< Hebreo 10 >
1 Fa ny lalàna, izay misy aloky ny zava-tsoa ho avy, fa tsy ny tena endrik’ izany zavatra izany, dia tsy mba mahatanteraka ny olona manatona amin’ izay fanatitra ateriny mandrakariva isan-taona.
For the law is only a shadow of the good things to come, not the real forms of those things themselves. Those who approach God can never be made perfect by the same sacrifices that the priests continually bring year after year.
2 Raha izany, dia tsy ho nitsahatra va ny nanaterany ireo, satria rehefa nodiovina indray mandeha ny mpivavaka, dia tsy ho nasian’ ny fieritreretany ny ota intsony izy?
Otherwise, would the sacrifices not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed one time and would no longer have any consciousness of sin.
3 Fa amin’ ireo dia misy fahatsiarovana ny ota isan-taona.
But with those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins year after year.
4 Fa tsy mahaisotra ny ota ny ran’ ombilahy sy ny ran’ osilahy.
For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
5 Koa nony niditra tamin’ izao fiainana izao Izy, dia nanao hoe: "Ny fanatitra alatsa-drà sy ny fanatitra hohanina tsy mba nilainao, Fa tena no namboarinao ho Ahy;
When Christ came into the world, he said, “Sacrifices and offerings you did not desire, but a body you have prepared for me;
6 Ny fanatitra odorana sy ny fanatitra noho ny ota tsy sitrakao;
with burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not take pleasure.
7 Dia hoy Izaho: Inty Aho tonga ― Ao amin’ ny horonam-boky no nanoratana Ahy ― Hanao ny sitraponao, Andriamanitra ô".
Then I said, 'See, here I am— as it is written about me in the scroll— to do your will.'”
8 Rehefa nolazainy teo hoe: “Ny fanatitra alatsa-drà sy ny fanatitra hohanina sy ny fanatitra odorana ary ny fanatitra noho ny ota” (dia ireny aterina araka ny lalàna) “no tsy ilainao ary tsy sitrakao”,
First he said, “It was neither sacrifices, nor offerings, nor whole burnt offerings, nor sacrifices for sin that you desired. Nor did you take pleasure in them.” These are sacrifices that are offered according to the law.
9 dia hoy indray Izy: “Inty Aho tonga hanao ny sitraponao.” Manaisotra ny voalohany Izy mba hampitoerany ny faharoa.
Then he said, “See, here I am to do your will.” He takes away the first practice in order to establish the second practice.
10 Amin’ izany sitrapo izany no nanamasinana antsika tamin’ ny nanaterana ny tenan’ i Jesosy Kristy indray mandeha.
By that will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 Ary ny mpisorona rehetra dia mitsangana isan’ andro manao fanompoam-pivavahana sy manatitra ireny fanatitra ireny ihany matetika izay tsy mahaisotra ny ota;
Day after day every priest stands and performs his service to God. He offers the same sacrifices again and again—sacrifices that can never take away sins.
12 fa Izy kosa, rehefa nanao fanatitra iray monja ho mandrakizay noho ny ota, dia efa mipetraka eo an-tanana ankavanan’ Andriamanitra,
But when Christ offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God.
13 ka hatramin’ izao dia miandry Izy mandra-panaony ny fahavalony ho fitoeran-tongony.
He is waiting until his enemies are made a stool for his feet.
14 Fa ny fanatitra iray ihany no efa nahatanterahany ho mandrakizay izay olona hamasinina.
For by one offering he has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
15 Ary ny Fanahy Masìna koa manambara izany amintsika; fa rehefa voalazany hoe:
The Holy Spirit also testifies to us. First he said,
16 “Izao no fanekena hataoko aminy, Rehefa afaka izany andro izany, hoy Jehovah: Hataoko ao am-pony ny lalàko, Sady hosoratako ao an-tsainy,”
“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.
17 dia hoy koa Izy: “Ny fahotany sy ny helony tsy hotsarovako intsony”.
Their sins and lawless deeds I will remember no longer.”
18 Ary rehefa misy famelana ireo, dia tsy misy fanatitra noho ny ota intsony.
Now where there is forgiveness for these, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin.
19 Koa amin’ izany, ry rahalahy, satria manana fahatokiana hiditra ao amin’ ny fitoerana masìna isika noho ny ran’ i Jesosy,
Therefore, brothers, we have confidence to enter into the most holy place by the blood of Jesus.
