hoe: Hesorin’ i Jehovah tsy ho isan’ ny olony tokoa aho; Ary aoka ny ionoka tsy hanao hoe: Indro, hazo maina aho.
Let no foreigner who has joined himself to Yahweh speak, saying, “Yahweh will surely separate me from his people.” Do not let the eunuch say, “Behold, I am a dry tree.”
4 Fa izao no lazain’ i Jehovah: Ny amin’ ny ionoka izay mitandrina ny Sabatako sy mifidy izay sitrako ary mitana ny fanekeko,
For Yahweh says, “To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, choose the things that please me, and hold fast to my covenant,
5 Dia hanaovako fahatsiarovana sy anarana ao an-tranoko sy ao anatin’ ny mandako izy, izay tsara lavitra noho ny an’ ny zanakalahy sy ny zanakavavy; dia anarana mandrakizay izay tsy hesorina no homeko azy.
I will give them in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters. I will give them an everlasting name that will not be cut off.
6 Ary ny hafa firenena izay efa manaiky ho an’ i Jehovah mba hanompo Azy sy ho tia ny anaran’ i Jehovah mba ho mpanompony dia izay rehetra mitandrina ny Sabata ka tsy manao azy ho tsy masìna sady mitana ny fanekeko
Also the foreigners who join themselves to Yahweh to serve him, and to love Yahweh’s name, to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant,
7 Dia ho entiko ho any an-tendrombohitro masìna, ka hampifaliko ao an-tranoko fivavahana; ny fanatitra dorany sy ny fanatitra hafa alatsa-drà dia hankasitrahana eo ambonin’ ny alitarako, fa ny tranoko hatao hoe trano fivavahana ho an’ ny firenena rehetra.
I will bring these to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”
8 Izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo, Izay mamory ny Isiraely voaroaka: Mbola hamory ny sasany koa ho eo aminy Aho, hanampy izay efa voavory eo aminy.
The Lord Yahweh, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, “I will yet gather others to him, in addition to his own who are gathered.”
9 He, ianareo bibi-dia rehetra! Avia hihinana, ianareo biby rehetra any an’ ala.
All you animals of the field, come to devour, all you animals in the forest.
10 Jamba ny mpitiliny, samy tsy mahalala izy rehetra, amboa moana avokoa, izy rehetra, ka tsy mahavovo, manonofy izy, eny, mandry ka torimaso.
His watchmen are blind. They are all without knowledge. They are all mute dogs. They can’t bark— dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.
11 Lian-kanina ireny amboa ireny; ka tsy mahalala voky, sady mpiandry tsy mahafantatra ireny; samy efa nivily ho amin’ ny lalany avy izy rehetra, samy mankamin’ ny filàny harena avokoa izy rehetra.
Yes, the dogs are greedy. They can never have enough. They are shepherds who can’t understand. They have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.
12 Avia, ianareo, hoy ireny fa haka divay aho, ary aoka hiboboka toaka isika; ary rahampitso dia ho tahaka ny anio ihany, eny, hanoatra lavitra aza
“Come,” they say, “I will get wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow will be as today, great beyond measure.”
