< Hebreo 6 >
1 Koa aoka hilaozantsika ny abidim-pianarana ny amin’ i Kristy, fa aoka handroso ho amin’ ny tanteraka isika ka tsy hanao fanorenana indray, dia fibebahana hahafahana amin’ ny asa maty sy finoana an’ Andriamanitra,
So then, let us leave the beginning of the message of Christ and move forward to maturity. Let us not lay again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith in God,
2 ary fampianarana ny amin’ ny fisasana maro sy ny fametrahan-tanana, ary ny fitsanganan’ ny maty sy ny fitsarana mandrakizay. (aiōnios )
nor the foundation of teaching about baptisms, laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. (aiōnios )
3 Ary izany no hataontsika, raha avelan’ Andriamanitra.
We will also do this if God permits.
4 Fa izay efa nohazavaina indray mandeha sady efa nanandrana ny fanomezana avy any an-danitra sy efa nandray ny Fanahy Masìna
For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, who tasted the heavenly gift, who were sharers of the Holy Spirit,
5 ary efa nanandrana ny teny tsaran’ Andriamanitra sy ny herin’ ny fiainana ho avy, (aiōn )
and who tasted God's good word and the powers of the age to come, (aiōn )
6 nefa nihemotra, dia tsy azo havaozina indray ho amin’ ny fibebahana, satria manombo ny Zanak’ Andriamanitra indray amin’ ny hazo fijaliana ka manao Azy ho fahamenarana.
but who then fell away—it is impossible to restore them again to repentance. This is because they crucify the Son of God for themselves again, and publicly shame him.
7 Fa izay tany mifoka ny ranonorana milatsaka aminy matetika ka maniry anana tsara ho an’ ny olona iasana azy dia mahazo fitahiana avy amin’ Andriamanitra;
For the land that drinks in the rain that often comes on it, and that gives birth to the plants useful to those for whom the land was worked—this is the land that receives a blessing from God.
8 fa izay maniry tsilo sy songosongo kosa dia lavina sady akaikin’ ny ozona, ary ny hiafarany dia ny hodorana.
But if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and is near to a curse. Its end is in burning.
9 Nefa, ry malala, na dia miteny izany aza izahay, dia manantena zavatra tsara ny aminareo, dia izay momba ny famonjena.
But we are convinced about better things concerning you, beloved ones, things that concern salvation, even though we speak like this.
10 Fa Andriamanitra tsy mba tsy marina hanadino ny asanareo sy ny fitiavana izay nasehonareo ho voninahitry ny anarany, raha nanompo ny olona masìna ianareo sady mbola manompo ihany.
For God is not so unjust that he would forget your work and the love that you have shown for his name, because you served the believers and still serve them.
11 Ary mbola irinay ianareo rehetra samy haneho izany fahazotoana izany mba hahazo ny fahatokiana be ny amin’ ny fanantenana hatramin’ ny farany;
We greatly desire that each of you may show the same diligence to the end, in order to make your hope certain.
12 mba tsy hiketraka ianareo, fa hanahaka ireo mandova araka ny teny fikasana amin’ ny finoana sy ny faharetana.
This is so that you will not become lazy, but imitators of those who by faith and patience inherit the promises.
13 Fa Andriamanitra nanao teny fikasana tamin’ i Abrahama ary satria tsy nisy lehibe noho ny tenany izay azony nianianana, dia nianiana tamin’ ny tenany Izy
For when God made his promise to Abraham, he swore by himself, since he could not swear by anyone greater.
14 ka nanao hoe: “Hitahy anao tokoa Aho ary hahamaro dia hahamaro anao”.
He said, “I will certainly bless you, and I will greatly increase you.”
15 Ary araka izany, rehefa naharitra tsara Abrahama, dia nahazo ny teny fikasana.
In this way, Abraham obtained what was promised after he had patiently waited.
16 Fa ny olona dia mianiana amin’ izay lehibe noho ny tenany; ary ny fianianana dia ataony mba hahamafy ny teny hampitsahatra ny fifandirana rehetra.
For people swear by someone greater than themselves. At the end of each of their disputes, an oath serves as confirmation.
17 Ary amin’ izany, raha Andriamanitra ta-haneho kokoa amin’ ny mpandova araka ny teny fikasana ny tsi-fiovan’ ny sitrapony, dia nataony mafy tamin’ ny fianianana izany,
When God decided to show more clearly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable quality of his purpose, he guaranteed it with an oath.
18 mba ho zavatra roa loha tsy mety miova, izay tsy hain’ Andriamanitra andaingana, no hahazoantsika famporisihana mafy, dia isika izay nandositra hihazona ny fanantenana napetraka eo anoloantsika,
He did this so that by two unchangeable things—with which it is impossible for God to lie—we, who have fled for refuge, will have a strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us.
19 izay ananantsika ho vatofantsiky ny aina sady mafy no tsy mihetsika ary miditra any anatin’ ny efitra lamba;
We have this as a secure and reliable anchor for the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain,
20 tany no nidiran’ i Jesosy ho Mpialoha antsika, rehefa tonga Mpisoronabe “mandrakizay araka ny fanaon’ i Melkizedeka” Izy. (aiōn )
where Jesus, who went before us, has entered into that place on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