20 amin’ izay lalana natokany ho antsika, dia lalana vaovao sady velona, namaky teo amin’ ny efitra lamba, dia ny nofony,
That is the new and living way that he has opened for us through the curtain, that is, by means of his flesh.
21 sady manana Mpisorona lehibe mitandrina ny tranon’ Andriamanitra,
Because we have a great priest over the house of God,
22 dia aoka isika hanatona amin’ ny fo marina sy amin’ ny fahatokiana be avy amin’ ny finoana, manana fo voadio ho afaka amin’ ny fieritreretana ratsy sy tena voasasa tamin’ ny rano madio;
let us approach with true hearts in the full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
23 aoka hohazonintsika mafy ny fanekena ny fanantenana mba tsy hihozongozonany (fa mahatoky Ilay efa nanao ny teny fikasana);
Let us also hold tightly to the confession of our hope without wavering, because God, who has promised, is faithful.
24 ary aoka isika hifampandinika hampandroso ny fitiavana sy ny asa tsara;
Let us consider how to motivate one another to love and good deeds.
25 aza mahafoy ny fiarahantsika miangona, tahaka ny fanaon’ ny sasany, fa mifananara kosa, mainka satria hitanareo fa mihantomotra ny andro.
Let us not stop meeting together, as some have done. Instead, encourage one another more and more, and all the more as you see the day coming closer.
26 Fa raha minia manota isika rehefa nahazo ny fahalalana tsara ny marina, dia tsy misy fanatitra noho ny ota intsony,
For if we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, a sacrifice for sins no longer exists.
27 fa fiandrasana mahatahotra amin’ ny fitsarana ary fahatezerana mirehitra izay handany ny fahavalo rehetra kosa.
Instead, there is only a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume God's enemies.
28 Izay manohitra ny lalàn’ i Mosesy dia maty amin’ ny tenin’ ny vavolombelona roa na telo ka tsy asiana famindram-po;
Anyone who has rejected the law of Moses dies without mercy at the testimony of two or three witnesses.
29 manao ahoana kosa ary no hamafin’ ny fampijaliana ataonareo tokony hihatra amin’ izay nanitsaka ny Zanak’ Andriamanitra ka nanao ny ran’ ny fanekena izay nanamasinana azy ho zavatra tsy masìna sady naniratsira ny Fanahin’ ny fahasoavana?
How much worse punishment do you think one deserves who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, who treated the blood of the covenant as unholy—the blood by which he was sanctified—and insulted the Spirit of grace?
30 Fa fantatsika Izay nanao hoe: “Ahy ny famaliana; Izaho no hamaly;” ary koa: “Jehovah hitsara ny olony”.
For we know the one who said, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will pay back.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.”
31 Zavatra mahatahotra ny ho azon’ ny tànan’ Andriamanitra velona.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God!
32 Fa tsarovy ny andro fahiny izay naharetanareo ny ady mafy tamin’ ny fahoriana, rehefa nohazavaina ianareo;
But remember the former days, after you were enlightened, how you endured a great struggle in suffering.
33 indraindray raha natao ho fizaha noho ny fanaratsiana sy ny fampahoriana ianareo, ary indraindray koa raha tonga naman’ izay azon’ izany.
You were exposed to public ridicule by insults and persecution, and you were sharing with those who went through such suffering.
34 Fa sady niara-niaritra tamin’ izay nifatotra ianareo no nifaly raha norobaina ny fanananareo, satria fantatrareo fa ianareo dia manana fananana tsara lavitra sady maharitra.
For you had compassion on those who were prisoners, and you accepted with joy the seizure of your possessions. You knew that you yourselves had a better and everlasting possession.
35 Koa aza manary ny fahasahianareo izay misy valiny lehibe.
So do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.
36 Fa tokony hanana faharetana ianareo raha hahazoanareo izay lazain’ ny teny fikasana, rehefa vitanareo ny sitrapon’ Andriamanitra.
For you need patience, so that you may receive what God has promised, after you have done his will.
37 Fa “rehefa afaka kelikely, Dia ho tonga Ilay ho avy, fa tsy hitaredretra”
“For in a very little while, the one who is coming will indeed come and not delay.
38 Ary “ny oloko marina dia ho velon’ ny finoana;” Fa raha mihemotra izy, dia tsy sitraky ny fanahiko.
My righteous one will live by faith. If he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him.”
39 Fa isika tsy mba naman’ izay mihemotra ho amin’ ny fahaverezana, fa naman’ izay mino ho amin’ ny famonjena ny fanahy.
But we are not any of those who turn back to destruction. Instead, we are some of those who have faith for keeping our soul.
